Ok... which stingy franchisee owns this place? I know this ain't authentic Chinese food and it doesn't pretend to be with non Chinese, heck non Asian employees but seriously, if any of these employees paid full price for their food and got these small portions, they would be writing this bad review themselves... I got the meal with two entrees and a side. It should of read, two small scoops of protein and veggie laden chowmein that was undercooked and dinky. May be I'm spoiled by the other Chinese restaurants around that fill my to go plate up? I mean how expensive is rice and noodles? If you're going to cheat me on meat and veggies, at least load up on the carbs. Oh.... customer service... I forgot to add eggrolls to my meal, so I asked at the second window and the response was it will take 8 mins... seriously? I'm pretty sure you have some already fried up but you're too lazy to ring it up and go fetch it... because Panda Express serves precooked food, it's not made to order. I'm not stupid. Admittedly they had messed up our order earlier but they more than made up for it when we came back. Everything from the freshness to cleanliness to customer service was wonderful. Last 5 trips through the drive-thru, we asked for a "bowl"...and got a "platter" and charged for a platter....never a receipt in the bag...we will be going back to the Kietzke location...they never miss. Just think, if they charge $4 more for the platter for 50 people, they scammed people out of another $200 for the night, eh??? read more

I was just trying to ask a question that would have taken 10 seconds to answer but the kid Tyler ignored me for 20 minutes straight until I just left. Just standing there watching him made me mad he's terrible with customers. Anyways got home and the food is not even a third as good as the other Panda Express. It's actually terrible at this location and made me super sick once. I will drive to the other one every time. I'd probably rather eat my own throw up then go to the one on south meadows which is sad it's in such a better location. read more

Worst Panda Express I've been to. I pulled into the drive thru and didn't get greeted for several minutes so I pulled to the window and no one was there. We then parked and went to the front. This was 11:30am and they weren't open (sign says 10am) because the cook didn't arrive to prepare food. Okay that's whatever, things happen so they gave us coupons for an extra free entree, but that was after I was outside the window being stared at. I had to start waving to even make anyone come to the door and explain why they weren't open an hour and a half late. I don't even think I'd be bummed about them not being open if they had just posted a sign on the drive thru or something. We came back tonight and it wasn't prepared well, I asked for sauce on my teriyaki chicken and rice and didn't get sauce on either. The orange chicken was also over cooked. I've tried this location half a dozen times and probably 4 times out of 6 they just ran out of what I wanted to order. It's just frustrating that this keeps happening. I love Panda Express and their food is so good! I constantly look forward to eating here it's mine and my girlfriends favorite place to grab a quick bite! I absolutely hate the fucking customer service on the other hand! I drove to this location in hopes to avoid the same crap service that the Kietzke location offers but I came here to find that they were out of menu items as well. My girlfriend avoided getting any food at all while I worked around it. I've worked in food as a supervisor and I know that these things happen every once in a while but they should not be occurring every single night. If you don't mind constantly waiting around for simple menu items while getting no explanation of why this is occurring every single time then this is your place to go! read more

We were in the drive through for nearly 40 minutes. The girl who took our order was nice enough, but we ordered a side of chow mein and received egg rolls instead. The drive through was so chaotic, it wasn't even worth it to go back and get our order correct. They've been open for a few months, was hoping for some more organization, disappointed. You could save some time and go to one of the other locations. read more

Worst parking lot! Then, worst and slowest service I have ever experienced at a Panda Express, which is saying a lot because most locations are usually busy and service can be slow. They were out of most entrees, only 1 person serving a line of customers out the door and around the side of the building. Very disappointing! read more

I was SO excited to heard this Panda Express was opening because its location was so convenient. However, I'm disappointed with this locations speed and accuracy. I have been a total of 4 times, once inside, 3 times in the drive thru, and 3/4 experiences have been not so great. Once, they completely forgot a bowl, and when they handed me my meal, it ended up not being correct at all. I would have said something, but I had already been in the drive thru for 25 minutes. The employees are rude and don't seem to care about their customers. Very upsetting. read more

This Panda Express has been the worst Panda Express I have ever gone to. I have gone there three times and each time i have been disappointed. The first time I had terrible service but I let it slide since it was only the first week that they had been open. The second time there was a huge line and only a few entree's to be served. There was also no brown or white rice. The entire staff was standing around and not cooking any food even when there was a huge line. It was so bad that we just ended up walking out. The third time I went, I asked if they had had any brown or white rice. The girl said no. She did not say sorry or that she could make some for me, just no. I love Panda Express so much but I don't think I will ever go back to this location. Three strikes and you're out. read more

They had customers in their lobby and they locked their doors 20 minutes before closing. So I could order. Won't be back!!

After the long anticipated wait for the new Panda Express to open, disappointment soon followed. They are seriously under staffed and what staff they do have are SO slow. The understaffing causes the lines to be very long and by the time it is your turn most of the entrees are gone, so you are forced to again while they cook another batch. The drive thru line can take up to 30 mins during the supper rush. The food is pretty good but not always worth the wait. Hire more people Panda Express, read more

I have only been to this one twice and both times they got my order wrong and both times told me there was nothing they could do cause my receipt showed I ordered it...First time I went inside and I ordered beef and broccoli but they scooped steak and shrimp and when I told them that's not what I said the girl rolled her eyes and said "please be more clear when you order" then charged me for the shrimp and I said I didnt order shrimp and she responds with "well I already rang it up".... excuse me? The second time I went through the drive thru and I'm sorry but I ordered a bowl with orange chicken and chow mein and yet I recieved STEAMED RICE and WOK STEAK, not even close to what i ordered. Then the little teenager at the window gave me attitude saying "well the receipt said you ordered it and I can't exchange it" (even though she is the one that input it) then proceeded to close the window on me and behind her I can see other workers standing around drinking and eating behind the counter and as someone who worked years in the food and beverage industry as a supervisor I know that is a big no no. It was frustrating having service like that cause all the other Panda Express is town have always been great and helpful and fast. The managers really need to rethink their training methods or get a whole new staff of people who knows the meaning of customer service.... I know better than anyone that the customer is not always right but you still have to try and appease to everyone and try your best to make them happy no matter how much attitude you want to give them. It's your job and if you hate it then find something that fits you. I still love panda express, definitely think the best one is Kietkze but I dont think I'll go back to this location unless they do some serious training or get more serious workers read more

First, let me say that I am a HUGE Panda Express fan. When I travel I typically seek out this chain because it consistently provides great food. Unfortunately, that was not the case at this location. My husband and I tried to eat lunch there earlier in the week while we were off work but the line was more than 25 deep and only 3 people working. Tonight I stopped in for a to go order and was extremely disappointed with the Sweet-fire Chicken. It looked - and tasted - over cooked with too much breading and no sauce with very little pineapple and onion. It didn't even look like the same dish I was used too. It tasted awful. When I brought it to the managers attention, she tried to tell me Panda's chicken was different - they used a different chicken. I explained to her that I eat it all the time so I know what it is supposed to look and taste like. But she said her location was different. Since when do independent Panda Express locations get to make there own recipes? I also watched how they dished out the food and saw employees only filling plates with half servings. One drive-thru order only got three pieces of shrimp...three! Wow, I was so looking forward to the opening of this location. I guess it is back to Jasmine for us. read more
