    Harvest Medley Salad

Conveniently located Panera venue by the Scottsdale Old Town entrance. The food items are pretty much the same as in any Panera, but I feel the salad was prepared in this location especially well with extra care put on also the visual details. Delicious it was, and friendly service made our stay enjoyable. There are reserved parking lots at the back side of the building although I have not had issues in finding a nearby spot in any case.

    5 chips in the bag

Panera is the new chipotle. Ordered a bowl of soup and it was delivered next to a woman's cup of soup. I had the same amount of soup... only difference is the bowl was bigger. Then I go to eat the bag of chips and there's literally 5 chips in the entire bag. What's going on Panera? Clearly you're cutting food costs. Maybe just tell your customers that you've downsized the portions before you make such drastic cuts.

UNDERWHELMING! Is it that difficult to (1). use an appropriate amount of Avocado Spread. (2). Spread it evenly across the cold toast. (3). If you call it Toast, then serve it warm !

Good location, and the parking lot was clean and well-maintained. Service via drive-thru was good. I tried the limited-time new Chicken Roma Asiago Bagel Stack (comes with apple slices or potato chips). Excellent sandwich, fresh and delicious.

Cost efficient. Ice and water cups always available. Need a place of flavor, meetings, book clubs, homework, studying the bible or just because?Nera is the place for you, yes I had to give Panera a nickname because we're so close. From iced coffees, teas, blueberry lavender, green teas, smoothies and the infamous bacon chicken ranch, kitchen sink cookie and the cinnamon bagel Nera has my dollars!

Clean the tea machine it's disgusting!

Dirty tea machine and it tastes worse. The manager walked right past this dirty tea machine and if you're missing this what else are you missing!

All I have to say is pay attention to your food when you get it. Found 2 black hairs in our sandwich, luckily before we started eating but what else could be wrong?! Scottsdale/indian school location, maybe double check your people there and how much they care about their product. Never going back.

I learn my lesson from this visit. The worst Panera order I've ever received. How in the world can you mess up avocado toast? Let me tell you how. You slice up unripe avocado, put it on cold bread, don't add seasoning (they must have been out), then throw it in a large carry out container to slide around. Thought they would redeem themselves with the four cheese soufflé, alas, cold in the middle. Do better, Panera.

Beginners Luck is just that kind of place. Food 4.5/5 - I ordered the Crab and Shrimp Roll with fries. It was excellent and quite a portion. More than enough for a second meal. Loaded with shrimp and crab. I wasn't expecting a crab and shrimp salad but rather a mix of the two warm and buttered in the roll but it was very tasty as served. The only part that was a little off was the burned in brand on the roll the cold salad was served in. The charred flavor with the salad was a little off putting. I just pinched off the burnt bits from the bread. Excellent fries! Service 4/5 - I sat at the bar. Bartender was nice, offered regular menu and restaurant week menu as well. Meal was brought by manager, fries were still piping hot. Bartender and manager checked back to make sure meal was to my liking. Ambiance 5/5 - Cute place. A lot of nice outdoor seating and seating inside but a bit less. All in all a great place with a nice complement of offerings! I will return. If only they had a fly through with rotisserie chicken to go, I would never think of Bandera again.

We feel the Old Town location's food, service and prices are superior to the previous DC Ranch location. We came in on a Wednesday night. I was a little surprised we and 2 other people were the only people in the restaurant. The restaurant is spacious, has a nice bar and a nice outdoor patio if weather permits. We arrived and were sat immediately. Shawn our server was very friendly and pleasant. We were never left waiting for service. The menu is pretty vast with many GF and V options. For starters, we ordered the KOREAN FRIED CAULIFLOWER $21 Radish sprouts, rainbow quinoa, snap peas, toasted sesame seeds, korean hot pepper sauce. Wish it was a little more crispy but full of flavor. We also ordered the PEAR + GORGONZOLA FLATBREAD $22. Vintage white cheddar, crisp fried sage, sage pesto. This is a thin crust pizza. The flavors worked well together. For dinner, I ordered the MARKET STREET SHORT RIB MINI TACOS $24 off the starter menus. Cojita, caramelized onions, cilantro crema, micro greens, spicy roasted corn and avocado salsa and black bean salsa. I was surprised at how much meat was in this taco. Super tasty. Well worth the price. My husband ordered the SHORT RIB ENCHILADAS $29. Ancho pasilla sauce, manchego, served with napa cabbage slaw, topped with avocado + cilantro. He said these were delicious. I'm sure we will be back.

Sam was our server and he was absolutely amazing--super friendly, attentive, and gave great recommendations. Pro tip: check out the photos on their website beforehand because everything on the menu looks so good it's hard to choose! We ordered the jalapeño pickle bites, green chile chicken Philly with fries, and the chicken salad sandwich with a side salad and avocado lime dressing. Every single thing was delicious, but the chicken salad sandwich completely stole the show. So good. The vibe was just as great as the food. Super upbeat atmosphere, really good music, and fun quotes all over the walls that made it feel lively and unique. We were sitting next to a couple visiting from out of town who said they had already come earlier in the week and had to come back one more time before leaving--which says everything. Highly recommend if you're strolling through Old Town. We'll definitely be back!

I ordered the Honey Jalapeño Chicken Sandwich with fries, and so did my friend. We both agreed it was delicious especially after adding a little ranch. One of my friends ordered the Huevos Rancheros and really enjoyed them, while another got the chicken sliders and liked them so much she took the leftovers home and happily finished them later. The highlight of the experience was the live one-man band, who created a great atmosphere, and our server, "Flexy Lexi." I also had a bite of the honey jalapeño chicken sandwich, juicy and spicy sweet. The overall aesthetic is very coastal Hamptons with a relaxed, beachy vibe that feels both stylish and comfortable. Service was great throughout, and a nice bonus is their all day happy hour on Mondays.
