This Paris Baguette is the more spacious one compared to the one on Hostetter. They also have an expanded selection than the Hostetter one. After having tried all their cakes and breads, I think my favorites are the ham and cheese, the sesame bread, and the fluffy loaf! For the cakes, I like the cheesecake and the blueberry short cake the most. Their items are pretty overpriced for cakes and the name can be misleading as it is a Korean franchise more than a French one. Other than that, their bread is always baked new everyday and their stuffs always fresh which I always appreciate. As for drinks, I like their dragon tea the most overall since it has a floral taste and light flavor. read more

Overall I wasn't gushing with thrill over my experience at Paris Baguette. It was for a lack of better words, average. The store was immaculate, tidy and well stocked, always a plus. I'm a tea person and sadly they did not carry any at the time which was a bummer. I chose a chocolate croissant (warmed up it was what you would expect, gooey chocolate inside flaky bread) and a crab cake which I would pass on if returning. The customer service was great and they enforce COVID -19 precautions very well. Temperature checks are done my a body scan when you enter the store, which was nice to see. They have some interesting pastries and prepared sandwiches so it's worth a try, but I won't be going out of my way any time soon. read more

But no complaints about chocolate on chocolate, those yummy chocolatey morsels! :) They also have pre-prepared salads and sandwiches, everything here individually wrapped. The croissant smaller in size, soft and flaky, with a somewhat sweet glaze on top... and just a thin layer of ham, egg, and cheese in between. As a simple, not overfilling dinner, this was fitting and satisfying enough. Lots of pastries to choose from, a clean and modern interior, and friendly service... This is my first time to the Milpitas Paris Baguette. I have visited several locations including ones in NY, NV, UT, and Southern California. Wow! This location was very clean, bright, and inviting. My party and I selected several pastries and waited in the short line. We noticed that one young lady, Naomi, had a smile on her face from the time we entered to the time we left. There was a rude customer in front of us who had her cell phone glued to her ear the entire time that she was in the cafe. She changed her cake order a few times and held the line up. Naomi meanwhile had a big smile on her face the entire time, she must be a customer service pro! Naomi gave this customer excellent service and the customer didn't appreciate it, thank her, but had her ear glued to her cell phone. I guess we are all lucky that the customer didn't have her conversation on "speaker" mode. We got to the front and Naomi still had that huge smile on her face. She asked us if we wanted a drink, then proceeded to ask us how our day was going! As we left, Naomi still had that great big smile on her face! We walked out of the store happier and we were glad that we met Naomi! I highly recommend this cafe and hope that Naomi gets to help you when you go! Discriminatory to me and people with service dogs! The staff harassed me and would not leave me alone even after I told them I have a medical alert dog. The kept saying they were scared as if it justified my treatment. My dog was extremely well behaved and never approached anyone. She didn't even respond when people with their babies ran up at her. She laid down the whole time except for twice in the 2.5 hours I spent with my friend, where I allowed her stretch break and immediately put her back in a lay. Ambiance changed after that was crap. Food was just alright. Not coming here again. I've dealt with discrimination at various establishments but I don't like talking about it but the amount of it here was ridiculous. I just wanted to get my food and leave but I stayed out of spite. All the stares were fucking ridiculous. Don't come here! I wish they had 0 stars and I do want to talk to their corporate and maybe I'll bring up the topic of litigation. Their excuses for my treatment was stupid. They were scared and that's no excuse to not serve someone with unseen medical conditions. I don't even legally have to explain my disability. I did all that I was legally required to do. There's just too many options to choose from. A lot of freshly baked sweet and savory pastries laid out for customers to pick and place on their tray. At the end you can add refrigerated slices of cake and drinks to your order or check out what you have. Wish the tables were cleaner, but with the foot traffic at this location the tables are constantly being used. When I was a little kid, I checked with my dentist, ever so often. I never Never really had cavities because I'd flossed and brushed all the time. about one thing was for sure. The point of this review is to tell you about 1 of my favorite places for cakes, treats, and decent coffee. Where I live in The South Bay brings me so close to this specific area. Although there are many paris around. They always say that they are the number one franchise for baked goods. First and foremost, I have always loved their pastries, but I love you more, so chocolate croissants they are my favorite. One thing I would like to complain about is that they do need it to be a little bit more tidy, often the the area and time I go. I'VE Sat on the table that wasn't as clean. I feel like it's never clean enough, or I never have enough napkins or utensils. From when i'm ordering a cake SLICE. I'm not sure if, I as a patron, should wipe the tables, or if that is for the service staff to do it. I would often times come here (pre-pandemic) with my sister for hours to study and do homework while eating some lunch, and it was perfect. We tried the bogo national day cake today. We purchased 2 slices of cake and received 2 for free. I tried the Ganache cake, it was not fresh. The chocolate was hard and the cake was not soft. The service is ok, not that great. I witnessed a customer did not know she couldn't use two rewards in a day. The cashier (Mexican girl) explained to the customer and still showed an attitude towards the customer. The guy who served me was very nice. The restaurant is not clean. We had a hard time to find a clean table. Most of the tables have cake or water stain. The chair covers are ripped. Located inside a big plaza right next to Grocery Outlet. Not too hard to find using GPS. Came here to work and kill time while I wait to do a pickup. Arrived around 9:30am Friday, was pretty quiet. All trays and thongs are put away, most likely due to Covid. Staff here did NOT ask to see any vax cards for dining inside. I saw a few staff sitting on a table waiting for their shift, no one was eating but none wore a mask. But the staff behind the counter did wear a mask so at least thats good. Pastries here all looked pretty fresh and are all individually wrapped in single clear bags (also due to Covid). You get yourself a brown paper box and pick out ur pastries and then go pay at the counter. They have a pretty good size menu for basic hot and cold drinks. Coffee, latte, matcha latte, frap, tea. I ordered a medium Chai latte with almond milk and a coffee danish, total was about $8.50. And of course, as always, got charged a bit more for choosing alternative milk option. Ambience is nice here. Alot of light, big windows. But if you plan to come here to do work, beware because I only found one socket that is right by one table and couch near the entrance. I couldn't find any other, and I did a walk through looking for one. So I wouldn't say this is an ideal place for you to come work here for several hours unless you are the first one here. Its nicely decorated in here, nice chandelier and mirrored ceiling, thats what made it feel fancy. The seats are also fancy looking as well. Cleanliness? It was a 8/10. I did see a staff come around to wipe tables after sitting here for about 45mins. But I still sanitized my own table before I sat down though. This is a great place to come meet a friend for coffee or do an afternoon tea time and have a pastry. But I would not suggest coming here for doing work for several hours unless your laptop can be juiced up for long hours without plugging in. Parking is great. Huge lot full of parking space outside. And there are a couple korean restaurants next to here too. I would come here again. read more

If the quality of the pastry was less than par, I would've given this place only one star or even less if possible.Their option of selection of pastries at opening time at 7 AM is very limited and not to mention their price is a little higher than their competition (85°). Almost every time I come down to visit this location, at 7 AM which is the opening time, either half or less than half of the pastry is available. I've had similar instances at other Paris baguette location. Is this the norm for Paris baguette? If so, I think I will just wait until 8 AM to visit 85° bakery. I love this place! I don't have things like this where I am from. This place is a gold mine! The place is large and very bright and open. The service is more of a self serve until you get to the counter. At the counter they are usually quick to help you and very nice. Their coffee has been a hit for me most days. It's not the best coffee in the world but it is pretty good to pair with your pastries. The pastries steal the show here. I haven't had a single pastry that I don't love. The king donut is chefs kiss. Anything with cream cheese is yummy! Their coffee pastries are always a delight. I mean every time I go in there it seems like they have something new. I opted for the fresh cream strawberry cake this time and it was airy and fluffy! Prices are a little higher but that's ok. The staff was super friendly and helpful! Stopped by after dinner on Friday to grab some pastries for breakfast. There were a lot of people inside eating at the tables and no line for the bakery items. There are a lot of different pastries and they all looked really good. Opted for a croissant, some strawberry cheesecake, sponge cake, strawberry lemon croissant. Didn't eat them all, but I've tried the sponge cake and strawberry lemon croissant and they were really good. My favorite is the croissant with lemon cream and strawberries. The lemon cream was tart and sweet and went very well with the croissant. This is definitely a winner! The sponge cake was very moist and dense and was great with a cup of tea. We also ordered a peach iced tea and it was very sweet! Strangely it tasted more like plum than peach. Did not enjoy the tea at all. read more

One of my favorite places to get Korean desserts! They have a great variety of breads , pastries, cakes , ice creams ( in some locations) . I personally love the castella , croissants and milk bread . They are soft and fluffy. Not too sweet which makes them feel light on the palate! Another great thing they do is show calories and description of ingredients for each of the products sold which gives the customer an opportunity to make a fair choice of dessert in terms of health and dietary needs.
