Honestly, after reading the reviews and hearing about the place on tiktok, I was skeptical of the restaurant's ambiance, food, and dining experience. I've seen some mixed reviews. Although, I am glad that I stuck with the gut feeling of me giving this place a chance. Not to mention the owner's replies particularly piqued my interest to try this place out for myself and give it an unbiased and honest review. Firstly there is parking behind the restaurant, probably close to 20 places. it is advertised on their website that parking is free for any paying customer of the restaurant, unfortunately there was no parking attendant present when we got there and when we asked about it in the restaurant they let us know that the parking fee was out of there hands and that we should just pay. We came on a Tuesday evening (2/3/26 at 5:15) and the restaurant had some people in it but you can tell it was a slow dinner night. When waiting to be seated, you get a view into the open kitchen space which lets you see the pasta dishes being made. Cleanliness was not an issue for me because I saw that the kitchen was spotless despite the cook being hard at work. My girlfriend and I were seated quickly and the waiter gave us time to look at the menu. We came in knowing we wanted to do the ayce pasta and exactly what dishes we wanted. Our server was extremely hospitable, genuine, and gave us lots of time to think. He came and took our order quickly and was helpful overall. One thing I will say is that the restaurant does NOT offer free water. They only have bottled or sparkling water. Not a dealbreaker, but just something to note. We put in our order for the mushroom alfredo as well as the penne with pink sauce. Both dishes came out fairly quickly and we were ready to dive in. Visually both plates look well made. The food is good for what you are paying. Sauces were legit and well made, not too watery, salty, or lacking flavor. They definitely don't skimp out on the fats either, the butter or cream they use for the alfredo is of high quality. The pasta was a bit over al dente but still very enjoyable, not mushy at all. It's also interesting to see that the detail of parsley was not skipped even though this place is an ayce unlimited pasta. When the pasta came the server also offered us more cheese which was very nice and welcoming. As others have mentioned, portions are rather large and the $5 leftover fee is again, something to note- so getting through more than two plates might be rough for some people. The person who sat us down was also our server and seemed to be helping in the kitchen in the back as well. He was super attentive with all the patrons in the restaurant and made sure that we were satisfied and that all was well. The two of us barely finished our plates and we were stuffed. We expected to maybe try one more plate but we were full. Our server came over and asked if we were going to order more but we let him know that we were full. He was so accommodating and offered to do a half portion of a pasta for us to taste more of the menu. This was such a generous gesture and the service overall was amazing. One last thing to touch will be the ambiance. The restaurant itself isn't hard to miss although it is in an odd location. A little hole in the wall is placed in between another restaurant. Parking isn't bad (although you do have to pay $12 for the nearest lot). The ambiance was a little odd. The decor was not what I would expect from an Italian restaurant, but it didn't take away much from the experience. The lighting was a tad dark with flashing led lights. The real annoying thing was the pop edm music, it was loud and did not positively affect our night. With that said the food was tasty all things considered, and the place is clean with an extremely caring staff. *Please note the review was inflated due to the personable and hospitable service we received as well as acknowledging the price and value considering the area

The BEST pasta place ever! I have not had any bad experiences here. I'm still truly grateful that the owner brought back the gnocchi for me! We always get the best service from Francisco. He is a hard worker and cares about the customers. Also, this is just a suggestion, but I think it would be really cool if there was a Photo Booth in here since they're really popular amongst young people. I really wish the best for this establishment and all the workers.

Spicy Vodka Rigatoni and Chicken Parmigiana

The spicy vodka pasta isn't flavorful, just spicy. Tastes watered down like they thinned the sauce too much so it's not creamy, and the meatballs are definitely cheap frozen ones. The chicken parmigiana has a great chicken cutlet but again the spaghetti is really lacking flavor. It also tastes watered down and you can't taste anything in the sauce. Ordered on Uber Eats, so I did not go into the store to comment on the service or location.

Very disappointing I am a long time customer. I have ordered multiple times online and this order sorry to say was just atrocious. The containers have changed now it's cardboard and the portions seem smaller. I ordered the lemon linguine with chicken which is normally my favorite. The pasta was overcooked. It was pretty dry and it came cold. Normally it comes HOT with the other plastic containers fyi. The chicken was not juicy as always not sure what happened if it's a one off, but maybe it's time to stop ordering from this place? If it wasn't for me being hungry I probably would've not ate it but I hope things change in the near future!

TLDR: food was delicious, hefty, and came out slow. Customer service could be way better. Like other reviews, ambiance is slightly dim, but music level was just right to hear each other. Website or yelp page said free parking, but its $12 cash or $14 scan to pay. For AYCE, on a Saturday, you need more wait staff in the front of the house. They have a parking lot just behind their restaurant, but there wasnt anyone to attend the lot when we got in. I didnt realize the free parking until it was too late. Majority of the reviews on here is correct. I chose to order ice tea because it came with refills. Sodas were in cans and water came in bottles. The size of the AYCE plates began super hefty (can easily be eaten with 2 people), then the second and on plates were of smaller portion sizes. I didnt ask if we could get a smaller size like someone else suggested. The "server" was super rude. I asked for ice tea and then was about to give him my appetizer order and he rudely said "let's get the drinks first". He was using a hand held device to take our order. We placed our order slightly after 4pm. Pesto Tortellini (9/10), fried ravoli (9/10), chicken strips and fries (5/10), cheesy garlic toast (10/10), and regular garlic toast (10/10) to start off. My party was trickling in every 20 minutes or so. About 30 minutes in, I asked the server where some of the dishes are because it hasnt come out yet. I was rudely given "its coming" without checking what items we were missing. The next order was placed and we got that before we got the missing items. Ive tried flagging down the server, but he was busy with other tables. The AYCE part was a little tough. It takes a really long time for pastas to come out because it was made to order. My friend asked for the next plate knowing that in mind and another staff member said, let's wait til you finish the plate. I was in disbelief when that was said to him. About an hour has passed, I found someone else to check for the missing orders. The order never got put in! I had to flag so many people to get some refills for our table. They need to work on their customer service and check in. The restroom ran out of soap, so I found someone to replace it. Will I be back, probably not.

Pasta was delicious! My favorite was definitely the pesto with penne. The unlimited pasta deal was worth trying $14 plus some tax, but just keep in mind proteins cost extra. The ambiance was chill and not too packed there were only a few other couples there. Service was pretty slow though, and we eventually had to walk to the front ourselves to pay after waiting for a while.

Solid pasta for $15. Solid options for AYCE. Don't go in expecting to be transported to Florence, but for what you're paying this place is great. Workers are super nice and fast with the service. Sometimes the price is too good to be true, and this case - it is. Pasta Amore gets people in the door with $13.99 unlimited pasta, clearly trying to capitalize on the virality of Olive Garden's never ending pasta. I figured I would rather support local by trying Pasta Amore, but maybe we should leave it to the pros at the Garden. When we entered the restaurant at 7:30 on a Thursday, we were only the second table seated. We placed our order, and after the garlic bread arrived, we asked for water. Our waiter informed us that their water filter was broken so they couldn't give us tap water. We opted for the First Street water bottles which they charged $1.50 for. But..... don't you need clean water to cook?! It was too late and we already ordered so we stuck it out. The pasta was not revolutionary, but we didn't expect exemplary food. We were there for the vibes and AYCE pasta! I started with the spicy vodka rigatoni which was an incredibly thick sauce and actually fairly spicy. Throughout the night, I tasted the pesto (flavorful and oily), the marinara (perhaps the winner, most classic taste without making me feel ill), the pomodoro (fresh!), arrabiata (probably in my top 2 or 3 sauces), the alfredo (just tasted like cream), and the lemon cream sauce (just tasted like the alfredo with a hefty portion of bottled lemon juice). Our waiter did not come back often, and our dinner lasted over 2 hours, for 3 rounds of pasta. The food came out very quickly after we ordered, but it took forever to get our waiter's attention. It wasn't until we left, feeling slightly queasy, that we noticed the "B" health rating in the window. Cool.

I rarely write lower rated reviews, but I want to be honest, this place is overhyped. The price is really good for food on the Melrose Strip, but that's just about where it ends. Food was about average, and for a place that advertises themselves as "All-You-Can-Eat", they overportion their plates to the point where you almost couldn't even finish your first round. They also mischarged my boyfriend at the end of our meal for a normal priced entree instead of the advertised buffet price. The amount of food they serve is double to triple that of a standard serving size of a box of pasta. Pasta is a heavy, filling, and cheap carbohydrate. If I were paying a-la-carte, this is something I wouldn't be commenting on, because who doesn't love big portions? But as others have said, the point of AYCE is to experience variety, which just isn't possible here in my experience. Taste wise, it wasn't bad, I'd say mid tier. I believe they make their sauces from scratch. I got the gnocchi, which was okay, the pasta itself was kind of bland and didn't hold the sauce very well but had decent flavor. My boyfriend's chicken parm was slightly overcooked but he seemed to enjoy it. He also ended up getting spaghetti & meatballs, which you could tell were frozen and not the best quality. Their alfredo cream sauce was also pretty good so I'll give it that. We didn't have much to say about the food during/after our meal because it was just okay. After reading the reviews on here and Google, I was worried about getting charged an additional $5 for not finishing our plates. We were all force feeding ourselves and stuffing our faces because of the warnings from others online. This is also where we discovered this place is apparently TikTok famous-- though we found Pasta Amore simply by walking by their sign advertising $14 AYCE pasta. Atmosphere was almost club/lounge-like, which I wouldn't usually expect for a place that serves Italian-adjacent food but we didn't hate it. Lots of colorful flashing lights and edm for their music of choice. Definitely an atmosphere curated for social media promotion, hence the apparent TikTok virality. Overall, would any of us eat here again? Honestly no. This is one of those places where I'd really take the lower reviews (hopefully including mine) into consideration. Service was lovely but nothing about our experience was particularly memorable. The place has a lot of potential, as AYCE pasta is kind of uncommon in LA (other than Olive Garden, which is way better) and they're relatively new. Hopefully the owner reconsiders their approach to portioning and listens to constructive criticism.

Food delicious, I ordered the smokey chipotle penne pasta with added grilled shrimp. It had a nice kick, not too spicy, just perfect. My niece ordered the fettuccine chicken Alfredo and said was the best she's ever had. Francisco, our waiter, very attentive. My only complaint would be, they had no plain water, but the lemonade I got made up for it. Definitely will be back.

Let's start with our service, Francisco was very helpful at explaining how everything works as this was our first time here. He was very friendly, kind and kept on checking on our table frequently as well as the others. He took the time to explain all the questions we had about the dishes and he made the experience amazing overall. This establishment should be very happy to have him as an employee that goes above and beyond for their costumers. If you want to experience his service he is here everyday but Mondays. As for the ambience, the place was clean, they had twinkling lights, and nice music. It was easy to maintain a conversation and not had to scream over each other. The food was great! Tasty, you can tell it was made to order due to the freshness. I came with my 2 kids, sister and mom. The food was delicious, not picture was my kiddos Fettuccine Alfredo, they were too hungry that I had not a chance to take a picture. They were so satisfied and left their plates clean as we did. I totally recommend this place, my kiddos are very picky eaters when it comes to pasta and this restaurant passed their test! Definitely will be returning!

I just tried this place yesterday and it was so good i had to come back today, Francisco was so patient and friendly and malik was very kind and patient as well. And the prices are amazing, definitely coming here more often

The fettuccine Alfredo is super good. The spicy rigatoni and pink sauce penne was okay. We ordered the pesto penne but they gave us the pink sauce penne instead. We waited over an hour for the pesto pasta and kept having to remind them for it. It takes long for the food to come out (30-60 min) even though there were only 2 other tables in the restaurant. For the price, it's definitely worth it to come here but I wouldn't come back again because of the service and how long it took for the food to come out. read more

I like the idea of having all you can eat pasta but it isn't that practical here. The serving sizes are way too large. We shouldn't be forced to eat large servings of food -- the purpose of all you can eat is to try a variety of foods & have more of what you like. It seems as if they just want to lure people into their business with it being on Melrose. We started off with garlic bread & marinara, mushroom fettuccine, spicy rigatoni, and grilled chicken on the side the pesto penne was horrible. 0/10 garlic bread and marinara : 9/10 mushroom fettuccine: 7/10 spicy rigatoni: 8/10 -- too many chili flakes. we thought the sauce would be spicy itself, the flakes should be less or optional. read more

I love coming to Pasta Amore! I've been here twice now and the food and service is always amazing, 10/10. They sat us at a table very quickly. The inside of the restaurant is very pretty with fun lights. The food is soooo good my personal favorite is the spicy vodka rigatoni! I highly recommend their wings as well as their garlic bread. The waiter was amazing and was on top of it. It's an all you can eat pasta for an amazing price! All staff are kind and welcoming. They have many different options for pasta, I'd highly recommend if you love pasta. read more

Wow, I honestly don't even know where to begin. I kept seeing this spot advertise their $13.99 all you can eat pasta, and it's the same price for takeout, so I finally stopped by after driving past it so many times on Melrose. And let me tell you, I was blown away. From the moment I opened my takeout bag, I knew I was in for something special. The ravioli appetizer was incredible. The sauce with the bread was rich and flavorful. The chicken parm and the gnocchi were beyond delicious. Everything tasted homemade, comforting, and full of flavor. Sorry for the photos. I forgot to take them before diving in, but that should tell you how good the food was. It doesn't look like they do delivery through apps, probably because they get so busy at night. Their phone line can be hard to get through for the same reason, but if you just walk in, it only took them about 15 minutes to prepare my order. Highly recommend this place. I try to eat here today at 6pm and when we got inside they told us we are close but it says open to 11pm on the internet when we walked in to restaurant I do see people eating but they still close so I would not recommend this place again and im not coming back at all read more

Too good to be true. I feel scammed. Food was fine. But when my 5 year old wanted more pasta for his all you can eat plate, for the second plate, the server Elias gave him more than what he gave for the first plate, and more than you'd give an adult -- even though I said don't give him too much in advance. He went and gave him more than he did the first time. How is that fair???? Pissed me off. I still tipped him, he know they wrong. So they add $5 "waste" fee, tell me we can take home the extra pasta, like it would justify given us more -- what kind of mind game, then they use the "waste fee" on top of the total when calculating the tip. And they hand you a tablet to pay right away, no check to sit and see what they're charging left & right for. So, what was supposed to be a $25 -$30 meal turned into $40 somehow. So annoyed. Look at these pictures, white plate is first plate, black plate is 2nd plate. I uploaded 3 pics but it's only showing the black plate/2nd plate. Deceptive business practices. read more

Party of 4, we tried the pesto, fettuccine, and lemon linguine. Only the lemon one was decent. Price is decent for unlimited, but pasta isn't the best quality. Most of us didn't even finish our food or even get a 2nd plate. Seating area is nice, it's spacious, and has some background music. Came here tonight with my boyfriend for a late Valentine's dinner, we found them on tiktok and decided to try it. We got the AYCE and mozzarella sticks we started with the Penne and pink sauce and it was my favorite forsure ! The alfredo was nice and creamy with good flavor. The portions are definitely worth it especially being only 13.99. My boyfriend LOVED the butterfly shrimp . This place has a nice environment with good music. Jackie was kind and attentive and very welcoming would definitely recommend & would come again ! read more

My Girl & I came back on February 4th to give this place a try again. Since last time we didn't get to eat there, Cause 13.99 AYCE Pasta. Who wouldn't love that right!? Well I'm here to tell you it's too good to be true, the pasta was decent at best, portions are too big! I was almost tapping out at plate two. Not very AYCE if I would say so myself, considering myself a bigback! We got sat down, mind you it was a hot day in LA that Wednesday, no AC in there, it was an oven! But I will say service was fast we got our order taken right away. We started off with the cheesy garlic bread, with 3 dips (Marinara, pesto, and some Garlic herbed dip) delicious! Heading the right direction right!? Wrong! My girlfriend got the fettuccine Alfredo & I started off with the Rigatoni & Marinara (they got my order wrong, small hiccup but they fixed it right away) they brought me out the gnocchi. My Rigatoni & Marinara tasted super salty, reminded me of Hunts tomato sauce. Was a no go for me. Fettuccine Alfredo tasted basic. For our second plates we got the spicy vodka with penne, and I got the chicken parmigiana, these two were a lot better, but again portions were huge. It took us a while to finish. (Be prepared to be charged extra for the chicken, and extra $5.00) At this point we were contemplating if to even get a 3rd plate but we did, finishing it off with fettuccine Alfredo with Penne and spaghetti & meatballs. (And extra charge for the meatballs $3.00) of course I liked my spaghetti & meatballs but at this point I was just over it and was just trying to finish my plate. Because believe or not they will charge you $5 dollars if you don't finish a plate and we aren't taking no risks here. Final verdict: Final price was 70.04 for 6 plates, two can cokes, an appetizer and the feeling of throwing up when leaving. Don't believe the hype. Unfortunately we won't be coming back anytime in the future. But whoever our server was (Francisco I believe) A++ service, we appreciate you. read more

The service was horrible. We had a question about the unlimited pasta deal and the guy just left the cashier to do something else. Came back and he never answered the question. So we ended up ordering on the self kiosk, after ordering he tells us that's for take out only. Even tho he was there at the cashier the whole time. Just disappointed on the service. Food 4/5 Experience 3/5 Came here at 1:00pm cuz that's what it said on Apple Maps then saw on yelp it said 2:30pm. I called and wasn't told anything about when they actually opened but was fine I waited until 2:30pm in the area and then was told its reservations only.......when I could have been told in advance so I could have placed the reservation and waited at home. I was the first person there so they let me dine which was nice but put me on the hoop facing outside which I didn't mind (I have super high tolerance) I was so hungry by this point but after like 20-30 min I finally got my first plate. It was good but finished it quick. I wanted to just eat as fast as I could just so I could leave and not only rest but give them one less person to worry about feeding. It took about another 20-25 min wait for the other plate which I ordered in advanced just to avoid the wait time. But this point a lot more people are walking in and being held at the front before being sat. My ice had completely melted but the second pasta arrived it was good but by that point I just wanted to get my money's worth and dip. Overall I don't think they're ready for the deal they want to promote and could be more harm to everyone than good. Stress on staff and team and people being annoyed of long wait times and long periods between plates read more

I used to be a regular at this restaurant. The service, food, and price were unbeatable. The food used to taste amazing and the service was extremely fast. The most recent times I came the service was just horrendous. The restaurant was not busy when we came, but it took over 10 minutes just to get acknowledged or even seated. They even seated people who got there after us with no reservation. Even once we got seated, the food took forever to come out and the server was just so rude. I've never had this bad of an experience with this establishment before, but it was enough to put me off forever. I will not be returning and I hope other people don't give it another chance either. read more

My twins live pasta and they literally thought that they can eat more than one plate! It's an AYCE pasta but they give you pretty heavy portions and it's good. The pasta is cooked al dente so I deff loved that. The staff is polite and attentive with nice vibes. read more

The pesto, spaghetti, fettuccine Alfredo, and a spicy 1 i absolutely loved. And for all u can eat $13.99 you cant beat that. But I was able to secure a v day special for a whole date night 4 plates a side and app with 2 drinks for $50 . Thats such a great deal. And the staff and owner are so friendly they made me feel so welcomed . Since moving to Los Angeles last year, I finally had the opportunity to visit an Italian restaurant--unfortunately, this one was a complete disappointment. My wife and I were very hungry, so we ordered five different dishes from their menu: mango habanero wings, teriyaki wings, angel hair pasta, chicken parmesan, and traditional spaghetti with meatballs. The chicken wings were utterly terrible--nust deep fried, dry, bland, and lacking any flavor, as if they had been frozen for a long time. It was a waste of money. The angel hair pasta was overcooked, clumping together and soggy. The noodles used for the chicken parmesan and spaghetti were identical. Speaking of the chicken parmesan, I've rarely seen a piece of chicken look so strange--flat, glossy, and coated in a batter that disintegrated at the slightest cut. It was chewy and rubbery, making Burger King or Jack in the Box chicken patties seem gourmet by comparison. Perhaps the sheen was from cheese? I didn't bother analyzing the sauce since all of them tasted the same--bland, without any noticeable herbs or spices like basil, oregano, thyme, or garlic. To top it off, for over $85, I should have just gone to my second choice. Sorry to say, this was a major letdown. read more

BE WARNED The AYCE pasta and overall experience is incredibly disappointing. At 7 PM a group of friends and I stopped in to ask when they closed and they said 11 PM. We returned ~9 and were seated. Immediately, our server was very rude saying things like "I guess" when we asked if we could add chicken to a pasta. He also informed us that they were out of pink sauce and spicy vodka sauce, which made up a good portion of the available pasta dishes. We asked for tap water and were told that only bottled water could be purchased, no free water. Fine. We ordered 3 pesto dishes and they took ~15-20 minutes to come out, with my dish (no protein, just pasta and sauce) coming out about 7 minutes after the other two. The pesto was bland and overly oily. Our server never came by to ask how they were tasting. When I finished, I asked our server if I could have the fettuccine alfredo for a second dish of the AYCE. After checking with someone, he came back to tell us that they were out of EVERY SAUCE EXCEPT MARINARA. All 3 of us decided to call it quits after our single plate of sad, tasteless, underwhelming pasta. The atmosphere was all around odd and irredeemable. read more

It is a good deal for the price. My food came out really cheap. However, the plates are really big so you can't really take advantage of trying different things in the all you can eat bc you will be full by the first plate already. This is an elegant, Japanese-Italian fusion appetizer featuring thinly sliced delicate and buttery soft raw yellowtail in a vibrant citrus and soy dressing. Next, we received the tagliatelle in truffle sauce. I'm a MASSIVE sucker for all things truffle related. I'm just sad that it wasn't truffle season, so we didn't get any real truffle shavings on this dish. Booooo! Jk. Despite not being in truffle season, this dish was top notch. This is a luxurious, rich, silky, mouth watering, and deeply earthy Italian pasta dish. The sauce combines quality heavy cream, freshly grated Parmesan, and black truffle oil. Hands down my favorite dish here at Uovo. Moreover, we next received our pomodoro dish. The dish is exceptionally delicious, which a bright, high-quality tomato sauce. A classic Italian dish that you can't go wrong with ordering. To add on, we then got the classic carbonara. With crispy pork, a velvety and smooth sauce, and a punch of black pepper, this carbonara pasta was a rich, creamy, and a belly satisfying dish. Lastly, we ended our night sharing a tiramisu. It is served in a glass and featuring silky mascarpone, espresso, and a unique hazelnut twist. The portion is designed to be shared in a single cup. A perfect way to end a 10/10 meal. The young woman working alongside Marion was just as friendly, cheerful, and gracious, whether she was helping customers at the counter or taking phone orders. It's becoming harder and harder to find this level of genuine hospitality, especially at family-owned restaurants. They made everyone who walked through the door feel welcome, and that kind of customer service is something I truly appreciate. I really wanted Hot Wings Cafe to be consistent maybe I needed to dine in cause they have to be on their toes when you are in their face. Shame on this establishment and their management team for not having any common courtesy. They literally can't even be bothered to answer the phone. 15/10 would not recommend. The very first thing our server asked wasn't what we wanted to drink or if we'd ever been there before--it was, "Are you guys here to watch the game?" We immediately told him, "No, we're here for the food." Looking back, that should've been the first warning sign. They brought out fresh bread with chimichurri, and honestly, it was delicious. It got us excited because we thought- maybe this place really did deserve the hype. That excitement lasted about five minutes. We asked our server what everyone comes here for, and without hesitation he said the skirt steak. Since we wanted to try their specialty- meats, we ordered the Plato Mixto, one of their premium platters. It came with skirt steak, New York steak, Argentine "Italian" sausage, half a chicken, and sweetbreads. It's already one of the most expensive items on the menu, yet they still upcharge an extra $4 per side, if you want one of the "premium" sides. At that price, you'd expect everything to be included and quality to be exceptional. For the sides, we chose the grilled veggies, which the server said included eggplant, zucchini, tomato, onions, mushrooms - basic veggie mix and LALAs Potatoes, described as "Mashed Potatoes & Carrots." We figured that meant mashed potatoes served with carrots, or maybe mashed potatoes with pieces of carrot mixed in. Instead, it was one orange puree--mashed potatoes blended together with carrots. No flavor. If that's what you're serving, just describe it that way. The menu there was very misleading. Then came the sweetbreads. We had to ask our server twice what they actually were because he couldn't explain it clearly. Eventually he described them as "lymph nodes." Whether that's technically accurate or not, that's probably not what anyone expects to hear after taking a bite. Then we actually started eating. The Argentine sausage had a strange, almost spoiled flavor. When we mentioned it, instead of acknowledging our concern, our server doubled down and told us it was supposed to taste "rancid." I've eaten authentic Argentine food before. This wasn't it. It tasted like bad meat. The steaks were no better. We ordered medium rare, but the skirt steak was practically purple raw in the middle. Beyond that, both steaks were unbelievably tough. Every bite was a workout. For a restaurant that's supposed to specialize in grilled meats, that's inexcusable. Very low quality red meat. The chicken didn't save the meal either. I've had incredible pollo a la brasa and grilled chicken from plenty of places. This wasn't even close. It was bland, dry, and completely forgettable. When our server came back and asked how everything was, we were honest. We told him we really weren't enjoying the food. Instead of apologizing, offering another option, or trying to make things right, he doubled down again. "That's my favorite thing on the menu." Okay...and? Then he told us to squeeze a bunch of lemon over everything and brought us what felt like half a bottle of Tabasco. Think about that for a second. If the solution to your signature meats is to drown them in lemon and hot sauce just to make them edible, that's not a customer problem--that's a kitchen problem. By that point, it all clicked. The first thing he cared about was whether we were there to watch the game. We told him we came for the food, but the entire experience felt like the food was an afterthought. The service wasn't interested in listening to our concerns, only defending them. This place may be great if you're looking for drinks, sports on TV, and somewhere to hang out. But if you're coming because you've heard this is the place for authentic Argentine meats, prepare to be disappointed. The meats were tough. The sausage tasted off. The menu descriptions were misleading. The service felt more like a used car salesman trying to convince us our experience was wrong than someone who genuinely cared whether we enjoyed our meal. I don't write reviews to tear places down. I write them to help other people spend their money wisely. In this case...save yours. There's far better places to try authentic Argentine cuisine, this is not it, would not return.

My wife could go on for hours talking about how great the spaghetti here is the same way I could talk about Shohei Ohtani's magnificence as a baseball player. Regrettably, I do not share in her love of this place. I find the food to be very basic and akin to cafeteria food. And before anyone blasts me for this comment, they actually serve you food in cafeteria trays! I've tried their signature spaghetti with meat sauce. The sauce is very bland. The other day, I tried out their pepperoni pizza for the first time. It was so greasy and soggy that I couldn't finish it, even at the risk of offending the wife. Just about the only thing I enjoy here is the salad. Like everything else, it's nothing fancy, but it is the most satisfying thing to eat. It's served cold with a creamy and light dressing. Some final thoughts before I wrap up this review. The food is very cheap as is the parking in the back of the restaurant. Parking is only two bucks if you get it validated by the cashier. While it pains me to disparage this place, it pains me even more knowing that I will have to make yet another pilgrimage to this restaurant at some point in the not so distant future.

The food was bomb loved the sandwich good amount of chicken inside and the fries well seasoned. Definitely great size portion for lunch, you will be stuffed. Customer service was very good honestly from when they took my order by phone til they provided me my food. They were nice! It was a Thursday they had just opened at noon it wasn't packed yet but you can tell more people were coming in. I will definitely order again from here!

So good I went back the next day with a friend..not wanting Pizza again I opted for the wings and garlic parm fries...and just like the pizza, the food was great. I spoke to the person at the front to learn not only was this family owned but the cashier was one of the owners. I also learned the person who was working on a small renovation in the front was her husband. You can tell they take pride in making thier business a great place to work. She even got a new sign that came in while I was there and she was excited of how good it looked. That shows excitement in what they have built.. I will be returning!
