there is something wrong with these people in this restaurant. the front counter hostess, the waiters all of them. the food is okay but the staff is not. they are so rude. up and down with attitudes. we went there on tuesday got here a little after 8:00 walked in and they said we are closed. first of all they dont care about the customers at all. who closes at 8:00? they used to be open till 9:00 or 10:00. now its 8:00? ridiculous. the way they said it also was abrupt and nasty. not im sorry we are closed. we close earlier now. nothing. just basically go away. we dont care about you. this is not the first time they acted up. they act entitled and not friendly. the women at the front desk is always rude. the guy maybe the owner is okay but the waiters are always hurried and nasty. they show no care for customers, not friendly or helpful. they are cheap too. they worry about every penny. they are so hurried they dont ask enough questions they make a mistake in the order and they want us to pay for it? they dont get it. change your nasty attitudes and maybe you will get more business and wont have to close at 8:00. read more

The service here was great. As for the food, it is nothing special standard American-Chinese. Entrees and appetizers were pretty oily and huge portions. Two of us got two entrees and an appetizer + rice. We only finished the equivalent of a single entree. The mushu vegetables were our favorite dish, but ultimately we left feeling dissatisfied and wishing we'd gone somewhere else. read more

Cream cheese wontons yum! They have a really good flavor even before the dipping sauce. The egg rolls are huge, almost a meal in themselves. The curry chicken and Mongolian beef were also a big hit. We called in our order for a pickup and it was ready within 15 minutes with no wait. so that's a plus in my book. Little pricey. read more

Loved the art, comfortable seating and clean linen tablecloths. We ate here for the first time last Saturday night and walked in with no reservations. 45 minute wait. I don't knock them for the wait at peak hour on a Saturday. Nonetheless the service was only average even for an authentic Chinese restaurant. After reading very positive reviews my husband and I decided to check this restaurant out...Do not believe the positive reviews...I just don't get it! We ordered the orange chicken, someone said it was yummy...more like gummy. I specifically asked if it was sliced thin and the waiter said, or nodded yes...perhaps he didn't understand. At any rate when it arrived at the table it was anything but thin sliced, the pieces were chunky, thick, and the fried part was like gum slime, the flavor was too sweet and didn't taste orangy at all. And on top of that, it was cold. The waiter brought it back in the kitchen and came out in about 5 seconds thinking it was hot..not..,again it went back in, each time getting gummier and gummier to the point that it was inedible. I complained to the manager (I think) and this woman in the front about the order and they gave empty excuses and were not very apologetic..no such thing as oh sorry, we'll take it off your bill, or oh would you like something else. Unfortunately they lost a customer and the waiter lost his tip. Save yourself the trouble and the aggravation...find some other venue for dinner. read more

Went there Christmas, wow extremely busy. I guess the only game in town was the comments from those waiting. Haven't been here for many years; and won't go back for many years! (unless for lunch and try their lunch specials just to give it a fair shot) Much to do about "nothing". Ordered a variety of dishes including War Wanton Soup. Comments: Bland food including the soup, no taste to anything, needed seasoning- salt and spices. If Gordon Ramsey was reviewing he would go back to Kitchen and tell the cooks to taste everything coming out of kitchen. A bit pricey for Chinese food, and what with the small plates for family style sharing? The service was fine considering the zillion holiday crowd, we waited nearly an hour for main courses, but we expected that on a Holiday!
