Typical Florida pizza. Yuck. Wings were decent. Would not recommend. 2 pies with a dozen wings delivered $65. Not exactly cheap either.

Meh. Looked ok, but the flavor was not up to my standards. Seems to be a popular local favorite, give it a try and make your own conclusion.

I will not delve into the obvious. The obnoxious religious video or the overly done up religious decor. I got 2 slices of cheese. Just the right amount of heat. Thin and cheesy. The owner who helped me behind the counter was very nice. The ambiance of the place is a little too much for me in terms of the religious aspect with the word of god everywhere even offering bible study and counseling on the menu. I will probably not come back as a pizza venue should not play role of a church also in my opinion. Not my cup of tea. read more

I have no issue with the bible stuff or no masks... My complaint is the absolutely terrible pizza. SO SALTY it was inedible, the crust was tough as a rubber band and the sauce had no flavor at all. Some of the worst pizza I have ever had - and a waste of $22. read more

We absolutely enjoyed our lunch at Phil's heavenly pizza. They do a great job there and also have some very nice lunch specials. They were also very willing to customize my two slices of pizza for me. The pizza is excellent, the atmosphere is awesome, and the owners are very very customer oriented. They actually go out of their way to make you feel at home. Ended up coming to this place several times during our stay in South Florida we were never let down and they were always fast and good. Not only is thier pizza delicious, but I left my wallet there one day accidently, with my whole life inside of it and lots of cash and when I came to see if I had left it there, they graciously returned it to me. First time here and it was a great experience. Originally from NY and like to try different Pizza places. This place did not disappoint. Met Phil the owner and had a nice conversation. I highly doubt he treats people like the reviews state he does. BTW, disregard the negative reviews as most are about the no mask wearing policy and not his great food. Pizza is completely trash spent $50 on two pizzas that taste like a**. We're not recommend this not even for dog food.Super greasy toppings wouldn't even stay on pizza. Moving from New York I'm SO happy to have found this place. The crust is perfect. Thin, crispy but doughy. I now live in Miami and you can't find pizza this good in Miami anywhere. My family is visiting Pompano Beach and we needed a place that served gluten free pizza -- saw this one had great reviews and decided to try it. We were so happy we did. My husband had the standard pizza and said it was better than the places we get pizza from in NJ/NY. That is saying a lot as our area is known as having the best pizza in the country. We also tried the gluten free and cauliflower crust pizza and both were very good. The blackberry gelato was delicious too. The staff was nice and the atmosphere was great. The pizza was not hot and too salty. I've had frozen pizza (Jacks!) that is better.

I would recommend coming in for lunch for the can of soda and 2 slice special. It's really delicious and a great value. The lunch special inspired me to order delivery which is extremely well priced. Unfortunately I think the cook was a little heavy hand with a seasoning with quite a bit of salt in it. My son loves salt and this was too salty for him. We had 1.5 slices a piece and had to call it quits. I'll still stop by for slices but I wouldn't order delivery again. read more

This place has excellent pizza. That said...I'm never going to dine in again. Trying to enjoy lunch with my wife and two small children ... And in the background on TV is Jesus getting whipped and beaten bloody by the Romans. Not very appetizing, and not something I want my kids watching. Sorry but...a business is a business and a church is a church. I'm certain the owner means well... But having a Jesus themed pizza shop.. can also give someone the impression that they are just using Jesus to sell pies. I don't much care for gimmicks...especially religiously offensive ones.. I was not in a great mood when I went to this restaurant. I had found out the day before that my sister had passed away. My experience didn't start out great likely my mood made a somewhat frustrating situation worse. I am very sensitive to customer service and always have been. I have worked consulting on this topic for many years. I have to tell you that the young lady behind the counter with a natural smile that should accompany everyone in customer service took it upon herself to make everything right. I have never seen anyone with a better understanding of customer service and how to resolve a bad situation. I would have left there angry but instead I left with all the frustration I was feeling gone. I felt humbled and even sorry that the situation got to wear it was. Everyone that is providing customer service on the planet should be looking to hire someone like this young lady. I didn't get her name but I will go back there at some point and find out what it was. I did thank her and let her know that she had a better understanding of customer service than about anyone I have ever met. The pizza was good also, but great pizza with poor service most times isn't a reason for a return. I find that good food or even average food with great service is more likely to get a restaurant. Great People - Good Food. It was obvious to my family and I that this is a wonderful, faithful family business. The decor maybe a little heavy on the owners religious beliefs, but nice. Truly Bizarre... Apparently this place is actually a church also and they have religious study meetings and things like that. Now I don't care if a person is christian, jewish, buddhist or whatever. Most people subscribe to some kind of religion and a "Jesus is Lord" sign never bothered me at all. But this place is more than uncomfortable. I've seen less Jesus references in churches. They have the story of jesus playing on a big screen TV even. And worst of all christian music...yay. Nothing like music so horrid you wish somebody would play country music. Reminded me a great deal of being in the middle east and having Islam shoved down your throat at every turn even in places where you just go to get food. If there was a country with a christian theocracy or taliban, this place would fit right in. So what if you don't care one way or another about religion, how's the food? The food is amazingly subpar and I think a lot of people are putting "faith" into the 3-5 star reviews. The pizza reminded me of hungry howies / domino's pizza grade fare and you certainly don't get two mediums for $5 despite the other similarities. Granted it is hard to find truly excellent pizza in this area (the closest if probably Primanti Bros.) but that doesn't make crappy pizza miraculously become good pizza (did you like that one?). :) Now if you are a very religious person and would like to eat in a religious environment or support a religious business then this is the place for you. Especially if you aren't too particular about what you consider good quality pizza. If you don't feel like eating food in bible school or know the difference between good pizza and bad pizza you probably want to avoid this place. read more

Jesus Christ that's A LOT OF GREASE! I mean good lord there must have been some mistake. Were they trying to drizzle some olive oil and the cap came off the bottle? The entire calzone was completely saturated and soggy with oil. I mean to the point of holy shit that's disgusting. Even the burnt parts were soggy. How did they manage to do that? The wax paper under the crust of course doesn't help. Unless you're looking for help absorbing grease into the pie. The whole Christian theme doesn't bother me, even though I'm not one. I actually think it's really cool that they donate all their profits to local charities, but honestly that might be the most disgusting thing served to me in a restaurant in recent memory. I hope that isn't the way they intend to serve their calzones, but I won't be back to put another 25 bucks in the offering plate and pray the pie is edible this time... read more

Stranded while waiting for an absent caterer after driving for 3 and a half hours, we were starving and frustrated. This place cured all those ills. I mean, first of all, you have to just check it out for the novelty of it all - a religious pizza establishment? How chic. Then we got a slice of cheese pizza, and our tastebuds ascended in rapturous glory. This thing was hot, salty, well-seasoned, and had a perfectly chewy and flaky crust. I'm not much for church-going, but if it meant I could eat more of this pizza, I might change my tune. If anything here is a religious experience, it's their perfect slices of awesome. Not only that, but the slice we got was free - they comped it for us because all we had was a credit card. So not only did we have some of the best pizza of our lives, but it didn't cost a cent. Stopped in after a day at the beach in the mood for a New York style pizza & we ordered a large heavenly cheese pizza [$13.50] to-go and enjoyed it very much. I really don't want to post a bad comment on this place but I feel I must, to deter anyone from trying it. This "restaurant" serves horrible tasting food. I just left there so upset that I wasted my money and to top it off, I left most of my food on the table. I ordered a house salad, "garlic" rolls and two slices of pizza (which included a can of soda). I got the salad first and I enjoyed it.....waited for the rolls and had to remind them about my two slices of pizza twice, once while I was eating my salad and then after I was done eating my salad. When the rolls finally came, they were bland and yeasty - sitting in a pool of neutral-tastless oil...I ate one (barely) and was PIST! Finally the pizza arrived, it was an oily mess of salty crap. I couldn't continue eating-so I got up, all while the pizza and rolls are still on the table, and just left. What a waste of money, time and food! NEVER STEP INTO THIS PLACE TO EAT! NEVER! read more
