Pancho's in Downtown Summerlin was an exceptional dining experience...wow!. The restaurant is beautifully designed in a vibrant hacienda style, filled with colorful tiles, bright accents, striking murals, Mexican artifacts, artwork, stained glass details, and antique style furnishings. Every room feels thoughtfully put together, and I was especially impressed by the visual details throughout the space. My favorite area was the patio, where we sat, with its gorgeous staircase leading to the upstairs seating. It created such a charming, festive setting and made the whole experience feel a little more special. The service was lovely as well, attentive, welcoming, and very accommodating of our requests without ever feeling intrusive. We also enjoyed the margaritas, which were both delicious and definitely strong. The food was outstanding and easily some of the best Mexican food I've had. We tried the shrimp tacos and the vegan burrito, and both were excellent. The shrimp tacos were flavorful and well seasoned, while the vegan burrito was satisfying, fresh, and packed with great flavor. It's clear that the kitchen really understands how to balance seasoning, texture, and authentic Mexican flavors. Pancho's is the kind of place where the food, drinks, service, and atmosphere all come together beautifully. Whether you're looking for a festive dinner, great margaritas, or a restaurant with a truly memorable setting, it is absolutely worth visiting.

The restaurant has a nice vibe, and it's decorated very nice. The food was full of flavor. The server was wonderful and attentive. Even though he shared he had not been there for long he provided great service. Unfortunately, the hostess took away from the experience. Her attitude and her ways were so unprofessional and in pleasant. I was ready to leave. Only stayed because we had plans to meet friends. It's a shame.

So far every single time we've been here, which is often...the food is great ! Comes out super quick and for the most part the service is great. I know at times it gets extra busy and it's hard to grab someone when you need something but for the majority of our visits, they have been very attentive. Happy Hour is Amazing and the way over extended time you have for Happy hour is unbelievable. It gets a little loud in the bar area with the solid filled room and all the screens on with different events or games. But it's very clean and neat inside. Don't sleep on this one. Amazing !!! Aloha

We had super tasty food and beverages! There is a great ambiance and although they were super busy, we got excellent service! Agustin was a friendly and very personable server! I didn't even notice until on our way out, they have a large comfortable lounge area complete with sports TVs! Oh, and Jaws was hanging around! I highly recommend this restaurant and I will certainly return!

Food is good service was good ambience was great i would come back and my wife too! We had no reservations so we waited 30 minutes for a table.

I love this place the hostess was so nice, we got seated really quick, and this place is so pretty with so many decorations, the food was amazing. They also sing happy birthday too and Beto has a great singing voice who helps sing happy birthday, he also has great service and we loved all of the food.

The place is a cool looking hacienda setting. Spacious inside and lots of seating. We were a group of 10 and got sat really quickly. The soups were really tasty they were my favorite part of the whole meal. My plate was the mole enchiladas and I wish it had more mole. They were dry for my taste. Everyone's feedback was that they enjoyed their dishes and would come back again.

This is a pretty good Mexican restaurant in the middle of Downtown Summerlin. From the exterior and right when you walk in, you become immersed in the surroundings that exist in this location. We only got a sneak peak of what interior dining area which seemed like this huge white room which looked pretty cool. We ended up just going to the bar area because we didn't have to wait for a seat. The food we ordered was the con queso for happy hour and the tacos al carbon. Both are really good as you can't go wrong with tacos at a Mexican restaurant. Although the taco's were good, it was kind of missing something that we couldn't really put our finger on it. It's decent but it only comes with 2 tacos. The queso was really good as well, but the only bad part about it was that it was too much for us. The flavor feels repetitive so I'd suggest going with something else. Our server was a bartender since we were at the bar so it was pretty decent. Pretty sure he was busy with all the drink orders but that didn't bother us since we just needed to wait for our food. It took about 20 minutes for our food to arrive but that's fine since they give chips and salsa while we wait.

Pancho's has been on my list for a while, and I'm glad I finally made it to the one not too far away. Their Happy Hour runs until 7 PM, so there's plenty of time after work to swing by for discounted drinks and classic Mexican dishes. The Asada Nachos were massive and an absolute steal at under $20. The Taquitos Dorados were a solid portion, topped generously with pico de gallo, guacamole, sour cream, and cheese. The Carnitas Taco Plate was the most expensive thing we ordered--and the tacos themselves were huge--but I wasn't a fan of the pork flavor, so I'd probably skip those next time. The chips were fresh, salsa spicy, and both were never ending. The draft beer was nice and refreshing, and the house margarita is dangerously good--definitely potent enough to earn you a mid-week hangover. They have two locations: 1. Manhattan Beach 2. Las Vegas Overall, solid spot for generous portions and classic Mexican vibes--worth checking out!

Arriba! Arriba! Let's go to Pancho's! We have always enjoyed our visits there with their friendly staff and the Spanish ambiance is a pleasure to view. I almost always get the enchiladas with shrimp and crab, my husband had the ranchero burrito, and great thing is that they have a kid's menu with quesadillas and fries for the littles. We love the chips and salsa and my favorite dessert Tres Leches! Definitely enough to share with a date. There were 3 hostesses that looked like they would rather be anywhere else (8pm). Eye contact was made, no greeting or smile. Same with attitude on the phone when we called to see how busy they were. Maybe they were just having a bad day. Overall, we enjoyed our time there and we will visit when the craving for some delicious Mexican food happens again!

I like Pancho's even though it's very Americanized Mexican dishes. The restaurant might be one of the nicest ones in town as far as all the beautiful details go and it is on the pricier side but we tend to stick to the fajitas and shrimp dishes which in my opinion are tasty and will feed about two people because portions here are very large. Service like most places is better some days but we always leave with happy tummies. Try to be say in the main room near the beautiful and dramatic stairs if possible because this area is by far the nicest.

The Mexican food overall is pretty mid in my opinion, but Taco Tuesday value for money, is definitely worth it. As a couple, we've always had great service on the bar side. With our kids however, it's been hit or miss on the family side. We have four children, ages 1, 2, 4 and 6, and on one visit we had to repeatedly ask for basics like water, utensils and crayons. However, we've also had an AMAZING male waiter who has two sons. We've had him during our most recent visit, and he was exceptional. He immediately brought coloring supplies, colored straws for the kids, anticipated everything we needed and was incredibly friendly and personable. We genuinely appreciated him. Unfortunately, management has been a very different experience. We've seen the same manager in the zipup jacket multiple times, both when we've been sitting on the bar side without our kids and on the family side with them, and he has never been particularly friendly, welcoming or personable. He even walked directly past our happy one year old saying hi to him and waving and he did not acknowledge him. At the time, I assumed he simply hadn't noticed. But now I'm like, oh he likely ignored him and likely does not like young children. At the end of our most recent visit, I took the kids to the car while my husband stayed behind to finish a work call and have one more drink. He accidentally walked out still holding his glass and, once he realized, immediately returned it. We completely understand that leaving with restaurant glassware isn't allowed. What surprised us was that the manager then informed the wait staff to inform us that we should not return, not only because of the glass, but because our children make too much mess. However; I know that this is aimed at just our one year old as our older kids are out of the dropping food on the floor stage. Obviously, a one year old is going to drop food while eating. There's no way around it. If his mess was ever an issue, we would have happily cleaned underneath his high chair ourselves. Nobody had ever mentioned it to us. And every other restaurant always says it is not a problem! We were also there for dinner at 5:30 p.m. So not particularly late and offensive. If La Neta doesn't want to accommodate families with babies or young children, that's completely their choice, but it should be made clear so families can choose somewhere else. It's a huge shame because we genuinely enjoyed coming here, and our waiter made our entire family feel incredibly welcome. We hope La Neta either makes it clear that young families aren't something they're willing to accommodate or hires management that is more welcoming, friendly and accepting of Las Vegas families. Great cocktails, great atmosphere, amazing birria tacos and potentially excellent service. But based on our experience with management, I wouldn't recommend bringing babies or young children. It would also be more respected for the manager to inform us we are no longer welcome himself. Instead of directing a member of the bar staff to inform us on his behalf, since it's him who has the issue with our one year old making too much mess. It comes across like he feels that our one year old makes mess as a personal attack to him. Rather than it being just a normal thing that 1 year olds do. I'm sure he did the same as a 1 year old. I do still want to highlight our male waiter with two sons, you were amazing and absolutely deserve recognition. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding.

We made a reservation for 9p. We've done this for drinks many times in the past with no issues. I'm aware that the lounge turns into a nightclub later in the evening, so we expected to leave the table at that point. There's no mention of table minimums or bottle service on the website or on the booking link through Open Table. When we arrived for our 9p reservation, the hostess said that tables now were only for bottle service for the nightclub (which hadn't started), and there would be a $400 minimum spend on a table although we had a reservation. She acknowledged that the website didn't say anything about this when booking, (even acknowledged that it's been an issue with other customers) and said we could just sit at the bar. Well, no- the reason we reserved a table, was because we wanted a table to have cocktails. She insisted that we'd have to meet the $400 minimum to have a table at this point. We left, but obviously weren't happy. How hard would it be to put "reservations for a table after x time have a minimum $400 spend" so customers are aware? Definitely a bad taste for Rouge Room.
