Friendly, great food, it's clean. No complaints. I'm a regular at this place and love coming here. I use to reside on the other side of town and had a pho place to go to but since I moved I found pho abc and they've have been my to go and I love it.

Nothing beats having a bowl of pho during the cold weather. Waiter was very quick in taking the order despite the place having a little lunch rush. Pho is already prepared in advance so it did not take long to come out. Broth was very flavorful without any additional sauces. Would come back again if I am in the area.

Look at the size of the sandwich! Best $7.25 I've spent in a long time. Slightly crunchy bread filled with a bbq chicken, mayo, cucumbers, veggies. It's rare to find a meal for under $10 that I couldn't even finish! I saved half for dinner and it was still plenty. I got my sandwich to go and ordered online through the website so it was hot and ready when I arrived. I was worried the chicken would be fatty, but it wasn't.. perfectly cooked and I really enjoyed it

Came her with fam. It's in a little unassuming strip mall, but don't let the location fool you. Went for lunch and was seated right away. Ordered some egg rolls to start off with. These came out piping hot. Nice crunch and a hefty filling to them. I opted for the rice plate which came with rice, grilled pork chop, shredded pork, grilled shrimp and a shrimp cake. Lots of food and lots of flavor on one plate. Solid spot for Vietnamese food.

Spot is cool and been around for years. -located deep in the heart of Folsom. Was only option to satisfy pho cravings in that hood. -pho: hit the spot, nothing amazing nor mesmerizing. The noodles and meat were cooked right. Broth was hot and beefy. It's a spot I'll hit up again whenever craving pho working in the neighborhood. -cafe su da: can't go wrong w/ Vietnam and Noods....

January 14, 2025: I ordered Seafood Chow Mein, Duck Pho, and hot tea. The Seafood Chow Mein totally rocked--it was so hot, the seafood was tender, and fresh while Duck Pho's broth warmed my cold--the duck was so tender and juicy, the Pho jettisoned me into the ionosphere! Yup~I must scream at the top of my lungs while standing on an apple box proclaiming, "THE ENTIRE ORDER WAS THAT DELICIOUS, INDEED!!!!" Anyway . . . Like Ahnold Scwharzenegger promises, "Ahll beeee baaaaack!"

This is a nice clean restaurant with good food. I came here because I was craving pho and wasn't disappointed. The spring rolls were tasty with the peanut sauce. Sometimes peanut sauces can be too sweet but this one was just right. They have a big menu and the staff were nice and friendly. It got busy pretty quick while I was there but the restaurant is spacious and people were seated quickly.

Fixings for BBH & beef stew (egg noodle) + Thai tea w/ boba
    Loren P.

We were in Folsom running some errands and I wanted Vietnamese food. I have been on a bun bo hue streak lately and saw that Pho ABC had pretty good reviews in general, especially for their price point. I also read that their BBH was spicy, and was excited to try it. It was busy for a Monday, but that made sense given the holidays. We were quickly seated. My husband went with beef stew egg noodle soup, and I went with the BBH and a Thai tea w/ boba. My drink was first to arrive and I was happy to note that it did not come pre-mixed w/ the milk. I enjoy stirring my own Thai tea. It had a good strength to it and the boba was perfectly chewy. I had a sip of the beef stew broth and it was delicious. My husband was happy to report that the meat was tender and there were plenty of carrots and other veggies. The whole dish was cohesive and one of the better beef stew noodle soups we've had. My BBH was indeed spicy!! It was the spiciest BBH I've had tbh and I did not have to add any additional chili oil or sate. I was pleasantly surprised to find that my plate of fixings came with shrimp paste. Usually I have to ask for it since not everyone can deal with the funk. I got plenty of meat, which was all super tender! I did not get a pork knuckle but for $14 it was fine (I usually pay $16+ for BBH, and that comes with the knuckle). The broth was rich and piping hot, and hit all the notes that I expect when I have BBH. Unfortunately, the noodles were overcooked. I was a little disappointed about this because everything else about my bowl was great. I also noticed that everyone's orders were coming out extremely quickly. Pho ABC seemed pretty efficiently run, and service was fine and fast. The pho looked really good too. I would definitely return to Pho ABC to try their pho and other dishes! In this economy, nothing beats a steaming, comforting bowl of noodle soup under $15!

One of the best pho places I've ever been to. The service is fast and always ahead of your requests. The food is cheap but certainly didnt taste like so and it never fails to come out in less than ten minutes. The Thai Tea was only $3.95, yet it was delicious with a perfect balance of tea and milk, not too sweet as well. I would've honestly ordered another one if I wasn't on a diet. The spring rolls tasted fresh and were perfect in portions as an appetizer. The peanut sauce was a great compliment to the roll and they served a great amount for what's on the plate. However, the pho was the real star. An XL Bowl for just $14.95 and packed with meat, noodles, and one of the most tastiest pho broths i've ever had. I could honestly just drink the soup and be happy. My only complaint is the noodles being a bit firm, but it's not something that ruined my entire experience. Pho ABC is perfect for a quick and cheap lunch, but worth your while for something tasty on the road. My favorite pho spot to go to honestly

Been living in Folsom for almost a year and we finally were able to try this place! We got Togo instead of sit in for now. The space is bright and open, the cashier was friendly and quick to check out my order. The food was delicious! And very authentic and the vegetables were fresh with the vignette sauce. My first time trying really authentic Vietnamese food and it's by far did not disappoint!!! Coming here again!!

Ordered 2 ramens and a beer, but the beer was never brought out; notified the waiter/manager about it and he took it off the check which was great. He also offered us and other tables a small sampler plate of the chicken katsu which was delicious. The thing that ticked me was when our ramens came out, we tried the broth and it was nice, but my bf shortly noticed we didn't have any eggs. Took quite a while for staff to notice us for us to call them over. Once we told the waiter (not the guy that brought tables the katsus) he asked us which ramens we ordered to see if they come with eggs, *All of them come with eggs except for kids ramen* and then he asked if we were sure it wasn't there and if it wasn't just buried under our ramen. We were looking at him with our ramen bowls still full to the top shuffling around our noodles to prove to him there's no eggs. Like i get mistakes happen, I wasn't upset about the beer, the no water refills, or the egg missing; it was just the way that waiter questioned us about it that made the meal sour. The food was good, but that interaction with that staff made us realize we could just go to one of the other fukumi restaurants bc the only difference to us was the service. *I even took a photo of the ramen before we realized the eggs were missing

Service was ok. Remodeled to a modern ambience which I thought was simple and nice compared to other pho establishments. We started with Goi Nem Nuong (grilled pork spring rolls) - this was actually really good and served warm. We also grabbed the salt and pepper calamari. Batter was crispy, calamari was chewy but was a tad oily. Flavor was there. Pho N Roll noodles came up short. We order (2) special Pho (Dac Biet) and BBH in large size. Ordered a small Pho Tai Gan for our little one. While there was ample noodles and broth in portions, the flavor was lacking. Pho and BBH were both on the bland side. BBH was not spicy or savory. Most noodle options have 4 sizes (XS, S, L and XL) however the specials only have 3 leaving out XS which makes sense. Conveniently located with ample parking as it shares a center with ranch 99, Starbucks, etc. They have a really large menu! While we may not have loved the pho, there are so many other rice dishes to try! Until next time.

"Sounds good," I heard so across the parking lot was WCSD. In we go. Ordered two 6" BLT, no chips, cookies, or drinks, had water. Over $25.00. After waiting a fair amount of time, the order was ready (there was nobody in the place except three employees.) I brought the pie tins that they serve on to our table. They looked a little flat....odd. After I was seated, I lifted the top off of the sandwich, and where is the tomato? The sandwich was cut in half, so I looked at the other side, it looked the same. Upon further inspection there was ONE 2" diameter slice of tomato on each half of sandwich, approximately 1/8" thick. No kidding. The bacon was some very flat pre made stuff that was resembling aluminum foil in thickness. The lettuce was shreadded into long stripe and was wilty. I went back into the empty store and showed the sandwich maker my open sandwich and asked where the tomato was. She graciously stuck her lingers and thumb into my open sandwich, lifted the bacon and lettuce and proudly said "There it is!" (She did have gloves on. God only knows what she had handled with them on) A supervisor came up and asked what the problem was. I explained that there were no tomatoes on my sandwich. He explained that was how they make them. He offered additional tomato slices, I did not take them. The point is-That was the standard that they serve. It was just ridiculous. Not coming back.

He also asked for a black Vietnamese coffee but was told they only had the creamy version. That was fine. Food arrives and wow. Was this pho made with warm tap water? Zero aroma. Zero depth. Zero soul. The pho had no fragrance whatsoever, and the bun bo hue somehow managed to be just as flavorless, which is honestly impressive. The Vietnamese coffee tasted like it came straight from a powdered packet mixed with a sugar factory. Definitely not authentic, unless authentic now means dessert in a cup.
