I've ordered the tomato soup bread bowl twice and both times they gave me a cup. Not happy.

Great place to study, and not too noisy on weekdays. Plenty of seating with outlets. Food is pretty average. I wish the portions were a bit bigger for what they charge in this chain café but the drinks are reasonable and you get unlimited refills. I used to come in highschool to get a break from studying at the library/home, and years later, I think I might come more often for the same reason :) read more

I have a long relationship with Panera bread it's a company I really trust. For a long time I would pick up the bread at closing time and drop it off to churches and homeless shelters. I don't advise doing that. They send you home with trash bags full of perfect bread. I am still having a hard time shutting that weight. Today I needed some thing different from them. I promise I won't get too deep in this conversation because it's creepy. All the restaurants in this little shopping center Had no restrooms! Luckily this was the fourth location in the parking structure that we went to . They had a restroom thank God.. Hair Everywhere! Ordered Mac n Cheese and a Chicken Salad for me and my wife. My Mac n Cheese had a hair in it. I noticed it before even picking up the plate. I immediately told them about it and they nonchalantly offered me a refund. I asked them to just remake it. 30 seconds later my new Mac n Cheese was ready (I'm sure it was the same one). I get to my table and my wife's salad has no chicken in it! At this point we were fed up and just wanted our money back. My wife asked to speak to a manager and she told us she could not refund the Mac N Cheese because it had to be remade per our request (because we like our Mac n Cheese without hair). We got a refund for the Salad and they gave us 2 cookies for our troubles. I ate my cookie on the way home and it had a long colored hair in it! You can't make this up! Absolutely disgusting. Recently, I had Panera delivered via Postmates. This was my first time trying their flatbread. I got the chipotle flat bread. The one issue I had with it was that there wasn't enough chipotle sauce for my liking. It had the drizzle on top, but I wish it had more. Their soups are always tasty. I had the broccoli cheddar and was not disappointed. The thing that did disappoint was the cold brew. There are definitely better places to get cold brew from. read more

I love Panera Bread and have been visiting different locations for the past five years. What I appreciate most about Panera is, first, the welcoming atmosphere; second, the cleanliness; and third, the excellent service. Most of my meetings take place over lunch there, as it provides enough space for privacy and has reliable Wi-Fi for presentations. Today, I enjoyed the Mediterranean veggie sandwich with honey ginseng tea--it was delicious. I'll definitely be back soon. read more

Newly remodeled Panera is a lot more opened up and brighter. it's cheery and more energetic. Same friendly staff with great service. its easier to get around and it now has better location for take out orders. if you like Panera, you will like this revised version even more. read more

I used to love this place ... but they cannot seem to get to-go orders ever!!! This was the third time and I'm done!! Ordered food on app. at 5:17pm, did rapid pick up for 6:35 pm, e-mail said will be ready 6:45. I get there , waited, waited, waited, then asked the manager looking lady if I was at the right Panera, she looked on her tablet, my order was there, she asked if they had my order, they didn't respond to her, then I saw her back there, but no communication to me as to what was going on with my order. Well I ended up waiting 30 minutes before I got my order, but wheui got home, I find they just put the sandwiches in the bag, no bread or chips that I should have gotten. This used to be one of our favorite places to eat a healthy meal at. It has somewhat changed. They are still on the pricey side, but it no longer comes with first rate service. More kiosks to order from, less people serving. We have to pick up our order at the counter. They use to deliver it to us. Not anymore. The food still tastes yummy. The pesto vegetable soup is my favorite! There is an abundance of teas, sandwiches, salads, and desserts. Their bagels are huge and very tasty. I ordered food online on 8/17/23. I was pleased with my food. The order took a little longer because it was a day of a fundraiser, but overall it was a decent experience. Until on 8/21 I looked at my account and noticed I was charged $47.57 and $45.57 all in the same day. I only made one order. When I called to dispute the charges the lady said, "Sorry, I can not help you MY FRIEND. You will have to dispute that with your bank." This Panera has the best service~ I stopped by to refuel my coffee mug on the way home. (If you haven't joined yet, you should on the unlimited premium coffee.) Every time I go to this location something is wrong with my order. I ordered a bagel pack to be ready at 7am, sliced and toasted. I show up at 7:15am and the order was still not ready. They needed to toast the bagels still. They claim that they toast them when the order is picked up, well I didn't have time to wait for an entire dozen bagels to be toasted. The lady at the counter insisted that they are better if not toasted anyway- but this is how I wanted MY order. If the pick up is at 7am, toast them just before. I am the customer and this is how I ordered it. Then I get to my location and realize they didn't add my two extra tubs of cream cheese I ordered.
