Came here for a late dinner crave and glad I chose to come here instead of the place next door. We all ordered smoothies with jello and the green tea is out of this world. I'm definitely coming back here for more! Came in for pho around midnight. Service was excellent! Hands down the best service we've received at a local restaurant. The server was kind, joyous, and attentive. Brought us hot tea and waters upon arrival. We started off with potstickers and egg rolls. Both came accompanied with nicely made sauces. Needless to say, both of our apps were perfectly delicious! Main course was pho. We ordered p12 (rare steak and tripe) which was large enough for two. Ohhhh myyyy goood!!!! BEST pho in town!! It has such delicious, fresh flavors! Well. This wasn't fun. We ordered a Thai tea, spring rolls, pho and a combination bahn mi The Thai tea is phenomenal, I almost finished it before we got our appetizers. It was very dead when we came in. It was us and one other lady who already had her food. So after we had been there 10 minutes and our server came up to tell me they were all out of combination bahn mi, I was a little confused. But it's a bahn mi. They don't take long to make, so I ordered the BBQ pork bahn mi. At this point we got the spring rolls. Very fresh and not over cooked. Which was great. We are still wondering why it took 10 minutes to tell us about them being sold out of an item. 5 minutes after we finished our spring rolls my bf gets his pho. And I wait. And wait. And wait. When my bf is just about done with his pho, she comes back and asks me if I want my bahn mi spicy or not spicy.... okay.... once again... couldn't this have been asked when I ordered my food? And finally... 5 minutes later. My bf is done with his pho and I get my bahn mi! Yay!.... but not really. Because as soon as I am about to take a bite of it. I find a hair inside my sandwich. Let's make this clear. If I had the bahn mi earlier and it had a hair. I wouldn't have made a big deal about it. But I had been sitting there for 20 minutes without an apology, and my bf is done eating. And I get a sandwich that will probably take another 20 minutes, and her response it to remake it.... but would I like another Thai tea? Or something else that's faster? I just wanted to get out of there. I was starving and didn't want to wait any longer for food, so we left. And I got tacos across the street On a plus side... My bf said he loved the pho and that the pho in my side of town is better than his. I really want to give this place a second try. It's only 2 blocks from my house, and the reviews make it seem like this place is good. But I really don't think I will because of how this entire situation was handled, and everything that happened. Just a tip, the place looks very gloomy and the pho is less flavorful compared to other pho places.

Loved this place! I rarely write reviews unless they're 5 stars. The pho was hot (temperature wise) and the noodles were soft. Most of the time the noodles are a little chewy at pho places but this place was just the right texture! The bean sprouts were fresh and they gave each person their individual plate. This place is breathe of fresh air. The customer service is top notch. Probably the best in Las Vegas. Every worker was attentive and patient to our requests. They are quick to adjust to our likings when it came to every dish. As for the food, the pho dac biet I got was so delicious. It's a small cozy restaurant but their pho broth packs so much flavor, no need to add anything but a few jalapeño slices for some spice. We visited vegas from San Diego and made a stop at this pho joint since it's opened late. We didn't have high expectations for Vietnamese food in vegas but the food exceeded our expectations. Really enjoyed my meal here, will definitely be back. Most flavorful pho broth I've ever tasted, a rich yellow color, and piping hot. It was not too oily at all, a very light broth with a light amount of natural fat. That little bit of oil is FLAVOR, it's a good thing, and fat is very healthy for you. But this is nothing like ramen broth, so if you hate heavy broth, don't worry. It is a good level of salty, too, so remember to drink lots of water for the rest of the day. Way more meat than I expected, too, very happy about that. I was actually unable to finish my bowl, the size is huge. My husband couldn't finish either. I was full for hours. By the way, a pot of tea is complimentary. Service is fast and friendly. Love the decor and clean restaurant. The staffs were nice and attentive. This rating is strictly on the service. It's definitely the first pho spot that would come by to check on you, refill your water and ask if you want more veggies for your pho. Out of the 8 pho spots we had been to since November 2016. I would have to say, it's the best one so far. It's not the best pho though. I'm not sure what it's missing in the broth...but it's flavorful, just not the full pho flavor. A guy that doesn't even work here helped us be seated, the place was empty and every table was dirty, we didn't get are table cleaned up after 20 minutes of being seated. Every time I'm in Vegas, I always stop by this place for a good bow of PHO. But now this place have new owner. Food did not taste as good like before. The bill came out 22.23 cents. I gave $40 dollars. She returned me $17 instead of $17.77 cents. So did honest..and I gave $3 dollars tip. So disappointed. She would think only .77 cents perhaps I didn't noticed it. I can eat Pho everyday. That being said, I can cook Pho. While we are in Vegas, it was cold so we went to find Pho and I can't tell you how often I'm disappointed with other restaurants Pho but not here. Their Pho broth here has the least MSG taste.
