We had a Bogo entrée coupon which was awesome BC it happened to be our anniversary and my hubs loves PF Changs. It was good. The service was outstanding. Can't remember our server's name, but he was from Russia. He was funny and engaging, answered my questions about the new menu items and our drinks never even got close to empty! We ordered a few of our classic favorites. Lettuce wraps, Changs spicy chicken, and Mongolian beef. The wraps and chicken were good, really satisfied a long standing craving. But the Mongolian beef was different. Not as it should be I guess. SOME pieces were reaallly chewy and tough and normally, at least at other locations, its not like that at all. Most of it was fine though, so we ate what we could. We ordered so much food though it really didn't matter. We were STUFFED! I also splurged and ordered the new sushi dragon roll. It was super yummy! I may come back just for that next time! I didn't realize there was a PF Changs on 73. We're still exploring the area, we usually just go to the one in Princeton when we crave it, so good to know this is closer to home! I used a BOGO entree coupon here on a Friday at 7:30. The place was PACKED. I had to park super far away. We had a reservation but still had to wait 15-20 mins. When we did get seated, the waiter was very friendly and accommodating to dietary restrictions. We ended up splitting the vegetarian lettuce wraps as an appetizer. They were amazing and my favorite thing I ordered...however, they were a little skimpy on the sauce! Next time I'll ask for more. We used the BOGO entree coupon for the Harvest dumplings (more on this later) and the coconut curry vegetables. I loved the curry vegetables-the curry was great and the tofu in it was very crispy. The harvest dumplings were okay. They were very rich in my opinion and had an odd cheesy taste. Anyway, we had a bit of confusion with the waiter because the dumplings were not technically an entree. This wasn't really labeled or brought up to us at any point despite us notifying the waiter about our coupon before ordering. The waiter was nice, but the manager was a little odd about the situation, even offering to "email corporate about the confusion" before finally offering to subtract the dumplings from our bill. I eat here twice a week, food is usually good, service is ok but usually a long wait. Today I went, I placed my order on the app an hour before the pick up time I selected and showed up exactly on time. Called the number and gave them the spot I was parked in.... still waited ten minutes and the waiter came to the car to ask my name.... don't bother calling I guess... So while I'm waiting I had a bag of garbage that I stepped out of the car and walked to the front door to throw out (without my mask as I didn't plan on going inside) there was no garbage so I stuck my head in the open door to ask for help.... there was no one there so I waited. My server starts heading towards me and from 20 feet away he starts yelling at me that I can't be inside (I wasn't inside) I asked him to throw it away for me and left it on the bench.... although I doubt he heard me as he never stopped yelling at me... I was never closer than 20 feet away from him and I was never inside the building..... Then he brings my food out and I don't notice at first, he took the garbage and put it in my bag of food.... As I'm driving away he realizes that I didn't notice and yells it to me.... I pull back in and ask for the manager... the manager took a neutral stance and only said he shouldn't have put the garbage in the bag. I would have fired the server, his attitude was atrocious and his actions were in forgivable.... I am not a difficult person and I stood there trying to find a place to throw away the garbage and asked for help... no idea why there isn't a trash can in front of the building and no idea what they wanted me to do with it. read more

Made a curbside pickup from this eatery in Marlton, NJ tried to call this order into the location but was advised by person who answered the phone to order using on line order. First, on line ordering can not answer any questions I might have regarding what food I might order. So did the on line order thing as requested which was really not that difficult but I rather not go there. Second, placed this on line order at around 5:10 PM for 5:45 curbside side pickup and arrived a few minutes before pickup time. Although their was a restaurant employee in the curbside pickup area we were never greeted by this employee. After about 5 minutes I called the restaurant phone number on the sign to call if not greeted by staff. The person on the phone seemed very disinterested in any information that I had given her. Third, after waiting in the curbside side pickup area for almost 20 minutes I went into the location to check on my food order. I will include a few pics just to confirm what I am saying. Fourth, I was advised once inside the location that I should have called the phone number posted on the sign outside haha WTF . Then was taken back to where the takeout orders were sitting. To my surprise this P F Chang's location was not that busy (remember that they would not take my order by phone lol) and my curbside pickup was sitting with other orders ready to go. I will include a picture of the time I got back in my car. Now to my food order, it was Oolong Chilean Sea Bass which for $30.00 the fist order seemed a little small. On line order asked what type of rice I wanted with the entree which I selected white rice. The rice ordered looked as if it came for someone else meal and container was not full. Have you ever ordered rice from a Chinese restaurant and the rice usually is super packed into the carton? The sauce for the Chilean Sea Bass was requested on the side? I am still looking for my side of sauce I wonder how or what it was? I am pretty sure the last time I ordered curbside pickup from this place it was not a good experience due to wait time. Pretty sure this is my last time at this location make me not want to add an online gratitude before I get my food order delivered. Absolutely terrible. Both of us got Mongolian Beef and as soon as it was placed in front of us I knew it was cooked a few days ago and reheated. Dry, chewy, so over cooked I could barely cut it. No sauce at all. Just terrible. The order of chicken lo mein was also bad, some noodles with a few chunks of chicken thrown on top. Keep throwing slop at customers and they will stop coming. I used to love this place 5 out of 5 but lately it has definitely changed. They used to have really yummy drinks but they got rid of all the good ones. There organic agave margarita is pretty good but I've had better. The crispy green beans are still amazing though I love them! The tempura batter is delicious. The crab wontons used to be better but now the filling is kinda dry and I had to drown it in the plum sauce. We had the crispy honey chicken which is pretty good. The Lo Mein is delicious and I love all the garlic yum! I used to get the combo fried rice and wouldn't even share with my husband but now the rice is undercooked and hard and it just isn't the same. My husband blames it on covid but who knows. We had the banana spring rolls for dessert. I was too full to eat the rolls but my husband said they were good. I did however taste the coconut pineapple ice cream that comes with them and omg sooo good I want a bowl of just that it was delicious. I will say though that our waiter was amazing! I have had the pleasure of dining in and ordering out through the "To-go" option. This restaurant is also on Grubhub if you don't feel like leaving the house. My area adds an extra $4 for delivery on Grubhub. Our dining in experience was as good as it could have been, minus the wait time on the food. Customer service was great, the food was delicious, and the cleanliness of the restaurant is exactly what one would expect. I had to remove a star because the food took around 40 minutes to come out to us. I actually had to leave because the food took so long and I was on limited time, but it was probably just a fluke. It was confusing because the restaurant was not very busy. I ordered the Chang's spicy chicken with white rice. The order size was enough to fill me up and have some for leftovers. The spice was on the mild side, but I made sure to ask for extra spice on the to-go side. The spice was increased to a nice medium level and was delicious. The "To-go" process was smooth as well. I walked in to be escorted to the bar to wait for the representative. I must have been asked by 5 different people if I was being helped, so the customer service aspect is not in question at all. I had to attend to business, so my daughter and wife stayed.. ten minutes later they texted me that they too, walked out. I used to love P.F. Chang's because they had good food and they could cater well to people with allergies, like myself (peanut). We made dinner reservations for 6:30 PM on Mother's Day. We had to wait half an hour to be seated and even more time to be waited on. Finally after putting in our drink and food order, we literally had not seen our waitress until she brought our apps and drinks out at the same time, almost half an hour after we had been seated. I understand that they were busy, but the waitress didn't check on us at all. The food was decent, for the most part. The lettuce wraps and calamari were great. The main meal dishes were just ok (nothing special), except the lemon pepper shrimp, which was phenomenal. We had to send one of our dishes back because it was cold. I don't recommend the beef dish we got (Beef á la Sichuan), as the meat turned out really dry. Honestly, I would recommend going to a mom and pop shop to get Chinese food. (Possibly old) The meat in the rice, chicken and beef was unchuable. The Mongolian beef was beyond cooked. It was like chrisp burn bacon. I mentioned it to our waitress and she was willing to replaced our order. But you know what the say when your food goes back to the kitchen. We just asked for the check and left. Unfortunately that was our last visit to this chain. To you PF Changs and all other restaurants trying to make it. You have to do alot better with the quality of food. We've been going to PF Changs for years and it's always been a nice treat from our ordinary weekly Chinese takeout. Over the past 5 years or so I feel this particular location has gone downhill. Their service is subpar and I often feel like I am bothering my server if I would like a refill or extra napkins. This particular time we went for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. Food was delicious however we made the mistake of trying the Flaming Pork Wontons off of their Chinese New Year menu. Wish we would have saved our $9.50. The family style dining makes it easy to try a lot of things without feeling as if you're encroaching on your spouse's meal, and if you're like me I always have my hand in his plate. The food is fresh and if you don't like it hot you can ask them to remove the peppers or other seasonings you may not agree too, and they don't make you feel bad if you tinker a little with their menu. I've had at least 5 different servers and every single one of them make you feel at home. You don't feel rushed or pushed out. They walk you through the menu and their suggestions are always great. Which is easy because everything on the menu is great. Sign up for the rewards program you get constant coupons for free items and discounts. Make a reservation because on the weekend or when the weather is nice they are always packed which tells you that the food and service must be great. read more

So 5 months ago I posted a review about the incompetence of the staff at the Marlton P.F. Chang's because my take our orders were never right. So now I want to acknowledge that things have definitely been better. In the last 2 months, my orders have been correct. Only had an issue of a delivery that went to the wrong address. The driver felt so bad that when he brought me my new order, he included a chocolate cake dessert. I hope that my last review was taken seriously and that it had an impact on the improvements. This restaurant ruined my fiancee's 24th Birthday. We made reservations in advance for a large group (8) Once we were seated, our service was terrible. Our waitress took orders from tables around us, and gave us nasty glances, but waited 45min until she even took an appetizer order. That set the tone for the night. We were at the table an hour and a half before we got to order dinner. We had a guest who got her food over 15min later than the rest of the party. We had a guest who ordered a cocktail and spit it out because it tasted like soap! Sodas and waters went unrefilled, no offer to get new cocktails for the party members that had alcoholic beverages. And our vegetarian friend got her food late and cold. I used to like this location but after this experience I'm probably never coming back! The service at this chain restaurant is excellent. Our waiter, James, was friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The food is decent (comparable to any other P.F. Chang's location, of course) and is served hot. I ordered the Ma Po Tofu and although marked spicy, I requested it to be prepared "extra spicy". Unfortunately, I received a flavorless entree (didn't taste any spices apart from salt and garlic) but that isn't the server's fault. While there are 4 vegetarian items on the menu, I personally only recommend the Buddha's feast (which pairs really well with with the garlic noodles FYI). The meat options are usually tasty. If you are vegetarian, be sure to let your server know because several seemingly veg entrees aren't because of oyster sauce. The spring rolls, crispy green beans, and vegetarian lettuce wraps are tasty choices for vegetarians and carnivores alike. My mom recently acquired multiple P.F. Chang gift cards. So on a Thursday night at 7 PM, we decided to use them and enjoy a dinner there. When we arrived, we could not find parking and had to park across the street in front of one of the stores. The waiting area was packed as well, we were told the wait would be at least 45 minutes, but we could take advantage of either the bar or community table without a wait. So the community table it was! The community table was located right behind the bar and could fit six people. We were seated at the end of the table, the middle seats left open and a couple on the other end. It took almost 20 minutes for the waiter to come over and greet us. When he did, we put are whole order in. Drinks arrived 10 minutes later, while the soups and appetizer took a good half hour to arrive which was frustrating. The waiter was clearly overwhelmed, and in turn was slow and kinda rude in the beginning. As the meal went on, and the crowds left- he was much better to deal with. But enough about the service- on to the food! The entire menu looks like a fancier/ more expensive version on pei wei. My mom and I decided to order from the 2 meals for $39 menu. This included two soups, one appetizer, two entrees, and one dessert. We both order the Cup of Wonton Soup- delicious and super hot. We split the Crab Wontons, 6 per an order. These are my FAVORITE thing on the menu, they were fabulous. All the food comes family style, so for our entree we split the Moo Goo Gai and the Mongolian Beef. The Mongolian Beef was delicious! Both dishes had plenty of food, we even had some leftovers. For dessert, the 2 for 40 comes with 2 dessert wontons. We went with the Dessert Chocolate Raspberry. But since we were sitting at the community table, we had seen the dessert our neighbors had Banana Spring Rolls, so we had to order that too. What a great decision- they were the best part of the entire meal! The Banana Spring Rolls included a plate of 6 crispy bananas with ice cream and toppings. I'm ok with waiting for service, but I'm always confused on why I should I be waiting longer then seven minutes just to be recognized when I'm sitting at the bar. I'm sorry that I did not look the part of your upper middle class clientele but I assure you that my money is just as green. It took another ten minutes to get a food menu. I would say they looked busy but further down the bar was the manager, coking and joking with another customer so they obviously weren't too busy. To their credit, food came out fairly quickly and was delicious and that is the only reason this location isn't getting a one star. I'm hesitant to give this place another go. But we'll see happens. Had the weirdest experience here. Came on a Wednesday night for the 10 lettuce wraps with some girlfriends. Service was super slow even though there were only 3 other tables but our server was kind maybe just new or tired. The food was super bland and didn't taste like it normally does. We sent back an order of dumplings that tasted expired and our second lettuce wrap cake out gluten free? But the strangest part was while we were in the restroom a construction crew came in and started setting up shop and taping covers to the ground so when we exited the bathrooms we entered a construction zone. Even weirder as we walked to the car the manager popped her head out to yell across the parking lot if everything was ok?! Like what? What Happened to P. F. Chang? Sat at the bar tonight as usual... The waitress wouldnt stop loading glasses while she took our order declaring she "had this" when my husband waited for her to clear her head and pay attention to what we were going to order! The food started coming out in about10 minutes (well in advance of plates, utensils & napkins). The lettuce wraps (chicken) and the dry ribs...sat for a couple minutes as we tried to flag down someone to help get our setups. The super nice guy next to me grabbed us 3 plates (which turned out to filthy... greasy with crusty remains on all 3 plates). A server finally brought plates over but failed to bring utensilt/napkins so we had to enlist help again. A couple minutes later the spicy tuna rolls landed. Take note: some of the lettuce leaves (hidden on the bottom) were brown... the ribs were ok... the spicy tuna rolls were the worst! Turns out they didn't use sushi-grade tuna fillet but bits of tuna... it was close to having been "processed" . (See photo). We eat sushi regularly so this was disappointing...completely unacceptable and inedible. In the mean time my pad thai arrived... I never saw or heard beans about my tempura poppers appy so I said to my husband "I guess I'm not getting my poppers" loud enough for our server to hear .. her reply was emphatic that they would be out shortly... this was 27 minutes after the rest of the appetizers landed... About two minutes later "the bad news" was delivered: the last of the poppers were served just prior to our order being delivered to the kitchen. Yep 38 minutes ago they sold the last of the poppers. One might surmise that this was the cover story that let the wait staff off the hook... but if you ever worked in a kitchen you know that as soon as the order is turned in and it is discovered that they are out of a product, the staff and subsequently the customer are advised (all with in 3-5 minutes) so the patron could make another selection. So it appears that Miss "I Got This" could have paid more attention to her patrons than those glasses she was loading. The pad thai, having arrived a few minutes before, sat getting cold while our waitress decided she needed to convince me I should get another appetizer to replace the forgotten poppers... she pressed me several times to order a replacement appetizer while my main course was getting cold. I loved the pad thai in the past but tonight's was only a shadow of the heretofor pad thai. To replace the lovely crunch of the peanuts they substituted match stick carrots... yes they had crunch but only 1 peanut in the entire dish? Really? To top it off (litterly) were about a dozen 4" long green onion "straws" that looked pretty but if you know anything about cooking you know that the green portion of the green onion has no flavor which is why it's only used as a flourish of color. Sadly it wasn't an enjoyable dining experience. Not only was the food less than we remembered, but the server considered us to be interfearing in her real job of cleaning up which would typically be commendable had she not had patrons. Lastly... as she handed us the bill, she proclaimed in a tone smacking of doing us a favor" I took the poppers off your bill". And now thinking that last impressions overcome all the short comings of the evening she magnamiously declared that we should have a great weekend and be careful driving home...( too little too late... ya think?). Will never order take-out from them again. The chicken mix, for the chicken lettuce wraps, was so burnt, it was inedible. The crab cheese wontons tasted mostly of poor-quality, canned crab meat - no cheesy creaminess to speak of. The pork egg rolls were average.- at best The chicken pieces in the chicken fried rice were the best thing. For the amount of money we paid...a disgrace.
