Clearly Carlos H is the best the thing about this place. Don't get me wrong, the food is great, but his service is even better. His attention to detail, his friendliness and eagerness are almost too good to be true, as if he's an aspiring actor rehearsing for a role as "super friendly waiter #1" in the next big A list celeb rom com, but no, he is 100% genuine (or at least, he's that good and has me completely fooled hahaha) and that is the best part. He makes you feel like you're at a beloved family members home for dinner and takes care of you like you're the favorite in the family. Hell, when I asked for hot sauce he not only offered their house made sauce (which is like an ever so slightly spicy marinara sauce), but also offered me serrano peppers which blew my mind because A) how the hell did he know that those are my favorite and I eat them with every meal and B) what restaurant offers those??? It's almost always jalapeños which are the standard hot pepper that eateries have, or banana peppers, both of which are fine and I like as well, but Serranos are on another level (I also love habanero peppers but good luck getting those anywhere aside from taco joints that have them in the pickled onions which are another favorite of mine), but I digress, Carlos turned my dinning experience from merely eating at a local joint to feel more like a meal at your favorite uncles place and this is what an exceptional dinning experience should be in my book. Soooooo I've left positive reviews about this place in the past I don't know if they're under new ownership or if the morale is just terribly low here either way, something needs to be done because i've been a repetitive customer to this Panini kebab grill business throughout the year is not just to this burbank location too many other locations all over LA county and I would say this one is probably one of the best however, like I said, I don't know if something has changed ? Ordered food, no only did the quality of the food taste bad this time but the manager & I do know he's the manager because he's wearing a black polo type shirt hands me my to go drink and the cup looks like he took a knife to the side and it's leaking everywhere, I initially thought he overfilled it, but nope it was just half assed negligence when he handed me the two pink lemonades. I probably won't be back. Just really unsatisfied with the place lately and the food quality has definitely gone down. read more

4 stars for the food 3 stars for the location and service/atmosphere I've tried the other Panini Kabob in Glendale when I worked in that area and was one of my go to spots for lunch. So when I found out there was one in Burbank, I was stoked! The menu is the same throughout any establishment so that's a plus. I had my order to go, which was fine as it was quick to order and the usual 10-20 minutes to get the order to you. I just don't think the location inside the mall at the 3rd level in Burbank does it justice: you get very little foot traffic. Overhearing the manager of his spot while I was waiting for my food telling his staff he will have to start thinking about sending folks home due to low patrons is a bit disappointing, considering the place hasn't been opened for more than a few months, if that. I do hope it sticks around and proper promotion of the place gets patrons in. I'll keep coming to this location when I have my itch for kabobs because I love how it isn't over dried/overcooked and the portions are more than enough! read more

I sat at the patio this evening and by 6 they brought out little candles for each table which made everything around have a warm glow. Such good food, so fresh. Very flavorful. Today I placed an order online but forgot to ask for broccoli on the side. I called and asked how I can add it. The service here is excellent, we came here after seeing a movie with a large party and they were very accommodating and kept up with our big group. As far as the food, the meat dishes were very flavorful and juicy and the mideteranean salad was delicious but other things were lacking a smidge in flavor. We ordered the hummus trio and the cilantro hummus was the best one, the plain hummas was too bland it was missing either lemon tahini or salt (or all of the above). The kebob portions are pretty generous so I split the koobideh plate with my hubs for an extra $3 charge and it came with my own rice, salad and tziziki sauce, which I appreciated, since some places will charge you for splitting and you get nothing extra in return. Overall it was a good experience and we'll probably come back but I'll be sure to try other things from the menu as well. read more

Brand new location at upper level of the the Burbank Mall. Outdoor seating with heat lamps allow for safe comfortable dinning during COVID. My brother and sister-in-law gave me a gift card for Panini Kabob. I've never tried this place before, so this was a good time to do it. Unfortunately, the Glendale location closed, so we tried the Burbank one. It's a nice, welcoming venue, and the food was excellent. I had a cup of chicken soup, which was absolutely delicious and chock full of chicken. I opted for the beef kobideh, and it came with a huge portion of Greek salad, roasted veggies, brown rice, and the kobideh. I must say I'm a little bummed that they raised their family style plate from $29.99 to $34.99, but hey, that's what happens when you expand and add more franchises. This plate comes with about 16-18 cubes of chicken, two types of rice, and two large salad bowls. This is definitely enough for 3 people to share, maybe 4 (if you are light eaters). Stopped by to try out this new place and what a wonderful place it turned out to be it's inside the mall so after you park go up to the 3rd floor and it's across from AMC theaters. We were seated just as we walked in. We decided to sit inside with the air conditioning as they have a outside patio which is nice also. Our server was Claudia who was super nice and very knowledgeable with the menu. She stated what she liked and my wife ordered one. I ordered a salmon and fontina cheese panini with a Caesar salad. She had the Chicken with artichoke and pesto panini and romaine and avocado. We split our sandwiches and it was all delicious. The help was doing a fantastic job keeping everyone there happy with any thing that they might need. Claudia came by and asked if we needed anything more and how we enjoyed our lunch. We also found out that they are also in the Tyler Mall in Riverside so that's where we will go as it's closer to us when we return home. Absolutely great tasting food. read more

Our family loves coming here. We come here for birthdays and special occasions. We love their food and they go above and beyond in customer service. Today was no different. My mom loves it here so much she wanted to come celebrate her 63 yr. birthday with family (party of 6). Matthew our server was attentive and provided excellent service. We are loyal customers wherever the service is great, the food is delicious and restaurant is clean. Not many have all three.
