To the point...main dish -Firecracker Shrimp- was OK but more because the delicious veggies that accompany that plate like onion and green/red peppers than the slightly uncooked 'meat' (shrimp!) with yet a certain 'plastic packaging' taste unfortunately. Barely edible altogether really. Worse part of the two items order were the lousy, far-from-crispy, rushed, almost white outside vegetable, 'garden' eggrolls that smelled like a disgusting med, poor choice of ingredients partly. Not good IOHP, mine and my husband's indeed. No wonder the 3.x rating the place have received, between 2-3 from us actually. Not recommended. read more

Growing up in California we are spoiled with our Mexican food and our Chinese food. My wife has never been to a PF Chang's before and I explained to her that it's nothing more than fancy Chinese food lol! It was good. Nothing mind blowing. I honestly just wanted to take her just because she's never been. But truthfully, our hole in the wall little Chinese restaurant down the street has food just as good. And I don't say that as a slam against PF Changs. I guess it's a little tough to justify spending 80+ dollars on Chinese food just for the two of us. Please don't get me wrong, like I said the food is good. The service great. Was a great experience. We are just spoiled here in SoCal when it comes to our Chinese food. I recommend everyone try this place at least once lol! read more

This was only the second time we had been here. And when Diane and I left, we were both of the opinion that we would willingly come back. It was pre-Christmas holiday time, and a vaunted P.F. Chang's Xian warrior statue in the main dining room was bedecked with a Santa's cap on his head. We began with delicious and mild pan-fried Handmade Shrimp Dumplings and a bowl of Wonton Soup filled with six nude but crunchy shrimp hiding within each assembled wonton. Then it was specially prepared Miso-marinated Chilean Sea Bass for Diane, and Mongolian Beef with sweet Soy Sauce, Flank Steak, Garlic, Green Peppers, and Onion for me, since my favorite of Wok-Fired Filet & Potatoes has now been replaced on the dinner menu by a Korean Bulgogi Steak that features a New York Strip Steak covered with a Mongolian glaze. The Mongolian Beef was very tasty, and not too tough. It was accompanied by cooked spinach bathed in a Soy Ginger Sauce. Everything was washed down nicely with Oolong Dragon Eye Tea and Citrus Tea. Service by Tayler was very fine, except during the dinner I received only one water refill when I needed two. Booth seating was comfortable. An excellent meal, and XXXX-1/2 stars overall! read more

There was a 1 hour wait for a table when we arrived so we chose to sit in the bar. Turned out to be a good choice. You can order from their Happy Hour menu for 1 hour longer and you can order from the whole menu while sitting in the bar. Win! To start we had Sake and an Asian Pear Mojito. Great choices. The mojo to was the right combination of sweet and mint. We ordered vegetarian lettuce wraps, fried green beans and veggie sushi. All were very good. For entrees we had the Hokkien Street Noodles with no meat and subbed in tofu. And no oyster sauce. Delicious. I had the Buddha's Feast with tofu and white rice. Also delicious. Since we had so many appetizers between 2 people we had food left to take home. All in all a pleasant dining experience. Our waitress/bartender was excellent. Sunday, October 2, 2022. I used to come here regularly pre-Covid times. So it's been a while but my wife and I had lunch here today. I was very disappointed. They completely changed the recipe from what I used to get which was orange peel chicken. It doesn't taste the same, it doesn't look the same, it's more breaded. Not as flavorful, It's not as good. The orange chicken here is now just like typical un special Chinese fast food like a panda express. So I was VERY disappointed they completely changed the recipe! Not coming back. read more

If you are coming on a Friday or Saturday, be patient with the parking. There is tons of parking available, but Victoria gardens seems to be the destination of many. parking close can be a challenge. Same with getting seated without having to wait 2 hours. This location is very popular. Tip -sit at the bar if you have a small party. I found the service is quicker and I've never had to wait . Everything I've eaten here has been good. Yes, they are pricy but you are paying for the flavor and atmosphere. read more

We have been customers of this restaurant since it opened. I have always been pleased with the service and this last visit was no exception; however, we were very disappointed with the most recent menu change. All of our favorites are gone, except the chicken lettuce wraps. Most if not all of the chicken is breaded. Kung Pau was heavily breaded and the entire dish was over salted. I used to come to PF changs many years ago and I remember it being so delicious. It was okay, the service was also okay.

Went in for daughters birthday. We ordered the chefs feast new to menu. Before receiving soup and appetizers they were bringing out the entrees. I stop them there and expressed by concern to management that this was not acceptable. When they did bring out the soup it was not what we ordered. They then proceeded to bring out plate not that was not washed. Again called manager over who acknowledged that yes in fact it was dirty and she promised to make things right. We never were offered anything to compensate us for our experience, not even a drink, but even more so the waiter never came back out to see how things were or refill our water glasses. I could certainly share server and managers name from Sunday 9-29 but won't. Just remember those folks dining are why you get a paycheck and need to be treated better. Something has really gone downhill at this location and I probably will not be back to this location. read more

Wow... we did reservations online 15 minutes before and got seated right away once we arrived. The service was great! Ambiance was nice and great for a date or if you're bringing a family. 4 stars because for $100 for 2 people, we could have eaten better Chinese food. The Chow Mein was pretty good, though. We've never been to a P.F. Chang's before, and we probably won't be back. It's worth a try. read more

Portion to price ratio is pathetic. $26 for this I ordered for pick up. If I'd sat and paid in the restaurant the portion would have been equal to the cost. Won't order again. Tasty Goody even provides more for less and this Kung Pao was dry! The Mongolian Beef lacked flavor and was dry! I feel like I paid for someone's leftovers. Went here last night and it was almost a big mistake because of how crazy the parking is on the weekends and then add all the holiday shoppers and it's a mess. As far as the food is concerned it is very good! I have had their lettuce wraps before many times and they are one of my favorites. This time when I went I wanted a rice and meat dish and it did not disappoint! The rice and chicken was perfect and their noodles are really good as well. I highly recommend them. I will be going back again soon! The manager Aldo was very nice and understanding that I could not park in the pickup area when I came to get my curb side pickup because of all the holiday traffic/parking. I have not been in P.F. Chang's for many years. I had to come here to check out our because it's only 5 minutes from my house. I made a reservation ahead of time to make sure we don't wait too long. As soon as we arrived we where seated in 2 minutes. The front desk ladies where very nice to us and feel welcomed. After getting seated our waiter Christian came to take our drink orders immediately. He was very professional and patient with us. We ordered Signature Lo Mein, Buddha's feast, Thai Harvest Curry, Crispy honey chicken and Banana spring roll dessert. They give you white or brown rice complimentary such was good. Everything was delicious and we finished everything. Our waiter Christian was really attentive to us therefore making the experience better. Great job!! The restaurant was very elegant and clean when I checked it out. Restaurant has a very nice painting in the middle that made you feel you are in China. Parking is busy be a you are in Victoria Gardens on a weekend . More parking available if you just park a little farther we found space for like 10 -15 cars. I definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone whom has not been here before. read more
