We've been going here for years - hundreds of visits (my kids LOVE the food!) and it's always been consistently yummy, the service has been friendly, the dining area is very clean, and they've never once messed up our order! OK, simply put... Pacos has the best fast casual Mexican in Tucson! You can drive through or sit inside the small but spotless restaurant. Either way, you're gonna get great cooked to order Mex that is always yummy. Plus, the prices hover around the $10 mark for generous platters. Mexican cokes are also very fairly priced at around $2 a bottle. The only slight negative is the keyed outside restroom but hey, even the restroom is always spotless. Love me some Pacos!! read more

The food is great, but I don't understand why it looks like the bag was swung around after it's put inside. My wife has uh... sensitivities that caused her to curse, run into and slam the bathroom door shut, and sob when she saw this. I'm really tired of having to console her when we eat here, but she doesn't want me to ever go back anyway. This is the 2nd time in a row this has happened. My friend says this is his favorite burrito spot in town so I stopped here with my kids for some breakfast burritos on our way to school. We shared two breakfast burritos between the three of us. One egg, chorizo and one egg and carne asada with potatoes. The red and green salsas were amazing and brought some good flavor and heat to the burritos. The staff were kind and patient as we couldn't decide what to order. I was originally very skeptical because their breakfast burritos cost around 5 dollars but these burritos are absolutely worth that cost! Homemade tortillas with that necessary chewy factor. The burrito was absolutely chock full of flavor including perfectly braised potatoes and chorizo. Coming from San Antonio breakfast tacos, I can say I was still impressed at the taste and size of these burritos. Don't know about the rest of the food but I'll be sure to try out their lunch and dinner options at a later date! read more

I love me a good breakfast burrito. A local Tucson resident recommended I check out Paco's so I dropped in to pick up burrito to go. Service was fast, the place was immaculately clean and the servers were friendly. The burrito is very big-you may not need lunch! I ordered one with eggs, potato, beans, bacon and cheese. The tortilla was soft, warm and sturdy keeping things all together nice and neat - just like you want. I was provided two red salsas with my order, they were the consistency of a cholula type sauce-good spice but not overwhelming. I would have desired a bit more flavor from the contents-I hit it with a bit of salt for seasoning and things perked right up. Paco's must have local favorites, the drive-thru was busy while I was waiting for my order to be prepared (and I didn't have to wait very long at all.) Add Paco's to your burrito rotation-I think you'll be glad you did. read more

What can I say about Paco's other than to say I am a regular. I tried it on a whim when I first moved to Tucson and haven't stopped going there. The food is authentic and really flavorful . I like the burros we always get green chile burros or I will get the beef tacos or chicken taco salad. Another thing is the staff is always friendly and no matter how many people are in line they tend to move fast. Another thing is I really didn't notice any major food price hikes during the pandemic and that's another reason why I love this place its good and affordable and I'm a loyal customer. read more

Came here, picking up some food with some friends in town. The place was super clean and the prices on the menu were very reasonable. We got various items including Carnitas burrito, pollo burrito, veggie burrito, quesadilla, and Carnitas taco. We've had three adults and one child for slightly under $30. I really thought this place was a bargain. It wasn't the largest portions of a Mexican restaurant but I thought it was a perfect balance of size and price. I stopped by Paco's for a quick dinner on 11/12/2021. I was very impressed with the super speedy service and kind service. Furthermore, the food was da freaking bomb. I've been to A LOT of late-night drive-thru Mexican restaurants that all remind me of each other. However, Paco's stands out. I ordered combination plate number one, which comes with a beef taco, cheese enchilada, refried beans and rice. As soon as I got the food the aroma took over my entire car and I had to control every bit of me to not dig in while behind the wheel. The minute I got to by Airbnb, I didn't even bother unloading the car. I ran straight inside, sat at my table and ate away. It was SO GOOOOOD, especially the beef taco. It was super flavorful, and stuffed with delicious, slow cooked meat. The cheese enchilada was amazing as well, dipped in both red and green sauces which I was generously provided. This place is right around the corner from my house so we go often. Everything is great here. The staff is so friendly and outgoing. My kids favorite is the rolled tacos with guacamole and a quesadilla. I love the cheese enchiladas and shredded beef taco. My husband LOVES the California burrito. We haven't ever had a bad experience. I wish they stayed open a bit later and I always seem to crave it on Sunday's when they are closed but I love this place and will continue to return and support local. 10/10 read more

Every Tuesday, I drive by Paco's and notice an extensive line of cars going through their drive-thru. So I assumed there was a Taco Tuesday special. But after visiting on a Tuesday to try some tacos, I was told they didn't have a Tuesday special. However, it was alright because their prices are comparable to other Mexican fast-food restaurants like Nicos and Los Betos. I did notice the breakfast burritos prices were a little lower. I tried their carne asada plate and an order of super nachos this trip. Both were okay, with generous serving sizes. Also, the lady at the drive-through was friendly, and the food was served quickly. Unfortunately, the carne asada had no smoky flavor or enough seasoning for my taste. On the other hand, the meat on the nachos tasted better served with ingredients that tasted very fresh. I will return here again because of their convenient location and quick, friendly service. read more

My husband likes Paco's burritos much more than me, so I will give a higher star rating. They have cheap simple breakfast or regular burritos. You can add guacamole & cheese to burritos at no extra charge. Bandito burrito with chille relleno inside is another vegetarian option and arguably better than their plain veg burrito. Guacamole & chips are cheap and plentiful, but bland (needs salt, lime, and other guacamole ingredients like cilantro or onion). read more
