The pastries were beautiful and very good and. the display case was also impressive. Coffee was good for 2/3 of us. The staff could use some feedback in the customer service department. A simple smile and a thank you goes a long way! We asked for extra utensils and it felt as though we were being a nuisance. Unfortunately the rating was based on that and the coffee.

Overall I think Paris Baguette is a fine chain in the Bay Area. I appreciate the variety of French pastries, cakes, Asian baked goods, and seasonal items. However, this Cupertino store is a disappointment. It may be that they are always busy that they aren't watching the pastry shelves/bins or caring for the consistency of the pastry items, but I saw flies inside the covered bins at my most recent visit. And I've been watching the mochi donuts get smaller and smaller by the way of the "hole" getting larger. See photos. Meanwhile, the price is also significantly higher than any other bakery I know that sells mochi donuts (e.g., each donut usually runs $3-3.50, but here it was $4.49). I needed to buy desserts to bring to a dinner, but after seeing flies trapped inside the pastry bins, I lost my appetite for buying anything here. It is so unfortunate because I think this Paris Baguette store has a prime downtown location and so much potential. I hope they'll literally and figuratively clean up their act, so they can stick around for the long haul.

Good location! This Paris Baguette is one of the nicest ones I seen. Very clean, and everything is nicely displayed. Lots of options from savory to sweet. Everything looks nice and fresh. I was happy with the variety I picked the mini strawberry cream croissants are delicious! The almond croissant was a little bit dry and could use more almond filling but overall I really enjoyed these pastries. Service was good, cashier was nice and friendly.

The lemon croissant donut is out of this world. Literally so fresh and bright with the perfect texture. This is at the top of my fav pastries now. 1000% worth the trip

Yummy light cakes! Loved the blueberry yogurt esp. felt so light and dare I say "healthy"!

Food Quality: ** (Hit or Miss) Service: * (Non-existent) Ambiance: *** (Typical Cafe) Value: * (Overpriced) My experience at Paris Baguette was incredibly disappointing, primarily due to the appalling service. I purchased a pastry that was advertised with chocolate, but it was completely devoid of it. When I politely approached the cashier to inquire about this discrepancy, she not only gave me a blank, uncaring stare, but also attempted to charge me again, despite having paid her just three minutes prior! There was absolutely no attempt to address or acknowledge my question despite the cafe being nearly empty. The coffee was average at best, and the pastries themselves are hit or miss. Some are decent, but many are overpriced and a bit dry. The complete lack of customer service ruined any potential enjoyment of the food. When I travel to London I go to the one in Kensington and the experience is a complete 180... I will not be returning here.

Nice employees with a good atmosphere! I got one of the strawberry cakes and it was creamy and delicious, even three days after. The prices on the cake board are a bit lower at checkout, which was also nice too. However, $7 for a slice of cake is still quite pricey. Great selection!

The interior of the business is exceptional! The entire layout is welcoming and very clean! Everything is very organized and appealing. We purchased two drinks from here an iced matcha vanilla late and a strawberry smoothie! I would definitely say they were both really good, however, the pricing is high for what you're getting. The service was okay, nothing too special to mention though they did greet us at the start.

It's a lovely Paris Baguette cafe & bakery on Castro Street in downtown Mountain View. Not huge, but decent size location with tables and chairs inside. I've been visiting for many years since their opening. Staffs are always experienced and welcoming. Holiday vibes are colorful, warm & cozy inside. My medium sized hot peppermint mocha was very fulfilling. I love holiday sweets and holiday app deals. Don't forget to download and use the app for ongoing special offers and discounts. As usual, I really do enjoy their soufflé cheesecake, especially because gingerbread man looks too cute on it. Add a snowman pastry to it and you've got all your Paris Baguette holiday tastebud fixes for the day. This place never disappoints, but because of the narrow aisle by the pastries/breads/goodies, the crowds and lines do get tight here during peak hours. Customers do work or study inside with groups at times. Locals are mature professionals and working class folks. This location feels different than most other locations, but business as usual. Everything still looks good and tastes great here.

Love Love Love Paris Baguette! I have tried their breakfast buns before but today got a Tiramisu Cake for someone's birthday. This is easily a crowd favorite. What's more impressive is it came with a plastic cake knife and thoughtfully designed with a small compartment for 2 matchsticks with an igniter strip! This is so smart.

Loved this place! Everything was delicious but my favorites were the palm leaf and cream filled donut. The palm leaf was crispy and sweet and the cream filling in the donut was not very sweet making it perfect. If ever in Mountain View again, I would definitely revisit! They had both sweet and savory pastries. I did go again before my flight for the plane ride home)

Cake pastries are good! Prices are a little high for some of the bakery options...could get the same at other places for cheaper. Even for the slice of cakes too. Services were okay, not bad or notable. Environment is pretty nice, can get pretty loud sometimes.

Craftsman and Wolves is a killer crafts bakery that makes the perfect Kouign-amann. The shop does many things including a signature bread pudding, small in size but big in flava. Measures maybe two and a half inches diameter, an inch thick. Packs a wonderful wowie punch with the seasonally ripe berries and fruit, plus a few pieces of specialty chocolate. My friend who knows from excellent pastries says the goods at C and W are special because the sugars in each item are balanced, not excessive. The goodies we sampled together were scrumptious. Somehow even my pedestrian palate senses that these dessert thingies are distinctive and of ultra quality. Ambiance-wise, it's a noisy place with a few tables lining the windows. You are elbow to elbow practically against neighbouring tables. I know I heard every syllable of the conversation going on to my right-hand side. I also knew it was Korean, so I couldn't successfully eavesdrop... boooooo. Very unique metallic artsy fashioned chairs make the space seem modern. There's merch in the corner and on a wall. You can get coffee drinks too. Service is excellent: the majestically tall staffer -- who I thought was manager but isn't -- was the kindest friendliest soul, very pleasant to chat with. Craftsman crew were mad busy, but always with smiles and ready to help customers. You won't find any bakery bites that are not delectable at Craftsman and Wolves. Kool yummy easy five stars.

Small coffee shop sized with maybe seating for a dozen inside and a few small tables outside. I wasn't too familiar with their offerings, but I did know that it was chef driven and dedicated to quality. And in my short peek, I somewhat was able to confirm that. Drip Coffee (4*) Solid, bold and enough smoothness for me to want to savor it. Not as dark and roasty as Peets but good enough for me, especially to go with their delectable pastries. Kouign Amman (5*) I love B Patisserie's version that is flaky but saturated in buttery sugar, that I can only tolerate 1 of those at a time. Very rich and decadent. I have never seen a version quite like Craftmans and Wolves but that is what I found adoring. The exterior almost seems fried like a doughnut/cronut but totally not sure. It kinda had that bubbled exterior but not blatantly obvious. And there was just enough sugar cooked into it that it made it stealthy sweet, I'd say easily half the amount of sugar as B Pâtisserie's. Not that I would eat 2 of these in one sitting, but I easily could. Croissant Pudding (5*) They do these tiny mini bread puddings that can be heated up. We chose it as is, room temp and it was still fantastic. They use croissants as the 'bread' so it isn't as dense as a regular bread pudding. But their custard to bread ratio was masterful and this version (think they change the variations often) has burst of fresh raspberry and chunks of Dulce which is like a caramelized/browned white chocolate made by Valrhona. (I had to look that ingredient up as I never heard until now.) And to take alternate bites between the flaky and unique Kouign Amman and the creamy and slightly dense pudding with sips of quality black coffee, just initiated me an avid fan of Craftsman and Wolves. Seriously smacks!

So when it was time for my wedding, I knew I had to get my cake from them! It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. They offer cake tasting boxes that include their most popular flavors. However, we had a specific taste profile in mind and asked if they could custom make the samples for us - they said yes without hesitation and didn't charge us extra! The samples were delicious and the pickup process was easy. We went with a ribbon cake (chocolate and vanilla) with fresh strawberries, whipped cream filling, and vanilla buttercream frosting. I also had a very specific vision for my wedding cake - I wanted a detailed three-tier cake with buttercream vintage flowers. We also ordered a plain sheet cake with the same flavors to ensure that we had enough slices for our guests. I worked with Fariba during the ordering process and they were great. I am truly still SHOCKED at how beautiful the cake was and how it matched the inspo photo perfectly. It was a showstopper and extremely delicious. See the photo for details! The place was situated in a quiet plaza just outside of Lawrence Expressway. There's ample parking but it doesn't feel like the location is suitable for a cafe where you can picture sitting inside looking through some big windows facing a busy pedestrian walkway. However, once I stepped inside, I was surprised at how zen and peaceful the decorations were and how fitting it was for a cozy and quiet cafe hangout. The cake shelf was surprisingly busy. And this is where I took one star out because the lines were confusing and the staff skipped me to talk to the group behind me while I was clearly the next to be helped. Luckily another staff member came out from the back kitchen and jumped in to help. The staff spoke fluent mandarin. I was interested in their box cakes. A few of the yelpers raved about their soy milk cake and luckily they had one out for sampling. It was covered with lots of cream and the cake layer was soft and moist, but it was still slightly too sweet for me and I felt that it lacked the tofu kind of soy flavor. Then, I spotted on their menu that they have a black sesame matcha box cake, and black sesame is always my favorite, so I asked for it. They had the last one left! The staff said she had never tried it so she couldn't tell me if it is less sweet than the soy milk cake. Since it was the last one available and I already sampled the soy cake, I decided to give it a try. I am happy that I did. The cake was filled with matcha mousse and tasted light and aromatic with the jasmine kind of matcha flavor. It is definitely less sweet. Unfortunately, it doesn't have as much black sesame as I'd like. But overall, the cake flavor is the kind that I like, subtle, moist, and not too sweet. $38 for a box cake of 4x4 is a bit pricey, but I'm glad that I gave it a try. The cakes were freshly made and tasted best the same day of purchase. They also recommend refrigerating the cake and consuming it within a day or two.

They had a display of baked items at the window and a Chalkboard sign. I saw a ham and cheese croissant and was immediately sold. The young man worked at the window was polite and welcoming. I had time to kill but wasn't too hungry so naturally I ate something ‍ BEST HAM AND CHEESE CROISSANT I HAVE HAD IN SOMETIME! No, really. It's simple but easily messed up by most places that have them. Flaky, ham was thin and broke apart easily, the cheese and inner soft portion mixed together was superb. I sat quietly and munched! I overheard regulars saying it was unusually quiet and not the norm? Regardless it was peaceful! Shades triangles above the picnic table, the side under the tree was occupied but I was happy where I was. I'm going to have to return with my wife at some point and even when I'm in the area I'll make it a point to stop over.

The location was the farmer's market in palo alto. Everything, and i mean everything was old. We trust them so we only found out in the car the bread was at least a day old, the pastries were old. We went at 9am, there is simply no excuse. We had to do a detour through Manresa to save our brunch and had to buy everything again. Unless i hear back and get a compensation for our almost $40 spend our business with you guys is sadly over.
