Banh bot loc - Stuffed Tapioca dumplings

Pho 90 - Mom and Pop store We waited a while for service since there was a table of 15 before us but it was fine, we are not in a rush. Their pho is very very good. It is comparable to the bigger pho restaurants. Bank bot loc - Stuffed tapioca dumplings. I think if they work on presentation, for example: add some daikon, carrots, basils and lettuce, they can sell it for a little higher price. Overall, I love their foods!!!!

New Year's Day review -- May have had an impact on my experience? There are about 12 tables of 4 in this establishment. Our group of 6 were split into two tables across the restaurant. Half of our group had their orders taken 10 minutes before we were approached. Two servers frantically running around, one that seems to have more of a hang of things than the other. We got the latter -- asked if we were ready to order (had been waiting/seated for around 20 minutes at this point), we said yes, then she left and didn't return to take our order. We had to chase her down, and got our orders taken approximately 30 min after being seated. Half of our group were served approximately 1 hour after arriving to Pho 90. Every table in the establishment (even ones that sat after us) received their food before us -- After questioning this and requesting to just stop the order so we could leave this sh!t show, the server begged us to stay for 10 minutes for our food. I'm assuming she went back there and made it herself. They seem to either be short staffed or not efficient in multi tasking. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Outside of the customer service, the cleanliness severely lacks here. I watched one of the servers licking her (gloved) fingers, cleaning tables with "window" cleaner then using the same gloves to touch the INSIDE of our cups.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]We were also given a disgustingly dirty bowl, requested a new one, for it to also be dirty -- was she grabbing them from the dirty dishes pile or something?[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]To top it off, she was witnessed taking a bowl of bean sprouts out of the dirty dish bin and putting it on the table for the next party. Barf.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Come to find out, the server who was seemingly causing these issues was new. The food itself was a 3.5 -- pho broth is oily, depending on your personal preference on if you like that or not. After 1.5 hours at Pho 90 and $50 down the drain, I'd recommend saving your money and time.

Average pho and decent sizes but one thing I don't get.. why is it sour before I put my lime in there? Average depth of flavor to the herbs used and average seasoning. It would be better if it wasn't so sour. I just don't understand what they used to make it sour. Not much msg but I can tell there is some, not bad at all. I would have given it an extra star if the sourness wasn't there.

Was craving some pho on a hot day. Haha. Stopped by here based on prior reviews. Upon entering, this place was completely empty....is that a good thing or bad? Anyways, decided to try it out. Menu pricing was a bit confusing because they are written on small labels, so just a FIY. Ordered the P1 (Pho) and it was just ok. Nothing to rave about. Not sure but it barely had any meat in it. One meatball that was sliced into fours, a few pieces of brisket / meat. Broth was flavorful tho....See photo of the soup. Ordered the C5 (Chicken/Rice/Veg). This dish was mainly vegetables that were stirred fried with only 3 pieces of chicken....kinda of a let down. The only thing I liked about it was the well seasoned Bok Choi. Would I order this again...No. See photo of the dish. Service was fast and the staff was very friendly. Overall this place is ok and is definitely not the greatest. Will I come back....maybe. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambiance of this spot is very casual...nothing fancy.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

We came here as it opened late while we were in Vegas. Only like 2 workers. No XL pho size like ib our Sactown. My pho dac biet had a goid amount of noods, meat etc. The highlight was the broth. A tad sweeter and more flavorful than all I have tasted. One of tbe best on broth flavor. Wife liked her pork chops and daughter liked her rare steak pho. Price/value was mid. Weird thing was a delivery app guy arguing for 10 plus minutes with the staff. We sped it up to avoid any violence. Overall, this place was just ok other than their broth flavor.

This is one of my favorite places to eat Pho as far as flavor goes. The broth tastes delicate and authentic but the service was lax. Located on spring mountain, it is convenient to get to since it is right off the freeway.

The broth in their soups is so full of flavor! First time having udon noodles in this kind of broth and it was yummy!! [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's usually quiet with background music when we eat here and hardly ever busy.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

[[HIGHLIGHT]]The food is good it's clean[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] although I don't wanna sound rude because the lady who gives the service of taking orders ,payments and makes and serves the food was being slow she served our food and then after she never came back out we wanted a water refill but she just wouldn't come out, other costumers walked in and she was just nowhere to be seen, I'll like to say they were just sitting there for around 30 minutes. Otherwise this place is really good I would come again excluding that incident.

We really enjoyed our…read morevisit to the W Flamingo location last year; this one on Maryland was closer to our hotel for the night. We dropped in for a late dinner at 8PM, driving there directly from Zion National Park after hiking Angel's Landing. It was still surprisingly busy inside and we even had to wait a bit for a table! The waitress first brought over some cucumber lemon water, then took our order. The food only took about 10 minutes to arrive. Spicy Beef Noodle, Knife Shaved ($15.97) - Whew that broth. It's like cough city on the first sip, that chili and sichuan peppercorn mixture really gets into the throat. It then transitions into a robustly beefy, salty, and even slightly sweet flavor. It's so beefy it's almost gamey in taste. The heat is actually very balanced, although after sipping on it throughout the meal, I started getting pretty sweaty even with the AC on blast in the building. The beef is great. it's fatty and has connective silverskin still attached; it's like the best part of the tendinous shank. Other than that there's the perfectly cooked, bouncy knife shaved noodles, and a couple of leaves of crunchy blanched bok choy. (5/5) Beef Pancake ($9.75) - I thought these would be dry like shao bing (I have never had 餡餅 before) but construction took us totally by surprised. The beef pancakes are almost like a flatter, beef version of sheng jian bao, complete with juicy beef aspic. The wrapper is chewy and thinner than a typical SJB, but works well here; it's not thin enough to cause holes that leak juice out. The meatball inside is beefy and flavorful, albeit not as tender as a typical pork meatball. The taste of both the juice and beef are very allium forward and full of umami. (5/5) Dan Dan Noodle, Hand Pulled Noodle ($13.97) - The topping is a cold meat and preserved veggie mixture, minced finely until very tender and soft. It's combined with plenty of sesame paste and peanuts, giving an overwhelming nuttiness. The noodles, in this case the hand pulled one, work exceptionally well, being perfectly cooked and staying the same bouncy consistency throughout the meal. My experience with the hand pulled noodles in broth at the other Shang location was that the noodles got too soft only ten or fifteen minutes sitting in the broth. I would definitely get hand pulled only with dry dishes. On the bottom of this dish is a really spicy sauce, both in heat and mala numbness. It's very fragrant and lemony even through there's not much red color. The dish as a whole is far more spicy overall than the Spicy Beef Noodle. (5/5) The portions Shang Artisan Noodle serves are huge. We hiked Angels Landing before eating dinner here and we were only able to finish about half our meal. Shang Artisan Noodle serves some really great noodle dishes. There's a reason we keep coming back for more! Bathrooms - Two individual rooms, one for women, one for men

I ordered the spicy beef soup with hand pulled noodles, spicy wontons, and my daughter had the wonton soup. The star of the show for me was the spicy beef noodles. The texture of the noodles was delicious and it had a great bite to it, and I love the amount of food I got in my serving, especially the amount of bok choy The service and environment were great, very clean and they checked up throughout the entire experience. I gave it a 4/5 because although the food was great, I've had better spicy wontons elsewhere but I would definitely come back to eat the spicy noodles again.

Spicy hand pulled noodle soup 5/5 - Incredibly warm, flavorful, and delicious. The noodles were perfectly chewy and the broth was packed with flavor. Generous cuts of beef as well. It is located in a strip mall with an abundance of convenient parking. Inside, they had nice tables and bench seating and also had a couple of nice sized round tables with lazy Susans for larger families. We arrived around 7:30-ish and it was quiet with one or two other parties dining. Their take-out business appeared to be robust, which was a good sign that they must be doing something right with their offerings. Menu is pretty standard fair. Noodles in broth with beef shank, various dumplings, rice plates and dry noodle dishes. We started with the deep fried spring rolls which were tasty. The wrapping was very thin and delicate and had a nice crunch for each bite. There are six in an order, which is a great value. Wife ordered the Lucky Beef Noodle which has a mildly spicy broth. She asked for half the normal amount of noodles, as she feels that the noodles end up soaking up a lot of broth. I ordered the Beef Soup with Dumplings, which is basically what my wife ordered without the noodles. I wanted noodles added, so they were gracious and added the noodles my wife did not want to my order. The broth was flavorful and mild, not much of a kick. But the pork and cabbage dumplings included in my order were out of this world delicious and paired perfectly with the beef and its broth. I highly recommend this specific dish! If you are in search for Taiwanese food, give them a shot. Good quality, fresh food that is nicely flavored!

Our waitress and waiter were both very nice. Service is great here. I have no complaints regarding that! I started by ordering their Hot Tea Pot in the Genmaicha Tea, which is refillable ($3). The tea was good. I must've had it refilled about three times. The husband got the Asahi draft. For the food orders, we started with the cholegi salad, takoyaki, and chicken karaage. While the cholegi salad was good, I'd have to say I've had better chicken karaage elsewhere. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to skip the chicken karaage next time. It was lacking in flavor so I asked for table salt to sprinkle on top of it. For the main dish, our party ordered beef sukiyaki udon, tendon, tuna and avocado poke don, nabeyaki udon, and kake udon. Everyone enjoyed their entrees. For dessert, we got everything that was on the menu so that we could sample them. I particularly enjoyed their matcha pudding in that it was more than what the picture showed. There were layers of azuki beans and black sugar syrup underneath the green pudding. This one was my favorite! The sweet potato ice cream was the party's favorite. Overall, I really like the vibe of this restaurant. I'll be back again to try other things on the menu that I didn't get to try this time.
