My experience was ok. I love the Mongolian beef and this time it arrived overcooked again...I dint know if it's just changed. The flavor still hits!!! The accidentally served my aureus to the wrong table so I had to ask about it before it arrived. Still will go back. I love their new diner special options on the back of the menu.

Visiting Freehold Mall and saw PF Chang's and made a reservation Friday evening. Good timing as within an hour the restaurant was jampacked. WE were served by Kaitlin who was awesome in helping us choose appetizers and main course. She even found out my rewards membership was still active and I have $ to use next visit. For appetizers chicken lettuce wrap, northern style spare ribs (wish they would bring back the salt) and for main course King Pao Chicken and we added shrimp. Served with white rice. Also pomegranate lemonade. Delicious dinner and we left a big tip for Kaitlin.

Love PF Changs, it's part of our Back to School shopping tradition! Had the lettuce wraps, kid Crisoy Honey Chicken and King Pao Chicken & Shrimp.the combo is a $5 up charge, no big deal. The servings are plenty and the service was great, as always! We sat outside because it wasn't too hot and it was perfect out! Nice and quiet.

Stopped in because we were tired of waiting for our reservations in a different restaurant. Great decision! We arrived 30 minutes before closing which we know is terrible but the staff were very friendly and welcoming. They also had several tables still eating and still hadn't even ordered so we decided to stay. I ordered the pomegranate lemonade which was really good! I also ordered the chicken and broccoli and a side of white rice. The rice was bland but the chicken and broccoli was good. Service was quick and the waitress was great, if I recall correctly her name was Gabby. Sorry if I got that wrong but she was great!

Have tried PF chang before but not this location. Very nicely located in freehold mall. We were hungry and hopped into this amazing place . Nice bar . Very good beer/IPA options . Very good servicing in the bar . The guy was really quick and amazingly friendly . Loved the service ... ordered some food .. it took a long time to come , but was superbly tasty . One of the best Chinese food I have ever had . Portion size was perfect . Loved it overall.

That sadly was the best part of the night. We ordered; 8 AYCE and 2 ordered ala carte. My wife's vegetarian and doesn't eat much and my mom doesn't eat raw sushi and ordered the teriyaki shrimp. 1. The service is horrible. We waited 20mins to get our first appetizers. The waitress just dropped off plates and didn't explain what they were. My mom noticed the table next to us ordered what she got and a few minutes later, the waitress asked if she received her entree, which she replied no, and then she went to the table next to us and grabbed their plate and brought it back to the kitchen. We assume they reheated and replated the dish because it was way overcooked. 2. Long wait. Some items didn't arrived after over an hour and we asked about them multiple times. As we were ordering our 2nd round, we just reordered them. We got our waters refilled often but they never checked in to see if we were receiving our food or if we wanted to order more. Like they didn't ask one time. 3. Lost in translation. My parents are immigrants, so I am pretty understanding but the waitress didn't understand much of what I was saying and when I asked for extra ginger while pointing at it she looked very confused. I also asked her what a few items were when she brought them, and she didn't respond. 4. 10% coupon: don't bother trying to use the 10% off coupon from their own website. When we asked for the check, I showed her the coupon and she looked confused like I made it up and I let her know it was from their website under "coupons". She went to the back to ask about it and returned to say it was for online orders only. I mentioned that the coupon doesn't have any fine print except it can't be used with any other offers, and she didn't try to help at all which was frustrating. At the end of the day, it was probably one of the worst meals I've ever had. The food quality was ok except for my mom getting a reheated meal. But the service was terrible. It sucks to have to wait so long for food and things coming out randomly and my son and wife waiting over an hour for their items while others are pretty much done. Save yourself the aggravation and try something else.

I thought that was odd but okay. Since I've never frequented this establishment before, I always order the Drunken Tofu Noodle along with curry puffs to see how it is. It's my barometer for judging how they are as a Thai restaurant. The server mentioned their curry puffs contain chicken as an ingredient. I was fine with that. The server boasted that they make it in-house, so I was looking forward to it. After she placed it down and I took my first bite, I was expecting it to be crunchy as it's fried. I was met with it firstly, with it being room temperature. Taking my initial bite, I was disappointed with the lack of crispness. The stuffing inside was also very mushy, and it was supposed to be chicken curry puffs. I was, however, able to taste the curry powder, so that was good. The Drunken Noodle had American broccoli and baby corn in lieu of onions and carrots for vegetables. I was expecting the usual long flat noodles, but the flat noodles appeared to be broken into shorter pieces. At the time of my ordering, I had no idea it didn't come with the standard tofu because they kept asking if I wanted shrimp, chicken, or beef. I was surprised when they upcharged me an extra $2 for the fried tofu. My stomach was bothering me today, so I asked for it to be mild. It definitely took me by surprise as it was spicier than I planned for. It was extremely greasy; however, the taste of chili paste was evident, giving it a good flavor. After finishing up, the employee asked me a couple of times if I desired any dessert, to which both times, I indicated I was quite full, declined, thanked them, and requested the check. I could see the clear disappointment on their face. The ambiance is quite beautiful, and their food was tasty. Being seated at a booth allowed me to feel deliciously isolated and get some reading done.

When it comes to food, I never judge a burger by its bun, so thanks to Yelp for helping me find it. The sign in the window says "Asian fusion" which usually sends me running as it's often a cop-out label for bad mixed-up Asian cooking, but this is authentic y'all, meaning true-to-tradition dishes with a sometimes more contemporary application of ingredients or flavors. The "fusion" part must come from the fact that they have a small Taiwanese section as well as the main Szechuan/Sichuan menu, alongside a few familiar Chinese-American favorites like sesame chicken or broccoli x protein, so you can get that here too. Everything we ordered was phenomenal! Great flavors, generous portions, cooked with confidence and finesse. Compliments to the kitchen - they really know what they're doing. Not a single dish was lacking. They even put out peanuts at the start and serve fresh orange slices at the end of the meal. Very old school. We loved it all: * Salt & white pepper crispy chicken ("Taiwanese specialty") - well-battered and flavored, and perfectly crispy * Taiwanese minced pork rice * Chicken red curry - fabulous, with fresh vegetables and just the right balance of spice * Golden dish (fish) - very special dish in a salted duck egg yolk batter * Beef chow fun * Marinated crispy duck Wish I lived closer, but will definitely come back when we are in the area. The sushi is fresh and tasty, we enjoyed the seared scallop appetizer. My sushi (Tiger roll) was magnificent. The Yuzu lobster roll could have had a bit less rice in the roll but was otherwise very enjoyable. The combination of fish in this roll paired very nicely together. Taka has a vast menu with many options from appetizers to specialty sushi options. They provide alcoholic and non alcoholic mocktails for those of us not interested in consuming liquor.....the mocktails are fantastic. The only thing that made me rate 4 instead of 5 stars was the staff needs a bit of work on serving. We ordered an appetizer and were also given two additional small plates since we were sharing this item. When we were done with the appetizer our specialty sushi plates were bought out and the same server left the three empty plates from the appetizers on the table instead of removing them. Dessert was absolutely decadent and moist (I omitted the whipped cream since I don't like it) but the shortcake was perfect without it. I look forward to returning to Taka and trying more items on the menu.
