It's rare to find a good Philly but these are very solid sandwiches. Freshly made and the bread is light and airy. Not as filling as it looks (in a good way). The mushrooms and peppers were cooked just right as well as the beef. We tried a few other sides with our other meals. We tasted regular fries, sweet potato fries , and onion rings. Rings are another rare to find good ones that are made great here. Breading was thick and really cooked just right. Tasted the ripper too. It was better than a standard dog. Tasted more like a good sausage. Restaurant was very clean and has a cool theme. They close early on a Saturday at 8 pm sharp. I'm sure some could be offended by the staff getting ready before 8, but we had enough time to eat and go and everyone deserves to go home on time! Just saying get there by 7:30 and you'll be fine just like we were. Definitely be back for cheat meals and to try their breakfast menu. read more

I have never experienced chastising for ordering breakfast off ones own menu before but I guess there's a first time for everything. I assume the older man behind the counter on the stool taking our order is the owner. "Really you're going to order breakfast for lunch" after my wife ordered yes eggs, sausage(burnt btw), and a pancake. I proceeded to order an omelette. His menu said with unlimited ingredients. I only choose turkey, spinach, tomato, onion, with cheddar cheese. Again he chastised me. "Really! You're going to have nothing left. Were the eggs going to go? Breakfast for lunch" I said, in all your years you haven't heard or you yourself order breakfast items for lunch or dinner for that matter on a Saturday. He was quiet after that. As the nice lady beside him tried to smile and say "you like it that way at home" trying to make it all better. If you treat customers like this? I won't be back. My suggestion is take items off your menu if you don't want people to order them after a certain time of day. Or stay home and let the nicer ladies run the show. read more

Stopped in for lunch yesterday. Place was very clean and well organized. The owner, Dave, was at the counter taking orders from customers. I ordered a Dave's burger with cheese bacon and the fixings. I have to say this place has got the competition against the ropes. No comparison, absolutely the best burger I have eaten in 35 years. I definitely will be stopping by to get my fill. Two thumbs up! Dave took our order and was very nice - didn't rush us at all considering it was busy at lunchtime on a Saturday. Remember- this is not fast food but it's more than worth the wait. I ordered the 1/2 Philly and my husband had the regular size. Cooked with veggies to perfection and super steamy hot! Fries were meaty and well-cooked. The line was out the door just to order. There was no backup payment system the internet was down which isn't your fault but you guys should have a backup system for cards. Been twice and excellent both times. The wait to get your food was no longer than a normal busy restaurant. There is a negative one star review that is amusing. This place JUST OPENED and there was a line out the door. I talked to Dave and he said his first week in the new location was busier than any week he ever had at the prior location. Simply put, they were busier than expected which caused some delays. To give a one star review without eating the product is ridiculous. The food is really good. Ive had the philly, cheese sticks, fries, onion rings, and catfish platter and sandwich. The food is always hot and fresh when picked up. The Burgers are basic and not worth it in my opinion. The only issue Ive had food wise is the inconsistency with my side orders. I ordered a catfish platter with cheese sticks before and got 6, another time I got 3. However, the customer service needs work. The older man at the front is RUDE. On 3 separate occasions he's made condescending comments to myself and/or my partner. I dont care how good the food is, bc i actually know how to cook. I will not tolerate rude behavior when I'm spending my hard earned money. Theres also younger lady who takes phone orders- no hospitality either. Her tone is dry and she lacks basic courtesy (no hello, thank you, excuse me, etc). Hope they see this and think twice before talking to customers again. read more

My husband and I visited, today. He got the Signature Philly and I got the Bandit burger with sweet potato fries. I don't eat burgers too often, but knowing this place is here might convince me to start. Everything was perfectly cooked and tasted fresh: perfect crisp edged xl patty, crisp bacon, fresh sautéed mushrooms, fresh tomatoes, crispy fries. My husband's Philly looked great with tons of beef and lots of veggies packed into a perfect bun. Service was friendly and helpful, and there was even a nice attention to the decor, which I wasn't expecting from a Philly burger joint. The only thing I would change is the tv station which stayed on Fox News while we were there, but at least you couldn't hear it. Was really excited to try this place and stopped in on our trip to Costco from Gainesville, Tx. Cute place and sweet owner was sitting up front taking orders. Food came out hot, fresh, and fast. My philly was absolutely swimming in grease. So much so that the bread was inedible. I scraped everything off the bun onto napkins to eat it. It also was very salty. Not what I was expecting flavor wise. The amount of meat to veggie ratio was great. My onion rings were unremarkable. Maybe just an off day for the kitchen? read more
