This was a disappointing experience. Our server, Charles was very nice but the overall experience was not great. I ordered a lychee martini. They were out of lychees... So he brought me the martini without the lychee. So sad. We ordered chicken lettuce wraps with iceberg lettuce. He brought out romaine. I wanted a cup not a canoe for my lettuce wraps. We ordered white rice and brown rice. He brought double brown. He said the kitchen was the issue. I don't know who is dropping the ball there but we're not going back. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The view was nice though.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We'll be sticking to the Spectrum location.

    Yummy! On repeat!!!!

I'm going to start with the positive! Kiana and Gabriella were the stars today making my birthday week feel very special! The service and Cherry Blossom Martinis with Luxardo cherries were fire! I loved my two beverages that were exceptional. The Northern Five Spice ribs were as good as I remembered them to be in the golden days. Mandarin Crunch Salad had a nice dressing. Now for the drum roll ... We need to send Chef back to wok school please. He overcooked and overdressed my cauliflower order twice and did the same preparation to my Brussel Sprouts. We finally gave up... it has a burnt flavor, no crunch, and crying out to me to try again at home. Please do better. We enjoy our veggies. More Luxardo cherries changed the flavor in my mouth. Thank you and wishing you a joyous holiday season! Birthday month will carry on!

Ocean view from a booth. It's clever that they have the screen to hide the parking lot.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]PF Chang's is improving! You can tell their operations are better, the restaurant is cleaner, the food is still good.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Had the Lettuce Wraps, Mongolian Beef, and Orange Chicken. It didn't disappoint! Aubrey was the server and she was friendly and attentive without being overwhelming. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ocean view booths have a great view and it's nice that each booth has its own sun shade control.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It's still a little pricey (portions for price are only ok and the $3 up charge for fried rice is annoying -- it's a tiny bowl of rice)... [[HIGHLIGHT]]BUT the Fashion Island location with the ocean view is worth it![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Managers were on duty, but not touching tables. It was a solid visit and I'll definitely be back.

Stopped by here after some last minute Christmas shopping at Fashion Island to calm my hunger pangs. The new location looks like they downsized quite a bit but still enough seating to be comfortable Our server was friendly and accommodating with our orders and food suggestions, as well After some perusing we decided to start with the tried and true northern style ribs (always a hit imo) Wonton Soup bowl, Mongolian Beef and Long Life Boodles with Prawns The northern style ribs came out first and they were prepared perfectly Meat just fell off the bone kinda tender. The dry rub was delicious, as well The wonton soup came out soon after and the broth was nice and comforting for the cold weather we were having that night. The wontons were plump and tasty, as well The Mongolian beef and Long Life Noodles arrived next. Mongolian Beef was prepared with a tangy, sticky sweet sauce coupled with an irresistibly crunchy texture on the lightly battered beef. I highly recommend this one it's incredibly good We enjoyed it with a generous portion of brown rice it's a very flavorful dish so the brown rice coupled perfectly with it The next dish was absolutely phenomenal. The shrimp were plump and glistening with a mouthwatering sauces The noodles were perfectly chewy and coursing with garlicky flavor in every bite. It was soooooo good I was seriously considering seconds Our server was always checking in and even offered drinks to go. His service was second to none tbh Even tho PF Changs is a chain I honestly felt particular location felt special and I'd gladly return to dine for the great food and excellent service! Happy Eats!

Only done takeout at this P.F. Chang's location a couple of times. Can be a bit slow during peak hours so definitely order in advance and give yourself some extra time to pick up. We've ordered the fried rice and postickers from here for the free posticker promotion. Food was good. Postickers were surprisingly exceptional.

They revamped their menu with a lot of affordable options, including lunch and dinner specials and cocktail specials. Love that they have so many gluten-free options and their new cocktail list is great! Usually I get the Mongolian beef with fried rice and it's always delicious. Also, their chicken lettuce wraps are amazing. The only thing is service can be a little slow, other than that, great all around for a casual lunch if you're craving Chinese.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]The vibes here are good.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Orange chicken was fire and so was the cocktail. It was a lot of food so I even was able to take quite a bit home. The food was fresh and the cocktail was refreshing. Server was also very knowledgeable and friendly.

P.F. Chang's was actually a pleasant surprise for my first ever visit to a P.F. Chang's. I ordered the wonton soup, lettuce wraps, and sesame chicken, and everything was very good for a chain restaurant. The best way I can describe it is an elevated Pick Up Stix, familiar flavors, but done a bit more thoughtfully and consistently. The prices were great, especially with some solid specials like a 3-course menu and $8.99 cocktails, which made it feel like a good value overall. I was genuinely happy with the experience and would come back. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This location also gets bonus points for the ocean view, which really elevates the setting and makes it a nicer place to sit and enjoy a meal.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] A solid 4-star experience all around.

We chose a decent selection of items today. The lettuce wraps with chicken was good. We special requested they bring out the 3 different sauces so that we could mix them ourselves into a perfect dipping sauce. The Pad Thai with chicken was excellent. We asked for the bean sprouts and nuts on the side. The Fried Rice with combination meats was very good. We asked for no bean sprouts on this one. The Chang's Chicken was great, nice and tender, not dried out. It reminded me of a quality version of Panda Orange Chicken. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Ambience was great as always.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

We're P.F. Chang's regulars, and this visit was one of our absolute favorites! Andrew was a stud -- what a guy! He kept the energy up all night and made the whole experience that much better. The food was spot-on too -- everything tasted extra fresh and perfectly cooked. It really felt like they've nailed the menu lately, with some fun new items to try. You also can't beat the Chef's Feast Deal -- such great value for what you get. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambiance is awesome, with beautiful views of the sunset and ocean -- or the mall, if you prefer a different kind of scenery.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Can't wait to come back soon -- and hopefully Andrew's working again!

We dined at PF Changs in Fashion Island today for our Anniversary. We made a 11:15 reservation. When we arrived we were greeted by the manager,Lisa who was so nice and recognized us by name and said Happy Anniversary. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We requested a window table which she accommodated us with that had a great view.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] There was a Happy Anniversary Card on our table with a card for a free appetizer on our next visit. Lisa asked if we had any questions on the menu and recommended a few favorites. She later came by our table to check on us and again wished us a Happy Anniversary. Lisa was great. Our server was Josie. She provided us excellent service. She was attentive, knowledgeable, warm, and friendly. We ordered the chicken lettuce wraps, northern ribs then the lunch special. All the food was so delicious. The ribs were so tender and fall off the bone. Josie told us we would receive a dessert for our anniversary which we appreciated. We were so full that we took it home. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Great Service by Lisa and Josie. Great food and beautiful view from our table[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. Thank you for making our Anniversary Lunch special and memorable. We'll be back.

It's a small location with very little seating inside and with perfect weather on this day we dined outside. We tried the shrimp and pork spring rolls to start. The serving size were four large rolls that were more than we could even finish. It was accompanied by a flavorful peanut sauce. Spooning the sauce onto the first bite was a total surprise and didn't know what to expect. The ingredients were so fresh, crisp, and flavorful. The peanut sauce didn't have that cheap skippy peanut butter taste but was not overpowering and just enhanced every bite. My wife had the Chicken Curry with rice. It was a large serving that she couldn't finish on her own and I joined in to assist with my own spoon. It was filled with pulled chicken that was tender and tasty. The curry was more of a broth that had the perfect amount of curry flavor. Not too spicy and the soft white big potato halves made the dish feel like a warm, hearty bowl of comfort food. The rice was some of the tastiest I've ever had. Not sure what it's seasoned with but it's yellow and stick and delicious and balanced the curry broth perfectly. I ordered the marinated chicken with rice. It's served with a wonderful fish light fish sauce that you often get with vermicelli dishes at Vietnamese restaurants. The chicken was a thigh meat that was tender and flavorful. The rest rice was the perfect accompaniment that filled me up in a good way. Highly recommend both dishes. They use no seed oils, everything is fresh, made to order and be patient as the food doesn't come out right away. Good, healthy, fresh food takes time and worth the wait. They have a bunch of boba and coffee drink options that many around us had ordered and seem to really be enjoying. This place will go on our list of must return and perfect for those summer evening date night spots in one of the best beach cities in all of California.

We settled on two special plates with two items each...one was lo mein and mu she pork and the other mongolian beef and kung pao chicken. These came with soup, rice, and spring rolls. The food was just OK - nothing among these were spectacular - just so-so. We were hoping for better - it's hard to find your "go-to" Chinese place anymore. We dream of the old days of moo-goo gai pan and egg foo yung. The most striking thing was the price....$47 with tip for two people. Just too expensive and I suspect this was why as we were there during lunch time on Sunday,, with lots of tourists on the street, this restaurant was empty. I've read alot of the reviews and I just have to conclude that some people will not be as critical.

I didn't expect them to prepare a fresh rack of ribs for me at 11:00 a.m. on opening so I knew a reheat was coming but it tasted good. They were just not hot. The purple cabbage slaw is masked as Asian on the menu but its nothing but a heavily doused with vinegar cabbage to the point its mushy. I must say, ribs made a great reheat a couple days later, even after transportation/ long periods in the car. Crispy mahi mahi wok'd with veggies.B- Very creative dish but it was over sweetened to death to the point where it affected the crispiness of the fish pieces. Waay over-sauced, literally swamped in glaze. If it was dryer the fish chunks would be much crispier and it would taste a lot lighter and better. In a nutshell this restaurant is not for the risk adverse and has very unique pairings and sauces and preparation methods which you will either love hate or not be sure as I still am not, but it was good to try once. 3.5 Stars rounding up to four for the good service.
