I love this PF Chang. They are always on the ball, with both service and food. Every single item on the menu is like the epitome of that class or type of food, with no exaggeration! The crab rangoons (crab wonton as they call them) are super fresh, with a light, crispy, not-too-greasy shell that every Chinese restaurant strives for. The egg drop soup is the perfect mix of egg, carrot, and broth. The fried rice is also very good and NOT oily like every single other Chinese-American restaurant I've been to (Japanese is a diff category). Once in a while you may have a chicken dish that has a few pieces too heavily breaded, but it will not be more than a piece or two. Finally I'll say the cheesecake is also superb because of its thick texture and graham cracker crust that is moist but not crumbly or mushy: a difficult consistency to achieve. It comes with an amazing raspberry sauce that is tangy and not too sweet. I highly recommend it! Yes Chang's is a bit pricey, but it's totally worth it. I'm happy to pay when you get good quality. I don't know why, but when you order online the different apps have different menu items. For example, Door Dash doesn't have the cheesecake. GrubHub has the cheesecake but not the chocolate soufflé or other chocolate desserts. Last I'll mention is that service is fast! They are also professional and courteous, and for the many times I've visited or carried out, I've never had a bad experience. The consistency alone gives a lot of 5 star cred! My only disappointment was that we were celebrating a birthday and we watched two tables get these cool sparkler things and all we got was a happy birthday. Chinese food  in a more elegant setting then the average Chinese restaurant. A full bar with creative drinks and excellent service. Unfortunately the food is not as good as the place or the service. We stopped here on a late Saturday afternoon for a quick bite; The place had  less than 20% occupancy.  So we expected good service and fresh food.  We got the good service, but not the fresh food. We ordered the"Singapore's Chicken", "Pepper Steak" & "Banana Spring Rolls" The chicken was very dry and overcooked, the portion small; almost the size of an appetizer in some restaurants The pepper steak was a more appropriate size for a meal, but the meat was equally dry and tough. The banana rolls were just ok, but I have never have then serve with so little dough; it is as if they used a single sheet of wrapper just long enough to cover the banana. I will recommend this place to meet with friends for drinks but not for the food. I think the decor and the service staff deserve a better rating; a or even But, in a restaurant, the food shall be the feture star, and for that, it doesn't deserve more than two stars. PS. This place was very average to me. i ordered chicken pad Thai and my boyfriend ordered some vegan noodles. It was honestly alright. There was no wait time when we went there and the food came out quickly. The lady kept forgetting things we ordered. The food wasn't rich with flavor and I've just had better pad Thai. We came here after a trip to Indianapolis to see what all the hype was about. Specifically we chose this place because there are multiple gluten free options here. In actuality there was absolutely nothing to write home about. It was "fine" at best but the price for average food was definitely out of line for what we got. PF Chang will always be the American version on Chinese food to me...which is not a bad thing actually. Their food is not very spicy, and some dishes can be as bland as Anderson Cooper's sandwich (my guess is he gets a rye sandwich with mayo). Anyways, you get the point. Came here with daily for my brother's birthday. The food was actually pretty good. Got some sushi, fried rice, ramen, and a couple other dishes. We had lunch there today around 1:30 our food and service was good , but the restaurant needs a good cleaning. My shoes stuck to the floor, my table and booth where wet and dirty we had to move. The bathrooms especially the men's was disgusting. I cannot imagine what the kitchen looks like if the easiest place to keep clean is the bathroom. Had the chicken lettuce wraps and calamari for an appetizer. You are doing yourself a disservice if you come here and don't get the lettuce wraps. Service by Colton was outstanding. Don't even bother trying to sit down at a table. Walk right up to the bar and let colton make you a Mule. He even gave me a fortune cookie and it was the best scroll I've ever received. The fortune said "a great event will happen" and that great event came true. I met colton :) and had the best calamari ever. Tasted like it was caught that morning just off that little red dock they show in movies off the gulf coast of Louisiana. The last time I went to P.F. Chang's (two years ago) I torpedoed it. I was so unhappy there I swore I'd never go back. Turns out that, once again, this was my granddaughter's choice for her birthday dinner so I was stuck. I made my appearance but wasn't pleased about going. Had I not gone I would have missed a fine meal and fun with my family. I still wasn't totally pleased but it had nothing to do with either the food or service. Both were right on. I felt a few prices were out of line and the offering of side dishes, particularly fried rice, was a bit odd. I just worked around those two things and everything was jake. Food orders consisted of orange chicken, sweet & sour chicken, Mongolian beef and, for myself, two egg rolls. I believe I can honestly say our party of six fully enjoyed the meal. I loved my egg rolls with dipping sauce, and had a small sampling of the other dishes. After this experience you would not have to twist my arm to return. My one suggestion is to go online and peruse Chang's menu offerings beforehand. It'll definitely help with your decision making. Ordered Uber eats. Expected delivery time was 35 min. Turned out to be closer to an hour. Ordered soup and got no spoon. Soup had barely anything in it except a very sour and Luke warm hot and sour soup. The Buddha's Feast was completely over cooked vegetables drenched in sauce. Tasted terrible. The only think edible was the brown rice but given that I was given only chopsticks for utensils it was impossible to pick up the rice kernels. Thanks PF Chang's. PF Chang's is typically our go-to place because they have a good gluten-free menu. Friday the 3rd of Feb 2023 I ordered take out. I ordered three entrées of Spicy Chicken with extra chicken and sides of fried rice, not an inexpensive meal by any means, almost $100.00 for take out. The major disappointment was the food was terrible. Overcooked and in some cases actually burned. We ended up tossing almost all of it as it was not edible. I would continue to eat at PF Chang's but only if we stay inside the restaurant, this way we will be able to return the bad food. Maybe a new cook? Maybe an inexperienced cook? I worked at this place for 4 weeks. There are fruit flies everywhere. They are constantly flying into the soy sauce and landing on the bar fruit. They clean the soy sauce containers twice a week but they reuse the soy over and over again. They use Sysco date stickers on all their products but they just put a new sticker on the expired product in case the health department shows up. I got sick from the food and I got Covid from an employee that they allowed to work while sick and coughing. I wonder how many customers got sick. As I cleaned behind the bar I was disgusted.
