Although I really love Mediterranean cuisine, I thought place was just alright. I came here once as I was exploring the area to find a go-to Mediterranean place to replace my beloved Chicken Maison in the Southbay. Its a hole in the wall with a few tables and you order at the counter. I recall getting something that was supposed to be a called the kebab combo plate with chicken kabob, French fries, pita bread and hummus. I think it had a smallish side salad but I remember thinking the plate was such a loaded plate of carbs to fill you up. I think they were tying to justify the high price by loading the plate with carb fillers. I wasn't too impressed. Suffice it to say, I have not returned since. This order is for their delivery. I was so hungry and needed food asap but was stuck at home waiting for Ikea to deliver my furniture, so I yelped around somewhere close for Mediterranean food. Paros had good reviews so I decided to check it out. There is a minimum order of $15. I was even charged an extra $3 just for delivery, never heard of that before. The menu has lots of different varieties compared to your standard Mediterranean restaurant. They have kebab's, plates, salads, whole chickens, steak, sandwiches etc. He said it would take about 15 min and it really did. Great on speed and delivery! All plates served with hummus, pita bread, french fries, salad and rice. _Beef Lule Kebab (small $8.25/ large $10.50) Fresh ground Beef mixed with Middle Eastern spices and grilled to perfection. I ordered without the fries and pita bread and extra salad instead. Comes in 1 skewer cut in half. The beef was cooked well, the seasoning could have had a bit more salt as it was a bit bland. I did prefer the chicken a bit more over the beef If I had to choose one or the other. I've had better hummus elsewhere, but then again I've had worse so safe to say Paros hummus is good. The portion of rice was pretty small compared to most places, but I actually liked that. They always put so much rice and most of the time I never can finish it all. _Chicken Lule Kebab (small $8.25/ large $10.50) Fresh ground Chicken mixed with Middle Eastern spices and grilled to perfection. The chicken was cooked real tender and juicy. The seasoning was good, right amount of salt. Since I did not get the pita bread of fries I got extra salad, and wow did they give a lot! But it was not just a green salad, it seemed like a bunch of shredded and chopped cabbage, mixed with parsley, olive oil, and lemon. Reminded me of cole slaw but Mediterranean style, healthier and tastier. The rice was soft, nothing amazing just good. I would order this again next time I need delivery. The food also came with some red hot sauce that tasted a bit like salsa. I liked this a lot. It was refreshing from that salsa taste, but also had a kick at the end from the spices. Their food is typical Mediterranean food with average portions. Long waits during lunch time. The service is the worst I've ever seen. I understand that most Armenian places have abrupt and military like service but this owner guy is 100% asshole. The owner's attitude is incredibly poor and acts as though you are there to serve HIM. Call them up and try to order to go. Go ahead try it. He speaks in one word sentences like "No!, Yes!, What? No! Hurry! Now! Cash Only!...". In person, he is just the same - one word commands. You would think your to go customers are valuable. They're the ones who have been there and want repeat business. He has hung up on me two times! You're also able to manage their orders easier than people who walk in and sit their waiting in line. This guy needs to go to Joe's Falafel to learn customer service. Sidewalk Grill, Al wazir, Western Chicken, Zankou, Falafel Arax, Anna's Cusine all have better service. The Falafel Arax people are mean but seem like Jesus Christ compared to the bald owner guy. I ordered delivery from here through Eat24, the idiot driver couldn't read the instructions on how to enter the building, but what really makes this place completely worthless is the fact that the delivery driver didn't even call me to inform me that he was outside. How dumb can you be. Therefore I never received my order, the driver through a little baby temper tantrum and drove away with the food. Fortunately Eat24 refunded my order. What a poor excuse for a business, you fail at life. 5 Stars for Eat24 and their awesome way of refunding me for these brain dead people. The food here was very good and they gave a generous portion too. I ordered the gyro plate and it totally filled me up. In fact too much to the point that I later felt a bit sick almost on the verge of food poisoning but the ~20 others who came with me that day at lunchtime did not feel sick so it could have been just me and I will give em the benefit of the doubt, subject to further studies. read more

Fits time i came here i was a softmore in Highschool. Introduced by my friend Paul Bucay, we endulged our youngselves in a miraculous eatable art-piece called the Paros Chicken Sandwhich special which consisted of french bread, Fried chicken, and all the armenian sandwhich dressings known to make ya tongue tingle, and ofcourse fries and a cherry coke. This was the beginning of a new era for us....!!!! Chicken that was roasted and tasted really good....? what the hell were these spices that we were tasting. im telling you, American roasted chicken did chicken no justice after eating mediterranean. If you want small, indie Mediterranean food, Paro's is excellent. They have their roasted chicken/hummous/garlic spread dishes a la Zankou chicken. It's almost as good (Zankou has better gralic spread). The key here is that they offer sandwiches ranging from American style (Philly Cheesesteaks) to Mediterrean style that are sooooo good. Everything feels so quality here at a good price. It's somewhat hard to find, in the back of Jons market, but it's a gem of a place. read more

The lamb gyro plate is a ton of food for 10 bucks. Big fan of their lamb. The plate comes with french fries.... which is an unexpected surprise, since I've had a lot of middle eastern food in the neighborhood and haven't had fries included in the plates. My husband and I both got the Luleh Kebabs which comes with a salad , rice, hummus, and french fries but I got the spicy hummus instead of the fries. I ordered a half a chicken for my daughter which was $5.00 and it comes with pita bread and garlic sauce. Our whole meal cost about $33.00. Will definitely be back again. read more

You know that moment when you regret what you bought and instead should have gone to the other place, well that was me when I at their food. I saw their food online it was very appetizing but when I got there #1 I was not welcomed, #2 the cashier looked very very unhappy and bitter, he took my order with such anger I could see his frustration when I asked 2 questions on the food I was ordering, I told him I was a new customer and he didn't offer to recommend or orient me, #3 food took a very long time, sill I had hope that even if the service was horrible that the food would atleast make up for it. Unfortunately it did not. #3 the food was passable, on the pictures you see there being a Greek salad with olives and feta with romaine lettuce but instead they gave me a Luke warm cabbage slaw, which is not what was on the picture I ordered.
