This place is amazing. I'm glad I live nowhere near cause I would eat there everyday! The food was fantastic and the "crack sauce" was the icing on the cake. They sell the green sauce in large bottles for $10 and it's worth it. Ambiance was cool outside the restaurant isn't anything to right home about but it has a cool vibe inside with murals music and TVs. The service was fine, the employees were helpful but they have no knives (which isn't good for yelp photos) and they had quite a bit of up charges everywhere. On the register there was a notice of upcharge for employees or something and then all the menu prices reflect cash price vs cc price. This place was expensive so I probably won't bring my whole family next time. Last negative, I had like 1/3 of a cup of oil in my burrito it was leaking out everywhere. I need to repeat though this place was awesome and I would eat here every day if I could. I can't wait to go back to try more items from the menu. read more

I'm quite late to the Pablito's Tacos party, but as the wags say, better late than never. I ordered through Uber Eats, so I don't know from rude workers or anything, I only know from the food I ate. So, here's what I had: Two hard-shell beef tacos and a bean and cheese burrito, with the add-on of guacamole, cilantro, and onions. First off, the hard shell tacos were excellent. No complaints at all other than I could use a foot massage, but that's another story. Then came the burrito - also excellent with the caveat that it did NOT include the add-on that I paid for, so no guacamole, no cilantro, and no onions. Reading through the reviews, I gather that that happens a lot, so it's something someone might want to look at and fix. I got a refund from Uber Eats for that charge. I certainly can recommend this and will and I'll certainly order from there again, maybe even in a day or two. Now, about that foot massage - any recommendations for THAT? read more

Got the Lomo Saltado and Carne Asada and Shrimp burrito sooooo good. Definitely a bit pricey but the portions are huge and the quality is good. Normally we go to the taco stand but came into the restaurant it's pretty big with a decent amount of seating. read more

I used to really like this place, but it's definitely started going downhill with the quality. I came back after a while to try their Tuesday specials, $1 street tacos and fried Birria and cheese Taquitos. The sizes of the tacos have not only shrunk considerably, but their is now only a single, sad version of their tortillas holding it together. It looks like they're even using much less dough on The single tortilla than they used to. So it falls apart like France in WWII after the first bite. Everything is also SO. FREAKING. GREASY. Every order should come with a side of antacids. While the flavor of the food is still pretty nice, the quality is now not worth it. If the quality of their specials is any indicator of the rest of the week, I think I'll pass from coming here from now on. read more

Food was very good! We had lomo saltado, chile relleno burrito, and quesabirria taco. My husband is a tough critic and he said his burrito was awesome. In my lomo saltado the meat was tough, the rice a bit dry, and it wasn't juicy enough. Despite this it was still delicious. I would definitely order it again. This will be our go to anytime we come to the Burbank airport. Why only 4 stars? The music was too loud, and the decor left much to be desired. Popular joint in Burbank because of their tacos and their green sauce. The sauce isn't spicy but definitely creamy. It is similar to the Peruvian green hot sauce but way more mild and more creamier. The tacos was decent and huge in portion. The burrito was good. The food honestly was whatever but the sauce made me want to eat more. The place is clean and the walls have great painting. The downside is the small parking lot and the restrooms were gross and had no light, so it was pitch dark in there so take your phone light! read more

My views have definitely changed after my dine in experience. Select tacos are $1 on Tuesday and they even have michelada specials for $5. You must order online to get the special and yes it's worth it. ;) Staff was very accommodating and I even found out they don't get tips added online or via tablet options. :o I had already tipped online and decided to give them cash on site. There is no peruvian real flavor here.. they use the tomatoes and the onions but the lomo saltado leaves you dissapointed. not sure why they even say Peruvian style when in reality they do not even use Lomo which is a type of meat that has no fat.. they use the grissle part of the meat as if they use any meat and they call it lomo Saltado.. This is not a good option for Peruvian food.. maybe some people like the flavor but it sure is not Peruvian Style. for Peruvian Lomo you need a wok and also ingredients that take time to prepare... the flavors I tasted left me wishing I had the real thing... There are other places in LA where they do serve the real thing.. They should either learn to truly make the Lomo Saltado correctly or do not call it Peruvian Style Lomo Saltado and please use the real Lomo not fatty meat when you cook the Lomo Saltado. read more

I have never had Mexican food this bad. The beans were cold, blended like a smoothie with cheese on top, and it wasn't fresh. It tasted and smelled spoiled. It's either whole beans or refried beans, who wants a side of whipped beans that's cold, and it was $5 smh. The crispy Thursday tacos were super basic, oily and the taco meat wasn't fresh, it tasted like the taco seasoning packet from the grocery store. And it made my stomach hurt after eating. Probably my favorite spot for tacos in Burbank. They've got alot of meat in their tacos, they definitely don't skimp on it. It's always a bit busy (in the kitchen) so probably one of the more popular carry out joints (especially on cinqo de mayo!) Service is a hit or miss, you could be waiting a little longer than you'd like if you're a walk-in, so be patient, the food is worth it. They are just busy back there, always seeming to be on the go. I go for the chicharones tacos and mushroom and nopales tacos. My fave! But I've had their chicken and fish as well. Their green sauce is CRAZY good, I don't know what it's made of but so good they know it, and sell it in bottles. Pablito's Tacos caught my eye on Yelp a while back, so when the opportunity presented itself, I decided to try it. The tacos looked great, so that's what I ordered. One asada, one pastor with pineapple, and one lomo saltado. This is the kind of restaurant where you order and pay at the front, then take a seat and wait for your food. Service was quick and friendly, and the decor was nice and interesting. It was pretty empty when I arrived, so finding a seat was easy. Overall, I thought the tacos were good. Imagine walking into a place on a Tuesday and forgetting that it was Taco Tuesday. Guilty, your Honor. Yet that turned out to have a nice surprise. As a first timer I felt I had to start with some tacos. I ordered 3 expecting to pay 2.99 or something. When the price of 1.29 pops up on the screen, that's when I was reminded. But these are smaller in size which means you can order more to have a taste of everything if you desire. Little mini size 2 bite tacos. Almost tapas like. The one that jumped out to me was the pollo mole. Wow. The taste buds get into serious investigative mode with that one. The tortillas are real deal hand made and exceptional. My perception of this place has taken a complete 180-degree turn. After initially loving it, I now have a strong dislike for it. Upon revisiting the vampiro dish, we noticed that the tostada bottom was noticeably thicker and crunchier compared to our previous visit. We wondered if this was due to us dining in rather than getting it to-go? To further investigate, I took one of the vampiros to-go. But the food wasn't the main issue. Additionally, we observed that most customers opted for take-out rather than dining in and didn't know why till today. The lady with taking our order was extremely helpful, but 5 minutes in we couldn't help but notice we could hear the chefs and the lady playfully screaming and scaring each other. This occurred on and off every few minutes for our entire time eating. Workers in the back unboxing shipments were also coughing horrendously. As my husband walked up to request a to-go container, rather than the worker asking what he needed, the younger male worker LOUDLY screamed out someone's name for a Togo order directly in his face even with seeing no one was in the restaurant except us. He knew it was obnoxious and unnecessary so he then laughed and then said "now I can ask you what you need". I watched this and wish I would've gotten his name, it was a douchey and unnecessary thing to do. A minute later as others entered the restaurant he casually shouted for the woman taking orders "HEY, COME OVER HERE." While they all seemed to be having fun on a Friday afternoon, the repetitive and somewhat disruptive nature of their screaming and interactions detracts from the overall dining experience and quality of their food. Overall, the food quality remains enjoyable, but the atmosphere and customer service could be improved to create a more pleasant dining environment. Don't think I'll go back. They also don't have restroom facilities for handwashing, but considering it's a taco place, it's expected that hands will be used for eating. read more
