I am rating this for what it is, a chain Chinese restaurant. The food was good but very over priced for the portions. They do have a happy hour which the prices are good and every night they have a $10 plate special.The service was great though. Today (November 6th) was my son, Anthony's 22nd Birthday!! So of course my hubby went all the way to Marlton to get "The Great Wall of China" Chocolate piece of cake for our baby as he does every year. It's Ant's favorite, this thing is absolutely a huge piece of cake, definitely made for a table full of ppl but we just get it for him, lol. While hubby was there, he got me an order of Chang's Chicken Lettuce Wraps bc he knows I love them. Well, they weren't good. They didn't give me the sauce that goes on them and the lettuce cups were ripped and just wrong. Meat tasted different and size was small. But, My son did enjoy his Great Wall of China Chocolate Piece of Cake, so that's all that matters to me!!! read more

I've been on a search for pad thai since I moved here January 2020 and I found it! Best shrimp pad thai and worth every penny! The shrimp was the perfect size with tails removed. Perfect amount of Thai spices. Excellent. Husband had the fried rice and Chang Spicy Chicken. He said it was excellent. Super disappointed .Stopped in with a friend-not very busy-seated immediately-waitress took our order only to find out she never submitted (45 min later) when she stopped by to ask if we wanted dessert... our food was then brought out stone cold-my Mongolian Beef was so over cooked and dried out that it had the texture of beef jerky and the brown rice was old/ dry.My friend's food was also cold -Sweet and Sour Chicken and the rice was crunchy-anywho..we decided to skip dessert. It has been a while since I was last here and doubt I will be returning.I never minded the prices because everything was always so yummy but it has slowly gone downhill and it has reached bottom for me. read more

We hate to write negative reviews about places we have been to eat but we have to get the information out to patrons. We are all paying customers and except to have pretty good food served to us. Stopped by for lunch on Wednesday 11-22 the service from the hostess and wait staff and pleasant. Placed an order for steamed pork dumplings, it appeared to us that the dumplings outer shell near the top of the dumpling were not fully cooked. Hot and sour soup was brought out very hot and tasty. We ordered as a lunch meal the sweet and sour chicken with white rice. Now almost everything comes out with rice (white or brown) with your meal, we ordered white now the problem the rice came to the table cold and the chicken was OK not the servers or waitress problem. We came for lunch and we're given a lunch and dinner menu. The sweet and sour chicken was a few dollars cheaper than the dinner menu. We were charged for the dinner price because the waitress told me I was holding the dinner menu when I ordered. Nice, really I was handing the menus back to her, and maybe she should have asked if we were ordering the lunch or dinner portions? read more

Mother's Day 2024! What a terrible experience. Ordered a pickup order online and was given a 5:15 pick up time. When I arrived there were 17 other people waiting. At 600 I was told my order was half way done (only ordered two things) and the other people were still waiting as well. At 6:20 I canceled the order. My mom and I decided to go to P.F. Chang's for lunch. We ordered the vegetarian lettuce wraps, but when I started to eat it, they tasted like chicken... Shortly after I ate them-I felt sick. I foolishly ignored the feeling, and we ate our entree's. After we left- I still felt weird. When I was driving back to the house, I looked at the receipt, and it said CHICKEN! So, I immediately started to speed back to the house and made myself throw up as much as I could. I'm a pescatarian and haven't eaten beef or chicken in years. I was very very upset. 65$ for lunch, only to feel EXTREMELY SICK and disgusted after dining at this establishment. I'm also worried that because I got sick from eating the meat that the kitchen isn't following health guidelines in keeping the kitchen clean? Really good Chinese American food. Service is usually great- all the servers are friendly and happy to make your dinner experience a real pleasure. Their sushi is not that good though so if you're into Japanese style sushi that has the ratio of fish to rice balanced, then this is not your place. Also their portions are inconsistent. We go there frequently, probably waaay too much to be a healthy routine so that's why we noticed the inconsistent portions of the entrees and the spring rolls. Sometimes a bit small for a serving. Just got the gluten free mongolian beef with added broccoli. As you can see, the broccoli is legit YELLOW. For the prices this place charges I expect the freshest food. Won't be ordering from here anymore, most of my experiences have been meh. I came here for lunch the other day, and I was happy with my experience. The food was delicious and so were the drinks! We got the kung pao shrimp, spicy tuna roll, vegetable spring rolls, and wonton soup. I also got the red dragon drink. This drink had smoke coming out of it and had black lava salt! It has been a while since I have been to P.F. Changs. I had forgotten how nice it is inside, although a little dark. It is really a cool space for an Asian themed chain restaurant. We went for lunch and had a couple of things off their lunch menu. We had the Jicama Street Tacos Pairing and Asian twist on tacos, served in crisp jicama shells and the Chicken Satay Pairing- Flame-grilled, marinated chicken skewers glazed with coconut peanut sauce and served with crisp lettuce cups and a vegetable slaw. This came with a choice of soup or salad. Both dishes were good and had decent flavors. They felt a little more like appetizers then lunch. They are listed as lighter lunch pairings and were about $10.00 each. The chicken for the satay was cooked very well and wasn't dry. The peanut sauce had some nice heat. The JIcama taco was basically their lettuce wrap chicken in a jicama taco shell. P.F. Changs. no longer brings out the vinegar and chili sauces, at least not for lunch. I always thought that was a nice touch and you could adjust the spice level of the food. Service was very good and on the rainy October day they were about 1/2 full for lunch. read more

Tonight I ordered curbside pick up from this PF Chang's. I was told it would be an hour long wait. That was fine. When we got there, we waited another 15 minutes past the 60 minute mark to get our food. The entire parking lot was filled with cars waiting for their food and the employees were really working their butts off, so I understand. But the problem was with the food. The rice and Mongolian Beef takeout containers were barely filled...like significantly less food compared to when you eat at the restaurant. The rice container was only 1/3 filled, it was bizarre. I also asked for extra lettuce for my lettuce wraps and didn't receive that. Other than that, the food itself tasted very good. I'm just confused as to why I received way less food than normal? read more

Mike the manger saves the day! I cannot say enough great things about this restaurant location. The food is always delicious. And my last encounter I ordered online and it was "delivered" through DoorDash which they must have delivered to the wrong address. When I called the restaurant and spoke to Mike the manager he was extremely pleasant and helpful and offered to remake my order again and have it sent out right away. To make sure it got here in a reasonable time HE DELIVERED THE FOOD HIMSELF. Talk about customer service you really do not see any more. A few years ago, I lived in Marlton and this was one of my favorite restaurants to eat in. Tonight I came back for dinner with my husband and it was just as good as I remember. The menu has a new look but all the old favorites are still there. It's still just as crowded as it's always been. Call ahead if you have a large group but you might still have to wait a bit. On weekends the place is always packed. We got there early enough to be seated very quickly but by the time we left, we saw groups waiting. Our server's name was Ray. He was friendly and attentive without interrupting our night out. We ordered chicken lettuce wraps and steamed shrimp dumplings to start, as well as a pot of dragon eye oolong tea. Our starters came out quickly and we finished them before our dinners were served. My husband ordered the filet and I ordered my old favorite, the orange peel shrimp. His filet was cooked beautifully - it wasn't chewy or tough at all. My shrimp was just as great as it's always been and had great texture. For dessert we ordered the great wall of chocolate to share - if you've never had this cake before, be prepared. It's absolutely massive and very rich, and pairs great with the fruit it's served with. We barely managed to finish it. My husband asked for a glass of milk with dessert and they accommodated us with no issue. While we were eating dessert, the manager came to see how we were doing. She was very friendly and asked if we were celebrating anything - we were happy to tell her that we were celebrating ten years since our first date. We talked for a little and she continued on her way, and gave us a coupon for a complimentary street fare or dim sum with the purchase of an entree on our next visit. Before I go I also want to say I was excited they finally have wooden chopsticks - in previous years I had always eaten with their bulky plastic ones and my food was always sliding off of them, so the wooden ones are a nice upgrade. We had a great night here and we thought our server should have a great night too, so we left him a generous tip. Looking forward to coming back. I decided to go here by myself to sit at the bar and have a glass of plum wine to pass time and enjoy one of my favorite meals, the walnut shrimp and melon entree. The bartenders/ waiters Fred and Anthony were very charismatic and knew their stuff. This wasn't my first go around at P.F. Chang's but I've always enjoyed the calm atmosphere and the food. They have a ton of different drinks that they change up every now and again but mainly a good selections of red and white wines, as well as Sake. For the ones that love a good dessert, if you like bananas the friend banana wonton desert is amazing. I go back for one reason - the lettuce wraps! They are delicious and gluten free too! Tip - If you go during Happy Hour (4-6pm on weekdays), many of the appetizers are discounted. We had a Bogo entrée coupon which was awesome BC it happened to be our anniversary and my hubs loves PF Changs. It was good. The service was outstanding. Can't remember our server's name, but he was from Russia. He was funny and engaging, answered my questions about the new menu items and our drinks never even got close to empty! We ordered a few of our classic favorites. Lettuce wraps, Changs spicy chicken, and Mongolian beef. The wraps and chicken were good, really satisfied a long standing craving. But the Mongolian beef was different. Not as it should be I guess. SOME pieces were reaallly chewy and tough and normally, at least at other locations, its not like that at all. Most of it was fine though, so we ate what we could. We ordered so much food though it really didn't matter. We were STUFFED! I also splurged and ordered the new sushi dragon roll. It was super yummy! I may come back just for that next time! I didn't realize there was a PF Changs on 73. We're still exploring the area, we usually just go to the one in Princeton when we crave it, so good to know this is closer to home! I used a BOGO entree coupon here on a Friday at 7:30. The place was PACKED. I had to park super far away. We had a reservation but still had to wait 15-20 mins. When we did get seated, the waiter was very friendly and accommodating to dietary restrictions. We ended up splitting the vegetarian lettuce wraps as an appetizer. They were amazing and my favorite thing I ordered...however, they were a little skimpy on the sauce! Next time I'll ask for more. We used the BOGO entree coupon for the Harvest dumplings (more on this later) and the coconut curry vegetables. I loved the curry vegetables-the curry was great and the tofu in it was very crispy. The harvest dumplings were okay. They were very rich in my opinion and had an odd cheesy taste. Anyway, we had a bit of confusion with the waiter because the dumplings were not technically an entree. This wasn't really labeled or brought up to us at any point despite us notifying the waiter about our coupon before ordering. The waiter was nice, but the manager was a little odd about the situation, even offering to "email corporate about the confusion" before finally offering to subtract the dumplings from our bill. Aside from this, I had a good experience and enjoyed the food. It does take a WHILE to eat here though. The whole thing took close to 2 hours. read more
