My god this place is your typical terrible airport food. Go get fast food like Burger King where you have some level of expectation on quality of food. The poor workers were clearly understaffed. But this food is comparable to frozen and they charge a LOT. Do not waste your time or money read more

Ordered a Long Island iced tea(alcohol) and it 0 alcohol in it. Horrible it was $20 and had none and we asked if there was any alcohol they said yes but there wasn't any I finished it very quickly and completely fine and I'm a light weight. For an airport restaurant it was pretty good. Good service, decent food but pricey. I get it, can't expect cheap things in an airport. However with 2 hours to kill it was a great place to grab a bite to eat and have a beer. Sandwiches were great! read more

Do Not Order Breakfast from here. Walk yourself back to Burger King and pay the premium prices. Originally, I decided to skip Burger King and their premium prices and assume if I pay a $2-$3 more, I might get better and fresh food. I was wrong. I ordered one each of their breakfast offerings. Herb potatoes are just basic potato wedges. The egg and steak flatbread has a layer of floating oil. The sausages were dried and apple wood smoked bacon were dried tiny strips of pork. Even Costco 4 pack bacon would have tasted better. Should have check the ratings before ordering but I was in a hurry. read more

Wait...what time is it? My wife and I strolled into the E Gates on a Saturday evening. Along with our full flight to Anchorage (200+ passengers) another full flight to Seattle (another 200+ passengers) was preparing to depart in the next couple of hours. So all told, about 400 people were collecting at the E Gates. We sat down to PGA Tour Grill, hoping to have a beer or maybe a salad, appetizer. The time was 7:55 pm. Our flight wasn't set to depart for another 2.5 hours. We were informed by the bartender/waitress that they already shut down the kitchen and had "last call." My wife asked when they close...on a Saturday. The bartender/waitress repeated that they already closed the kitchen and had last call. My radar went off as this was a way to dodge the question. Surely a large restaurant and really the only restaurant in the E Gate area wouldn't be closing this early on a Saturday with a glut of large flights set to depart. That's thousands of dollars being flushed down the drain. Checking online, the grill was not supposed to close until 10:30 pm. After our flight. After the Seattle flight. After taking advantage of the hundreds of passengers passing through the E Gates. Well, I'm glad they didn't get the chance to take our money. Instead we sat for three hours waiting for our flight and had a mild fasting. read more

Not a bad place to grab some food at the airport. The burger that I had was very delicious and rich with cheese, medium rare patty, garlic aioli arugula and tomatoes. Service here is great and they have buttons that you can call the waitresses in to come grab your check or order. Side of potato chips came late it was pretty fresh and soft in the middle with crunchy outside. read more

We had some time to kill before our flight home. Since we just wanted a sandwich, this place worked out just fine. We were seated immediately. Our service was ok during our meal. I've come to realize that usually airport locations of restaurants are just that. We had to wait a few times for refills and I had to get my own extra napkins when the waiter disappeared. We started with the clubhouse chips. Kettle chips with tomatoes, crispy bacon, crumbled blue cheese, shredded lettuce and ranch. The chips were ok, the bacon was not crispy and the lettuce was not shredded and just places underneath. I was disappointed. I ordered the Waialae sandwich which was pulled pork, coleslaw and onions. There wasn't much to this sandwich as there was little ingredients used. The sweet potato fries were the only saving grace to my meal. I wouldn't play this course again. read more

The finest airport bar chain. At least I think so. The PGAG is not just for golfers. It's for those that seek a hole-in-one for quality and service. The drinks are long off the tee and the food hits the green every time. Moreover, the service is always warm and friendly, your golf swing. Let them be your caddies! read more

PGA Tour is one of the few restaurants in the Alaskan Air terminal at Honolulu Airport. It's settled right at the entry where all the gates are and is a great location since you can hear all the gate announcements from wherever you're eating. The staff was very attentive and they also helped cover each other, which we thought was a plus. That's where the pluses end though. Expensive! We both got an entree and I got a beer. The chicken sandwich I got was $17 and roughly the size of a McChicken from McDonald's. Now I'm not saying I expect a huge gourmet chicken sandwich and I expect it to be expensive but I mean COME ON. THIS MUCH FOR THIS LITTLE?!?!?! When the wifey's flatbread came in we were also in disbelief. The paddle it came on was a respectable size, about the size of an ipad, but the actual flatbread that came out was roughly the size of her foot. We just shook our heads in disappointment. Lastly, my beer was about $11. I expected to pay about $9 or $10, but $11 was a little high. Again though, their redeeming factors are that their staff was very attentive and pretty sensitive to the fact that you're flying. They asked someone near us what time their flight was and made sure they were all taken care of and squared away. They did the same for us. When we sat down, our waitress gave us menus and about a minute later another came up and asked if we had been helped. Since we were ready to order, she didn't say "oh let me get your server" she said, "No problem what would you like and I'll make sure it gets put in". After wifey's water was low, they came out with water. Truly a great staff. It MAY have something to do with the fact that there were only 5 tables and there were 3 servers, but still! They could have been lazy! Would I go back? Probably not because of the cost. I'd plan better and load up on Musubi's from outside. This place was WAY better than Kona Brewing though. We sat there for about 5 minutes and never got acknowledged we were there until we left. TL:DR - A decent option but be prepared to pay. read more

While I understand that due to the pandemic a lot of places have gone out of business, I would expect that one of the few remaining eateries at the airport would be grateful for customers. The sign says wait to be seated but you really just seat your self. If you're ordering takeout there is a tiny sign that tells you to scan the QR code. The online menu didn't match the printed menu on display. There's no place to sit while waiting to pick up food, and the staff didn't seem friendly to any of the customers. Prices are expensive for what you get but the one redeeming quality was that the wait for the takeout food wasn't that long. read more

This is the last place we visited before we left Honolulu. It was in the airport and the nicest looking place close to our gate. The service was prompt, friendly, and the food was delivered very quickly to our table. We had no stress re: having to wait for it and be late for our flight. Delicious Poke' as well as seared Ahi tuna sandwich and homemade chips. Prices fair and comfortable atmosphere. Good menu choices too. read more

I'm very easy to please if it's edible and decent service I'm usually happy but this was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had and very expensive: Chicken strips worse than a frozen TV dinner. All fried food tastes like the grease hasn't been changed in weeks. Beers drastically over priced. The food was so terrible we couldn't eat it and got Burger King instead. Worst part was while leaving I asked the bartender for a glass of water to fill a cup for our flight and she told us to go to the filling station all the way down the terminal. I said "ma'am we just spent $150 here can I please have a glass of water" she proceeded to very rudely say "can you give me a minute" and turned her back to me to continue talking to 3 other locals airline ground crew instead after I bought 3 drinks from our waitress that will prob give her tip share. This was the last few minutes of our trip to Hawaii and really was a low way to end it. Aloha must only be real when you are paying for it to her. Our waitress was very nice tho and we left her a very generous tip considering the terrible food. For airport food this place was really good. Ordered the burger which was tasty and had pretty good flavor. Service was solid and food came out quick. Overall a solid option for airport food. Also it beats the food court in this airport by far. read more

Pretty busy here tonight considering it is Christmas weekend, but luckily we were able to find a space for two and we got menus and our drinks pretty fast. I was impressed that even though it was seat yourself, service was pretty quick. We ordered chicken caesar salads and although it was definitely a pricey salad($14-$16, more if you have additions), it was probably one of the best caesar salads I've eaten (could of been that I was also ravenously hungry too). The dressing had the perfect blend of anchovies and acid and the lettuce was crisp, the crostini was light and crunchy and the grilled chicken was warm and juicy. Overall, a very satisfying dish and I liked that they had freshly shaven parmesan cheese and grilled lemon with the salad. The reason I gave only 4 stars instead of 5 was that although the presentation was appetizing, I didn't like that they served the salad as whole leaves instead of chopped because it made it a little more difficult to eat. I would definitely come back here though and try their other items on their menu if I'm at the airport again. If you are stuck in the airport and looking for a good place to eat, I recommend that you try this place out. read more

Low expectations for any eating establishment in an airport, why bother, captive audience and good many will never return again so why make something worth eating. WOW! What a nice surprise. Server friendly and helpful, we were there early so between banks and it probably gave him more time to serve us. Burger good. Chicken Pesto Flatbread good. Chicken teriyaki sandwich good. Prices airport reasonable. Overall a pleasant experience. One star added for making an effort in an airport. read more

This place is conveniently located inside of the airport and is probably one of the better options around. I had an order of buffalo wings with a side salad. The buffalo sauce was pretty salty but they weren't that bad. The salad was delicious but it was literally the smallest side salad that I've ever had. The restaurant seemed to be understaffed tonight so it took a while to get the food but I was warned of this prior to ordering. I'm not opposed to trying it again. read more

Horrible food and extremely slow service. They're so busy that the wait staff can't keep up, but there is no team work. We saw a manager come out and scold a server right in front of us because she had food ready in the wi Dow. However, the poor girl was trying to enter new orders, and was really backed up. Here's a hint....how about helping each other. Hubby got wings....super small wings, and the flavor was just okay. I got clubhouse chips....OMG....it was literally a bag of potato chips, drizzled with cold bbq sauce and cold pulled pork, with goops of spicy mayo. It was disgusting....and cost me $14. Run, hungry airport travelers, run! read more

Ate breakfast. Hubby got scrambled egg/sausage/cheese flatbread & I got bacon & eggs w/potatoes & toast. Flatbread was good w/a crispy crust. My eggs were perfect - bacon was a little on thin side, but still good. We both enjoyed a spicy Bloody Mary. One of the better airport breakfasts we've had. read more

Breakfast for the day :) saw the Seahawks game playing and friend was here so we decided to stay. Ordered the burger and upgraded it to Kobe beef medium rare. Comes with a little metal bucket of fries. We just happened to have our Hawaiian crown pineapples and stuck some in with them burger.... Their beer was cold. The bar tender was not very friendly even noting that we are both from the same country. Her name is Lady. She must be tired. Oh well we came here to eat as we were so starved from our day's activities. The food came in hot and tasted good. It's a flatbread with mozzarella and tomato. It came in a nice platter and was delicious, not so big of a serving. The piña colada was good! I had two as the bar tender thought I ordered another one when I just said that it was good. Not sure why this place has terrible reviews. I mean it's not the worst place I've been too, actually their food and service is pretty good. I would have given 5 stars but the menus is kind of small and lacked breakfast foods. Now I understand small menus because it makes the chefs perfect the food and not just mess it up because they are swamped with 10000 different things. Waitress was great, always asking if we need anything, very sweet and courteous.. one waiter attended to us and was kind of awkward and quiet. But end of the day I'd come back for a beer or two if I'm ever in HNL again read more

Just ate lunch at PGA TOUR GRILL, Honolulu airport. My wife ordered POKE off the menu expecting what poke has been everywhere we've ordered it: tuna on a bed of rice with many various additional ingredients. This dish arrived with a smaller than usual tuna and NOTHING else except a few tortilla chips, and still costing DOUBLE the price of normal poke. When I asked the server if we could substitute a small bowl of rice for the (inappropriate) chips, she said there would be a $4 surcharge. This would like charging extra for the bun on a hamburger. Very disappointing and inadequate. This item should be honestly represented as an appetizer for a reasonable price, for what it IS. The wait staff are positive, hard working people. I'm sitting here having a beer while I wait for my flight and I can't help but think that it must take a tough person to work at a establishment in an airport where you have to rely on flight schedules. Staff hospitality stood out more than anything. Food menu is short and simple. But let's face it, you don't want anything "exotic" or "exciting" in your belly right before a flight. They seem to do a decent job with the limited menu. What I liked about this place compared to other restaurants at the airport is that it's not as crowded. Any they have these "prompt service" "kallpods" so if you want a quick bite but your flight is coming. You can call them and pay quick too. Got the garlic Parmesan wings. Nice and crunchy but tender and juicy on the inside. Great with beer. A mild cheese and garlic flavor which is disappointing as I'm a garlic lover and I imagine anyone ordering these would be ordering them for the same reason. I'd get them again if I wasn't super hungry and just wanted something to accompany my beer. read more

Wasn't working for me. - Fries with char siu on top - 4/10: meh. Char siu and fries don't go well with each other, especially when you drizzle teriyaki-type sauce on top. Too sweet that there's a bit of an imbalance in flavor. They also had open mic karaoke here. Crowd was kinda dead, so we tried to liven them up with a familiar country tune. Didn't work. Oh well. It's mid-week and we can't sing, so... Anyway, this isn't a bad spot to grab some brews and a few things to munch on. Onto the next.

As advertised by the business, the restaurant is "located in the Honolulu Airport Hotel." Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. After being seated, a couple who arrived after me were greeted and had their orders taken before anyone acknowledged me. It wasn't a great first impression. I ordered the loco moco and requested the eggs to be cooked over easy. The server then asked how I wanted my hamburger patty cooked, which caught me off guard. I've ordered loco moco many times over the years and had never been asked that before. Seeing my confusion, the server suggested having the burger cooked medium then I agreed. When my meal arrived it was around 8:30 p.m. and the eggs were cooked medium instead of over easy. The bigger issue, however, was the rice. The texture was very inconsistent...some bites were stale and crunchy, others were chewy, and some grains even stuck to my teeth. It gave the impression that the rice wasn't freshly prepared. Given the restaurant's convenient location for airport travelers, I was hoping for a quick, satisfying meal before my surgery. Unfortunately, the questionable service and disappointing food quality made for a less-than-ideal dining experience. I hope they can improve both their service and consistency in the kitchen. This restaurant also advertises having "live music", but on the Thursday night I was there they had karaoke. Customer service doesn't end when the check is paid...it also includes how a business and its employees respond to customer feedback. Rather than addressing my concerns about the flawed rice or how customers who arrived after me were greeted and had their orders taken before me, he chose to mock me with laughing emojis, a condescending "bless your little heart," and a sarcastic comment about my surgery. His comment became additional evidence supporting my original observation and demonstrated the same lack of professionalism and customer care that led me to describe the service as questionable in the first place and now turns out to be absolute garbage. I would highly not recommend their banana pudding, which is such a shame. I wished I loved it but sadly 0/5. The best part of the whole pudding was the 4 soft wafers. If that's the case, that should tell you something.

We came here before we were flying back to Maui. Wife got the burger and I got the chicken tenders. Bad idea. Wife's burger was a good size but meat was way over cooked. The flavor was very bland. My Tenders were the worse chicken I have ever had. Very dry, stringy and breading was hard as a rock. The way they present it I thought it was from a kids menu! Came with 3 tenders , carrots, celery and 2 small dips in to go plastic cups. For $20! This place needs to close. Have some self respect as a kitchen and do better! Their manager Angela Midros speaks ill of customers specially people that are transgender. I have transgender friends and was offended by this. I made a report on this to HR back in February, yet I got retaliated against. The restaurant is not even clean and their bar floods regularly and gunk keeps falling on ice well. We were seated immediately and greeted by our very friendly and knowledgeable server. My husband and I ordered the Steak Frites to share and my daughter went with the Spicy Pork Ramen - let me tell you, for it being the airport, it was some good Ramen! Our Steak Frites was decent - fries needed seasoning, but overall, we really enjoyed our meal. Overall, there were plenty of seating options and I believe they had a large bar area as well. If we ever come back to Honolulu, we will definitely be stopping for some food at Mauka Market. Check them out!

I didnt try this dish so i cannot say if its flavorful or not. However, both my inlaws finished eating it so i assumed it was good enough. We also ordered the local burger with Swiss and cheddar cheese, tomatoes, onion with a side of fries. The beef patty was kinda dry and just ok, nothing special. We also got the Hawaiian flatbread your pizza with ham, pineapples, bacon, tomato sauce, mozzarella. It was a decent size foe one person. I didnt think it looked appetizing but it wasn't as bad. There was some flavor and crunch to the crust. My ordered the ahi rice bowl and a vodka island spirit drink. I really enjoyed my ahi as it was flavorful with balance of sauce and veggies. The drink was ok, didnt taste the alcohol.

But I guess she was not touching the food, just the boxes to put it in and the utensils, but maybe a take away for them.
