It was either a really good Monday dinner service, or Pacific Seafood improved greatly! They had a paint refresh on the building, had more staff than what we were used to, and had a great selection tonight. Everything was cooked fresh and they were really keeping track of the food so it was on rotation. The Asian buffet near us stopped serving a few items, and I knew Pacific would still have them. Happy to say, I went home STUFFED. I highly recommend especially for a week day service since its much cheaper!

Best Chinese buffet restaurant in the valley! Come on down and enjoy the best food this side of the valley!

I've been frequenting this buffet for years! I love coming to Pacific because they offer a wide range of foods that cater to most anyone and the food is always delicious! They offer a selection of sushi, dim sum, Mongolian cooked to order in front of you, classic Chinese dishes and much more. Service is always friendly & the restaurant is clean making it a great spot for lunch or dinner!

Pacific Seafood Buffet is misleading and dishonest with their pricing. We arrived during dinner time, yet were told it "wasn't dinner yet" and were charged extra even though their own website clearly says otherwise. Instead of honoring what THEY advertise, they tried to upsell us at the door. No apology, no accountability, just "pay more or leave." That alone killed any desire to eat there. We paid and walked out. If you can't match your pricing to your own website, that's a red flag. Won't be returning, and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

If you're a pescatarian, seafood lover, or just a fan of all-you-can-eat feasts, Pacific Seafood Buffet is a must-try! For just $21 on weekends, you get an extensive variety of fresh seafood, hot cooked dishes, and even a build-your-own Mongolian BBQ station. The seafood selection is the highlight, featuring fresh sushi, sashimi, raw fish, and perfectly steamed fish, crab legs, shrimp, snails crawfish and clams. Each dish is prepared with care--standouts for me were the buttery sashimi and the tender steamed shellfish and fish. Beyond seafood, the buffet offers a surprising variety of hot cooked dishes, soups and meats, making it a hit even for non-seafood lovers. The Mongolian BBQ station is a fun touch, letting you customize your stir-fry with fresh ingredients and sauces. My recent Saturday night visit wasn't without its hiccups. The restaurant was packed, which is expected on weekends, but the vibe turned a bit chaotic due to kids running around and being left unattended at times. It didn't ruin the experience, but it did make navigating the buffet lines more challenging. On a sweeter note, the dessert bar is a must-visit! With an assortment of Asian-inspired sweets and classic treats, it's the perfect way to wrap up the meal. Why 4 Stars? The food is fresh and flavorful, and the variety is unbeatable for the price, but the bustling, chaotic atmosphere--especially with kids running amok--makes it hard to fully relax and enjoy the meal. Pro Tips: * Arrive early to avoid the peak chaos. * Bring your appetite--the variety here is no joke. * Don't miss the Mongolian BBQ and dessert bar--they're worth it!

Pacific Seafood Buffet offers a wide variety of food choices, and the prices are reasonable at $13.99 for lunch.

This location is a much nicer facility and in a better area than the one in Tolleson. The menu is consistent too, which made it easy for us to order our favorites. I hope you get Gigi as your server as she is very pleasant, friendly and checks on you regularly. However, the two (2) greeters at the hostess stand are a different story. It is obvious neither of them like their jobs and just come in to punch a clock. It would be nice if they at least made eye contact with the customers before they have you follow them to the table they have picked out for you. Smile? . . . that's out of the question, too. We determined by the expressions on their faces their parents probably told them since they graduated from high school they aren't going to sit around the house doing nothing all day so this must the the place they applied to.

We are fans of the local competitor and wanted to see how this one compared. TLDR: the other one is better! We each ordered the Famous Low Country Boil - mine with lemon pepper sauce and my daughter with the 88 Special, a combo of all the sauces. She went with no spice and I went with mild. We also ordered a bowl of rice. We did enjoy what we had but it seemed heavier than what we are used to. We were not big fans of the sausage mixed in and our service was fine, but not amazing. We were also disappointed that there were not scissors offered to help get the meat out of the crab / lobster - we really had to work for it! On a positive note, we did make good use of the wet wipes that were given to us as well as our bibs and gloves. It is quite a messy meal and note that I learned the hard way: don't wear white if you're planning on ordering any kind of seafood boil! Pricing is similar to the competitor. Ambiance is chill but not as fun. I would not rush back, but I also would return with reasonable expectations.

We were very disappointed in our experience. My husband was excited about having the Osso Bucco and I was planning to have Branzino, but we were quickly informed that they were out of both! So then the server talked us into the Dover Sole, which we then ordered. A few minutes later, the manager came to inform us they were out of the Dover Sole so we would need to pick another entree . We also ordered bottle of wine and then informed they were out of that kind of wine. So I ordered the Chilean Seabass and my husband ordered risotto. My husband did enjoy his risotto. The Seabass was very disappointing. It was tough. I had to cut it with a knife. It was very bland! Then we decided to order dessert and we were immediately told they were out of the cannolis ,my husband's favorite. We did order the crêpes which were delicious and prepared at the table. We were quite disappointed in our experience here tonight. Very sad because we really enjoyed this restaurant and we're excited about having a fine dining option in downtown Chandler.
