This is my new favorite restaurant. The food is AMAZING. They cultivate such a wide variety of flavors that all work wonderfully together. Their food is all organic, local, and sustainable and everything is house made. I got to sit at the bar and watch Chef Jason in action. The menu changes every week and features ingredients that change with the seasons. For drinks, we tried their NA house made old fashioned vanilla cola and the green fairy cocktail. I was absolutely blown away by the cola and had never tasted anything like it. The green fairy truly tasted like a garden. We ordered the fried green tomatoes as an appetizer and the salmon and firecracker chicken entrees. I was blown away by every single thing I tried. The most unique and flavorful dishes i've ever had. There aren't enough words to describe the array of flavors you'll experience at this place, you've got to try it for yourself. The restaurant itself is also so beautiful and built by a wonderful local craftsman artist. Persepshen is the embodiment of community, keeping things local, and 'made with love'.

What an amazing place! My kind of restaurant. A real farm to table vibe. Everything is fresh and vibrant. Had a Spanish flare incorporated into some of their dishes. I ordered the melon salad to start. So colorful, variety of bursting flavors that compliment each other. For the mains: I got the cochinita Pibil and the Scallop Paella. WOW!! Again.. flavors and seasonings were amazing. So so delicious. The Paella was phenomenal and nailed it with their crispy rice that cooks at the bottom. In my culture we call it cucayo or cucayito and it was perfect. We also got the Peaches and Cream dessert. Heaven!!! SHOUT OUT TO THE CHEF ‍ I tried to make reservations while I was there to take my friend the following evening, but they were already full ( not surprised) You definitely have to come and try this place. So many wonderful dishes to try and the menu changes weekly.

This is the place to go to take you on a delightful culinary adventure. I was so excited to finally get to taste the sustainable and local dishes. The escargot was incredible and I got the roasted pork muffaletta. Wow, the best muffuletta I've ever had. The staff were super friendly and refilled our water consistently. Me and my table also got an array of drinks. They were also very tasty, wouldn't say they are particularly strong though. Personally I would skip in drinks in the future and order another appetizer.

If you are looking to support a wonderful farm to table restaurant add this to your list of local restaurants to support and check out. The drinks are divine hand crafted with a perfect pairing of flavors that complement each other to make a divine cocktail. The food melted in my mouth. The ingredients are so fresh they are locally sourced. The chef even came to our table to see how the meal was. 10 out of 10 experience . It was a slower dining experience so give yourself time to enjoy.

Outstanding farm-to-table restaurant utilizing local and organic ingredients. We were a group of 8 and sat at the large community table. The staff were very nice and the service was great. The menu changes frequently based on what's in season. They use vintage silverware and glassware. That's a nice touch and reflective of their commitment to sustainability. So, due to the small glass size, my only gripe would be that the $13 glass of wine I ordered was probably only 6oz. Enjoy!

I've been here twice now and it is definitely one of my favorite if not my number one restaurant in the city. Which is saying something because there are a lot of amazing places here! Really love that everything is locally and organically sourced, that they butcher everything in house. And the menu changes every week based on what's the highest quality stuff they're able to get in that week. Not only that but it's unique flavor pairings and incredibly well executed I didn't get many photos the first time I went, but I ran a retreat nearby and wanted a curated health conscious meal for the final night. The owner graciously worked with my budget to create a menu just for us and literally everyone was raving about it. Just went again last night with my partner and it was again absolutely amazing. We each got a cocktail, which change I believe daily, that had really unique but delicious flavor pairing. Mine was reposado with grapefruit, tamarind, and chili powder. His was vodka with absinthe, Lemongrass, and cherry I believe or something like that but it was really good. I know the menu changes regularly so these won't necessarily be on when others go, but we got the escargot, the salad with chicken skin, the scallops were perfectly cooked and over a pork fat potato cake with sauerkraut, and the Conchinita Pibil. I don't even know if I have the words to describe how flavorful everything was! They also do a really great job of spacing out the food perfectly and bringing things in an order that makes sense. Like for example last night the waiter made sure to ask us if we were OK with the scallops coming out before the pork dish we ordered going late to heavy would be better pallet wise. The ambience in that space, both inside and on the patio, is also absolutely amazing. Love the little touches like green vines over the outdoor lighting The first time I went I was served by the owner who was absolutely amazing and you can tell just how passionate he is about his work and the food and experience! Last night we had Trenton and he was equally as amazing of a server. Well done y'all!

The food was exceptionally fresh and worth the hype. Service was friendly and atmosphere chill and not arrogant at all. There are a lot of places with great food but bad attitudes. Rhatbis not Persepshen. I can't wait to go back.

Just an absolute 11/10 experience. From the amazing & unique food, to the menu that changes every week, to the service that is phenomenal every time, my wife and I come back time and time again! The atmosphere is cozy and the cocktails are the best we've ever had. We devour the cookie skillet every time. The chef is so nice & always comes & talks to us and the waiters are always the best, we always get Trent and he's a great waiter! Next time you're in PHX, stop here!!

Great food and we like the ambience. You definitely need a reservation on a weekend night. We had the four cheese Caesar salad salad, and the Cocinita pibil steam buns. Very fresh food and very tasty. We recommend it. We sat at the bar after about a 25 minute wait and we're served by the owner himself.

Truly one of the best restaurants we've been to in the area! The food was amazing - everything was so fresh and the flavors were so well balanced. I am so impressed and look forward to coming here more often. Perfect experience, relaxed ambiance, and delicious food.

This is one of my happy places - you can just unwind here and enjoy delicious food and live music on Sunday evenings. It's beautifully decorated and they serve good food. I like their live music on Sunday nights. They have a Sunday dinner option where you can share a meal with someone for an affordable price ($25 each, $6 cocktails). It's a nice way to start the week. I get the impression that all are welcome here, whether you show up in a jeans and a tshirt or if you decide to dress up a bit more. All that matters is the food and that you're coming to have a good time. The second time we came by, it turns out one of our guests' dishes was very salty but she didn't tell us till after. We think it was a mistake because the other dishes were great. I think if we had mentioned it they would have fixed it. It did seem like it was over salted by accident since I ordered the identical dish and mine was way less salty. Their menu is seasonal so it changes frequently. If you're curious, I guess you can call day of to get their Sunday dinner menu, or just show up because you know it will be good. Their crispy fingerling potatoes are delicious and heavy. You'll probably end up taking some home with you. Their polenta fries are crispy and won some Phoenix award, if that matters to you. Also enjoyed the beet salad. Their mussels didn't wow me - tasted more like curry sauce to me - but I know a lot of people like it. All this is just personal preference. Come here and relax. You'll have a good time.

If you appreciate local and organic quality ingredients I highly recommend you check out this chef/owner. We sat at the open concept bar and even noticed his large cutting board was AZ mesquite wood. Our server was incredibly attentive. We were there on Sunday and they had live music. For starters we shared the Sunchokes and loved that are prepared two ways (roasted and crispy chip like). There was a special Sunday menu with great prices on wines and cocktails ($7) and featured a Buffalo Shrimp Sandwich ($25). You could order a couple of different margarita's, gin and tonic and I had the Azul y Garanza Tempranillo (organic, nothing special, food friendly). I also ordered the Sunday special and the tempura shrimp paired perfectly with the fermented habanero buffalo sauce and was not spicy but all flavor (light and crispy). My partner ordered the Frenchie which was 90 day dry aged pasture raised beef and he commented the garlic au jus was full of flavor. Reservations were not needed at 5 PM but by 6:30, it was pretty full. We like to sit at the bar and I request that when I email for the reservation. It's rustic, but with an elevated menu. Highly recommend for its thoughtful menu, excellent service and memorable food. Culinary kudos to the chef!

Visiting from Vegas to see a K-pop cWent for a dinner at Thursday at 5pm. The place was empty- right after opening and service was fast. I had high hopes for the tomato board- and it came out so beautifully... but I wouldn't do it again. It was expensive and a few of the items I didnt care for. The pickled tomatoes were not enjoyable nor was the cheese foam. At $50, just no. But, the paella was a work of art as was the lamb. Fun little place in downtown Phoenix.

It was the best octopus I've had in a while, the char flavor and slight crisp was amazing. We enjoyed the creamy sauce, artichokes, and other veggies that came with this dish. The cauliflower and golden beets were incredible too. The chef told us that the Japanese sweet potato was one of the popular dishes, but out of everything we ordered, it was surprisingly my least favorite. It was still good but everything else tasted better to me. Pa'La is a bit pricey but the quality makes up for it. I would recommend this place for people who are visiting or for a date night!

A few years ago we were introduced to Pa'La by one such friend and, as of writing, we have now introduced 5 different friends to this location as well. As far as this specific dinner I think Pa'La does a really good job of having inventive food combinations usually in small plate form. I always really enjoy the ability to order 4 or 5 different things just to try something new. On this evening we started with the Beef Tartar, the Asian BBQ pork belly, and the Japanese sweet potato. All 3 were delicious and easily able to be shared between 3 people. We transitioned into ordering the prime New York Strip and the Maitake mushroom to share. The steak had a very nice pungent but sweet glaze on it that went very well with the marbling of the cut. Finally, we had the strawberry chamomile tart which was a great way to cap off the evening! All in all a very nice meal, in a nice setting where we could all catch up for a few hours. Never once did we feel rushed or similar and our server was always very attentive. Service was prompt, and we got our drinks by the time we had our mains decided. I got a glass of red to pair with my steak. My partner had a refreshing cocktail, but it was decent. The highlights of the night were the food. SO MUCH FOOD! And it was TERRIFIC! For starters we got the artichoke hummus. It sounded a bit weird, but all it was was regular hummus with 4 artichoke hearts that were crispy. The artichoke hearts were crisp, but moist, and I could have kept eating those all day. It comes with 1 pita bread. The server told us to order another and we did, turns out we needed it as the pita breads were quite small ($3 +). Sure only 3 bucks, but nickel and dime if you are spending $14 on an app... For mains I got the filet medium rare with a side of regular potatoes. My partner got the salmon skewer with a side of asparagus. Both the dishes were cooked perfectly and they were familiar dishes with a slightly exotic touch to it. Must be the middle eastern part of the restaurant. The steak came with a ganache or accompaniments of middle eastern sides. Can't recall what they were but they were great when I dipped my potatoes in them. It was sour, tart, acidic, kind of like middle eastern soy sauce. The server recommended it to us and we got it. The salmon skewer came with 5 decent sized pieces on it. Great for a small eater or someone who doesn't want their own meal. It too was delicious and had light touches of sauce or smoke on it. The asparagus is a favorite. It was cooked as usual, typical steak side and both me and my partner enjoyed it! For dessert, as it was my partners birthday the server comped the pound cake. While it was delicious, it was definitely the letdown of the meal. It was way too sweet including the layer of cream that it was doused with. The sweat cream wasn't necessary as the pound cake was incredibly sweet itself. Also, the pound cake wasn't soft like normal cake. It was quite dry once you peeled away the creme layer up top. I definitely should have gone with the Chocolate Ganache Tart. But their mess up worked in their favor. I'm definitely coming back for another meal at Flint!

Who knew that, the time to come in here, are during the holidays when the samples are amazing and sampling are also helpful with choices in wine and hard core whiskey options for those special events. This lovely humid in front sought me out, even after I sampled her items and shared a potion of her lovely sweet cocktail with me.. of course, I'm always the life of the party and before you knew it... the party was on and popping in this corner jk ( partially true) There was a couple who looked at me as if I were from another planet and then they joined me . I walked away but then (the presenter) came to find me. This is my new spot during the holidays or if I need a bottle for a dinner party. Thanks for the fun time guys and honestly why is this spot cheaper than other places? Curious! There's plenty of parking on site
