What makes the tacos is the green sauce, the meats by itself wasn't mind blowing. But what was mind blowing was the rude worker who rudely asked everyone who came in, if they had a pickup. After we said no and he rolled his eyes, my bf thought they were closing that's why. Nope, he just has a resting b face complimented by eye rolls. What took the cake for me is when I noticed a customer come back in to let them know she didn't order 4 tacos. Lomo a lo Pobre was massive, delicious, and a great value - probably good for 2 to share unless you're super hungry and want leftovers. Cracking the yolk and dumping the green sauce on top tied it all together. Friendly quick service. Recommend and will return. read more

This is such a great place! Definitely one of these hidden gems in Burbank! Their tacos are great size and don't be fooled by thinking their tacos are those mini tacos that you get at the street corner. The menu is really extensive! On top of having the Mexican classics, they also have Peruvian food. They also have desserts to choose from. They also serve alcohol if you wanna grab a michelada! This place has been around for quite sometime and I like that it's still here! The tortillas are hand pressed and cooked on the flat iron grill. It's so delicious! Yea you you've seen them online or passed by. Pablito's is not to be slept on. Chunks of tender pork belly with some crunchy skin are their chicharon. Between that, the lomo saltado, asada, and pastor on tacos, all the meats flavor come through while balanced out by the fresh tortillas and salsa and garnishes. Never had a better tasting fresh tortilla like this. Even better, the chorizo gets a chili treatment like never before and is yet another intense blend of salt and fat that could be enjoyed as protein but alas it is a topping to the other options. Watermelon fresca was an excellent quencher to all that I savored. Though this spot looks like it can be slammed busy easily, service was still quick and efficient. Felt like the taco spot at the gas station in Vegas but here in NoHo. If the tacos are so good I can only imagine their other offerings are superb as well. Treat yourself to this one when you really want to indulge. Don't be surprised if you end up dancing to the Reggaeton blasting on their sound system. read more

This place has the best crack sauce! I don't know what it is, but you can add to everything like on a fried egg, sandwiches, pasta, etc. They make fresh hand made tortilla for the tacos! And I love their asada. Chunk of meats thats tender. Get their surf and turf burrito/tacos and you won't be disappointed!! Best customer service too! BIG FAIL!!! I want a retry! So I see them on IG. Their yelp looked good. Check my reviews, I DONT MESS WITH MEXICAN FOOD! I'm too Mexican for it lol they all fail. Every time. My trucking route took me in the area. Work pays for my lunch so I really don't have anything to lose. Friday was legit day so I'm suppperrrr hungry. I ordered the traditional asada burrito. Finally got my food, took a bite and it was good! Or was it just my hunger? Took another bite and there it was, uncooked rice. I can still chew the hardness of the rice. The grains were still small because they didn't fluff. They make rice all day, you'd think they have it down packed! But noooooo after 3 bites, I sent it back. They lovely ladies in the front are super nice and polite. I really wanted to like this place. So I feel bad giving a bad rating for great service. But others (including management) have to read this. She offered another burrito but I figured they just use the same batch of rice. Nothing else on the menu grabbed my attention so I just got a refund. There was another party ahead of me that was complaining about how their order was wrong in so many ways. It was a big order too. So maybe the kitchen crew was off that day. Idk. And that's ok. Some days are bad. Sucks it was a bad first impression for me. Clean, parking available, friendly service and freshly made tasty tacos. We went for taco Tuesday and we're not disappointed with the $1 tacos (order online first for the deal). The vegetarian taco (not on special) was also delicious and the chips were fried fresh. Churros were tasty and the pineapple Agua Fresca was good too. The special green sauce of course was delicious! The only thing I would change is to let the tortillas and chips drain off a bit more of the oil before serving. We used napkins to blot the excess. Dank tacos mulitas burritos pasta you name it. Can't go wrong with a single item on the menu and to top it all off with their creamy cilantro avo sauce. This is a Peruvian fusion joint and it's so delicious and quick. A bit pricey, but when you're handed your meal you won't be worried about any wasted money, portions are huge! Indoor seating avail and pick up/to go also avail. I've had decent Chicken Quesadillas at Pablito's. But this time I ordered the Shrimp Tacos with extra cheese, total was 9.99 for take out. Avoid, Avoid!!! When I got home and opened the take out box, my first reaction was , WTH! A small soft, open faced tortilla with about 4 dinky shrimp smothered in cheese and sour cream looked like a 10 year old cooked their first meal. The taste was ok, however come on!!!! Okay... so I asked for another burrito from their menu, but was told they were out. Then I was told they could only make one kind of burrito because they were out of ingredients for the others. We came on a Friday afternoon and the wait was about 15-20 mins from the time we ordered to the time our food came out. We were able to sit outside and eat but the outdoor dining is limited so most people were getting takeout. The tacos were good but not the most amazing tacos I've had. I like the al pastor best - the meat was amazing and super flavorful! I prefer the grilled pineapple but this had diced fresh pineapple on it. The asada and fish tacos were also good but I wasn't blown away. You don't put the toppings on yourself so the onions and guacamole were a little overpowering for me personally. My husband got the California burrito and I thought it was amazing!! The asada was soooo good in the burrito and the flavors went perfectly. Also, the size of this thing was massive and could definitely feed two. We spent a little over $30 for a burrito, tacos, and a drink so definitely a big pricier than a taco truck or stand. I was craving for some tacos and was glad to see that Pablitos was less than 5 miles from the office and had a Taco Tuesday deal going because their pricing was not the pricing you'll find in the 626 or East LA. I ordered two of each Carne Asada and Lomo Saltado and a side of the crack sauce. I can tell that the tortillas were freshly handmade because after every bite I took I don't feel meh. Usually I'm not a fan of corn tortillas because I get tired of eating more than two tacos b/c most places gives you two tortillas. Not sure what they put in the Crack sauce but its amazing and its bomb on everything. I would recommend trying this place out on Tuesdays because on regular days its quite expensive for a single taco. read more

I discovered Pablito's Tacos via a Yelp perk and I am glad they have this location close by. There are a few tables outside, but I usually do take out. They specialize in a Peruvian/Mexican fusion which is fun and opens your horizons to more dishes and flavors. I like their taco-s, nice, simple fresh- al pastor is pretty good, lomo saltado is something I discovered here and I always enjoy their chicken mole, can't go wrong. Their guac is good, but I really love their crack sauce, on the spicy side, but addictive! Last time we tried their Vampiro (since it was Halloween weekend), it's similar with a tostada, the meat was tender, ingredients fresh, flavorful, not your healthy dish but it's worth the calories. Street parking. OK prices, customer service - nice people, but you need to watch for your order not to get screw up, sometimes they don't get the idea of making food from the same order in the same time! I used to love this place but recently had a terrible experience. I have been a huge fan of the wings at Pablitos and have championed them against the other wings in the area. Recently I ordered wings for a group of friends and I and it went south quick. All of the wings were overcooked, so much so the meat was dry, and the sauce on the special was legit disgusting. Bland, stale, and you can see it in the pic- it was moldy or something. Legit awful. We dumped the wings and went to Angels tacos. The worst part was that I tried to contact the business but no one cared. I got an email back asking what location it was but that was it. They don't care. I will go out of my way to drive from LA to the Burbank just for Pablito's. And there are not many places I'd say that for! Pablito's is by far my favorite taco place in the area. DEFINITELY go for Taco Tuesday where everything is pretty much half off! It's an unreal deal. The Vampiro tacos, which are melted cheese on top of a crispy taco, are unbeatable. Even getting it to go, it somehow stays warm and crispy and delicious. I also am a huge fan of the fish tacos and shrimp tacos, but you really cannot go wrong on this menu. The first thing I ever had from Pablito's was their california burrito with asada and it's now my favorite comfort food. If you go, you have to go home with a bottle of the green crack sauce. It's delicious with a subtle kick, and it elevates everything. I always have to have a bottle on hand and I'll put it on any tacos or burritos that need a boost in flavor. I've even mixed it with ranch before to make a Peruvian salad, and it's amazing. I love staying by the kitchen and watching them make the food, because they will press the tortilla and put it directly on the grill. It doesn't get fresher than that. read more
