Technically, there is a sign saying only drinks are allowed to prevent crumbs from getting stuck in the couch cushions, but my friend and I were very careful about not spilling so they let us carry on, and I appreciated that. I mean, if you are careful and considerate about not spilling crumbs everywhere, there shouldn't be any issues. Overall, had a great experience and would certainly come back again.

So many coffee shops will charge me $1-2 for this and it makes absolutely no sense. She even asked about the ice level -- above and beyond service. I'm so glad I went and I can't wait to go back. While she was doing her best, it took almost 20 minutes to get a cold brew coffee (poured from the pitcher over ice...no real-time brewing required). In between making the matcha latte and vanilla latte orders in front of me, she was stopping to take additional orders and payment from new customers. Maybe that is the system that works for her, but it seemed much less efficient. From the business perspective, it meant I waited rather than leaving since I had already paid. Two other groups of customers ordered after me, and waited at least 15 minutes for to-go pastries. Perhaps consider staffing with 2 people on the weekend.
