I ordered a Chinese Chicken Salad for take-out and was very disappointed by the qualify of the wilted lettuce and lack of presentation. 50% of the salad was wontons. I usually eat in at my local Panera restaurant and like the qualify of food, but Panera needs to take a look at their take out service. I want my money back. Ugh! read more

Ordered rapid pick up and it said ready in 10 minutes so I drive over go inside look it's not ready says on screen still being prepared fine it's Mother's Day no harm done. Then 5 minutes pass by then 10 and my name has been at The top of the screen saying being prepared while people who came after me with huge bags are getting there food! 5 more minutes go by the girl running the orders see me and asks what's the name on the order I tell her oh it's almost ready. More time and my name is still at the top of the screen now I'm pissed all I ordered was oatmeal and Greek yogurt. I go to the counter and tell I've been waiting for 20 plus minutes for my rapid pickup. Again they say the name I tell oh ok. They finally start to make it! Are you kidding me! They've been skipping the person who's name has been at the top of the screen of orders being prepared this who time! I finally get my food after almost 30 minutes after it was supposed to be ready! I have been coming to this Panera for several years. In the beginning it was nice, comfortable with good food. In the past year it has been going down. My orders are frequently wrong by forgetting an item. There are out of something weather it is soup, bread bowel or something from the bakery. Two weeks ago I went to get coffee and pastries. There latte machine was not working, the coffee on the counter was empty including the hot water!! Manager came came out, no customer service or smile. Took my cup to the back to put hot water in it. It took 10 minutes to get more coffee!! Another customer was waiting for his food for about 20minutes, and he was told it already came out maybe someone took it. Manger did not come out to talk to him. Very disappointing. Panera needs to take a lesson from Chick-fil-A on customer service!! read more

Several times has gotten my order wrong, missing ingredients, missing items. Panera in general is great, but avoid this location.

Disappointed with the kiosk. When we walked in, we were the first ones before a crowd started coming in. After putting in our order in the kiosk, it gave us a message that "one of the items we ordered is not available so we have to change or remove it." However, the kiosk does not indicate which item is not available! We tried taking out each one of the items in our order and it still kept giving us the same message. We ended up getting in line to order with the cashier (Daisy) who actually redeemed this visit. And the server who gave us our order was also very nice. So instead of giving a rate of 1 or 2 stars, I'll give it a 3. That kiosk is supposed to make ordering efficient but it failed. It needs much improvement, Panera. read more

Ordered to go 2 sandwiches and a soup. Took a while to order because of the long line and only 1 cashier. Then waited a while for food to be ready. Our soup had a piece of plastic in it ... It was probably frozen, then the worker cut bag open and didn't realize that plastic piece had fallen into soup. Can't say much more about this because things like this do happen. The sandwiches were foreign object free. We had been at many Panera Breads and this by far was the least efficiently run. Management really needs to look into this. There really wasn't any reason to have a long line (I was behind 7 people) with just one cashier open. And there were way too many people waiting at the pick up counter for their orders, unhappy. This has to be the ONLY dirty Panera I have ever been to or seen. Entire place is filthy, dirty floors and tables. All mugs at ordering station were dirty. A man next to us started flipping the mugs and he made a comment that made us look and ALL were dirty. Our utensils were dirty too. Dried food stuck to them. To top it off, they weren't busy and their Panera sign outside is not the usual one other locations have. Will not be returning here. read more

I should have written this review A LONG TIME AGO. It NEVER fails. Every time I come here there is always something missing from my order!!! So frustrating. This time it was a sandwich. Luckily, I checked the bag before I left because I already know. Last time I ordered to go before the remodel, same darn thing happened. Someone else picked up the order, didn't check it, and didn't notice the missing items until they were home. I called and they gave me a hard time about getting a refund. They offered credit and then closed for remodel so I didn't even bother to cash in my credit after that. My kids love this place and it's the closest to us. Panera never disappoints. I'd stay away from the overly complicated sandwiches/paninis from the menu though (like Chipotle Chicken or something). No ok we submitted an big order on the computer station that they have at the location and it took us 20 min and after we were done the computer didn't take the credit card and we ask the employees and they told us that it's not taking credit card and we need to do the order agin with them . Way there is not a single sign that say that the computer it's not working, way I need to spend 20 min and only after that they letting you know that it's not working never coming back . read more

Used the Panera bread app to order. The app shows when something is out of stock so when Isaw my wife's favorite bagels still available i ordered some. Well when i got to the store they had in fact ran out. The store manager was great and asked if i wanted anything else instead, he replaced the bagels the with a turkey sandwich & chips and we were good to go. I really appreciated how easy it was to change the order and not have to go back to the register. Im definitely coming back to this Panera. The only thing i have noticed is that because ot is so popular parking can get pretty slim so be patient with that. The seating inside is great for families too, everytime i visit this Panera there are a lot of people but it still doesnt feel crowded. read more

1 star experience. My friends and I went there at 9:30, which was right before they close at 10. The others in my group ordered soups and sandwiches, but I wanted to be quick since it was half an hour before their closing time, and I eat slow so I ordered a simple bagel. I ordered the cream cheese and wanted my bagel toasted. My friends' orders all came out within 7ish minutes. 10 minutes passed by, there was no sights of my bagel. The restaurant was technically empty so I did not understand why a bagel was taking so long. I went to the pick up counter to ask, and the employee said they do not see my order in the system. The employees were whispering to each other right in front of me. Then, 3 minutes later, one of them finally admitted that one of them made the bagel wrong. (I do not understand how can someone make a bagel wrong?????) She told me to go back to my seat and wait for it. At this time, it was 15 minutes after my order, and my friends were almost done. 20 minutes after my order, I went back and stood there for 5 minutes. 25 minutes after I placed my order, I finally got my bagel. The employees did not acknowledge that I was waiting because they were too busy cleaning and preparing for closing. First started frequenting Panera when I lived in Pasadena. Good has always been decent. But I must note that the speed of service at this particular restaurant is exceptionally slow. It is always problematic when there is a long line of customers waiting to place their order, but only one cashier taking them. On this occasion they started off with two cashiers, but then the manager left to take care of other needs and never returned. I understand that restaurants are busy, especially as we approach the lunch hour. However, I counted no less than 7 other people working there who could easily have stepped up to assist in taking orders. Ultimately, the line was nearly to the door by the time I left. I am SHOCKED this place only has 3 stars. Let me tell you how much I love this place from being in here for only 10 minutes this far. Not only is it the most beautiful Panera I've been to (it looks recently renovated) but the employees are INCREDIBLE. I was having issues with redeeming a reward on the iPad/self service ordering system and so I asked for Herbert's help. Him and Michelle helped me through the issue and were as polite as could be. I found out it was only Herbert's second day but both him and Michelle apart from helping me were going around smiling at patrons and truly delivering rockstar service. Whoever is hiring and training employees at this location is doing a wonderful job. And this location is very lucky to have both Herbert and Michelle!! If I could give this place a zero I would, I'm 15 and my mom gave me her credit card so I could go in, the line was about 4 people and moved pretty fast until they got to one customer and he took forever and so i had by then been in line for about 6-7 or more minutes. I understand the line being long, they only had one helper, a pale girl with eyeliner and two braids, she was very sweet and knew a lot of the ingredients without having to look them up, which made it quicker for me to order. I understand I should have been regulating my bloodsugar but they were prioritizing the pickup orders so it took them like 16 minutes just to give me my mocha freeze and my barbeque sandwhich, and I was about to pass out due to my blood sugar being low, I know they shouldn't prioritize customers with diabetes or disabilities but assumed it was going to be a quick run in so I didn't eat a snack bar before going inside. This white teenager with brown hair, fairly tall that was the employee kept treating me like I was a child, he kept ''checking'' in on me in line to make sure I knew what i was doing in which, how could I not know what I was doing? I was told just to sit in line there's nothing confusing about that. I assume he was being a dick because he asked ''Can I help you'' and I said ''I'm waiting for my food'' and he kept bothering me about what I was doing, not to mention his mask was pulled down to expose his nostrils and he was talking to the girls making the food over the counter, if you want to be anywhere near the kitchen learn how to wear a mask. This place is awful, never again will I go here and neither will my family or friends, almost 30 minutes for a meal and they had 6 customers [like 7 were dining and had their food] and like 5-6 employees c'mon people read more

The delivery from this location is horrible. Within the last two months we have ordered three times and all three orders had issues. The first time the broth bowl leaked all over everything. I did report this on their website and we got a comp. Three weeks ago we ordered dinner for delivery and our soup was missing. I called and hit the recording telling me to call back after dinner hours so we had to go and get the missing item ourselves. Tonight we ordered dinner delivery again and an entire sandwich was missing. We called and did get s manager but they were unable to deliver so again we have to go pick it up. This is so frustrating. Boy is the line to place your order slow. After waiting in line for over 20 minutes, I opted to place my order on the tablet. I don't think it was very intuitive, but managed to place my order without making the mandatory substitutions that only Californians do - apparently we change menus. I ordered turkey chili and a Caesar salad. Both choices: bleh. Perhaps my palette was more discriminating because of the ridiculous wait time to order, receive my order, and the unkept dining room - it was disgusting and dirty. The chili was warm - I'm neurotic about food temperatures - so that's a plus. Too heavy on beans, however. It also lacked seasoning. Caesar salad was a bust. How is that possible?! The lettuce was warm and not crisp. It did not taste fresh. The chicken was bland - I remember eating tastier mud pies as a kid, true story. The bread was warm and delicious! Win!! Only win. I have gone to Panera for many years. I have been going to this location for Many years as well as it is close to my house. It has been going down hill for awhile now and I keep giving them another try since it's so convenient. However they keep messing up my orders or they are very slow. Prices keep going up and taste of food and drinks going down. Today was the last straw! Not going back! I went in to order a bagel and ONE oatmeal. When getting my order she put two oatmeals in the bag. I said "I only had one strawberry one." She said I had a apple one and a strawberry one. I said "ok well I already paid, I will just take them." The manager was right there and she heard all this and didn't even step in. But did hear her ask her what happened as I walked away. But nothing else was said. I get home look at the receipt and it says right on the top "your order should be correct every time. If it's not we'll fix it right away, and give you a free treat for your trouble. Just let any associate know." Well I DIDN'T get a treat not too happy about this! Looking in the bag she ended up giving me two strawberry ones??? No surprise the lady making my oatmeal was talking and complaining to another coworker the whole time so she wasn't paying attention at all. Sit down to eat one of the strawberry oatmeals and the strawberries are so sour!! So threw them away!!! What a waste of $4.69 each!! Oh well guess this Panera member will not be going back. Needed a quick meal for the family before I went to work. Decided to try Panera again even though I had problems in the past. I sent my daughter to pick up our rapid response under my name. She had to show ID to pick up the order since it was over $20. She got home and surprise, surprise, my order wasn't complete yet again with missing items. Called the store only to listen that it was their busy time and try again after 7pm. After calling twice with no answer, I gave up. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me. I am very impressed with the customer service from this store! I placed an order for delivery this evening and somehow the delivery service couldn't find my house to make the delivery. So I called the store after my order was very late, the manager called me back and explained it's a 3rd party delivery service so once the order is picked up it's out of their hands. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Awful management, and incompetent staff. They have messed up our order five times in a row. The first four times, it was something small, so we just let it go. This last time they asked our name, were told we were not those people, and they still gave us those people's order. After realizing when we got home, we tried to call several times, then finally drove 15 minutes back to get no apology from any of the staff members, and a lot of attitude for having the audacity to point out their mistake.
