ABC Pho in Folsom is our go to spot for pho. My kids share a large #1 and we also get the grilled pork and shrimp over vermicelli (as they love having the grilled proteins along with their pho). The spring rolls and bun bo hue are also a must. The service is fast and attentive as we've become regulars and recognized by staff. read more

I get a small pho with wontons and shrimp and pork spring rolls, always good never a complaint. The broth tastes homemade and authentic, the produce is always fresh, the meat tastes of good quality. I'm not gonna say they are high-end or anything but most ethnic Vietnamese restaurants don't focus on fancy decor, they focus on food quality. I have been a few times, never a complaint. There are a few different options to choose from on this stretch of road in Folsom but it's definitely worth a stop in. They always seem to be pretty busy, which to me is a decent indicator that it's probably quality food. read more

The food was delicious. I had bun bo hue (#17) and it was a good amount of spice (meaning spicy) for me.. lol. My family also go their pho and some eggrolls. They liked their food options too. We went during the last hour, but I personally felt rushed out (understandable) but I just wished it didn't feel that way. Regardless of the timing I will ne coming back. read more

So while everyone came here for Pho. I came here to be treated with Great Service, and other tasty dishes. Yes, this place also serve a la carte family style dishes. Tonight I didn't want to drive far to Sacramento so I just wanted to decent Vietnamese/Chinese dishes. This Pho spot is convenient and serves a diversity of dishes. We ordered Yan Chow Fried Rice, Salt n Pepper Tofu, Salt n Pepper spare ribs, eggrolls and crispy fried noodles. Everything came out Delish! Only complain my daughter has was the crispy noodles that they used was the fat one and she preferred the skinny fried noodles. Other than that our dishes were tasty and we had so much leftovers to take home for tomorrow. Everything cost about $69! Not bad for all these large dishes. The waiters are Super nice here. Perfect spot for a quick lunch! I usually order through the Yelp app which is the easiest for me. You can pick your dish and will also have a history of what you ordered before.. including your side notes or special instructions. But beware: When you order through the app it does not always update. It will take your payment but your order is usually ready sooner than what the app says. I learned from the first time I put in my order through the app. Otherwise it's feed you would expect from a pho place. Great portions, good taste, and fast reliable food! I love their rice plates because you get a lot of little sides that go along with it for a good price. I also like their avocado boba! Has great avocado taste and the boba is soft :) read more

Went here for lunch. My first time here so I ordered the combination beef pho. I got a small one and I had leftovers which made me happy. Two lunches for the price of one. The flavors were delicious, the workers were friendly and very efficient. I will be back to try other items on the menu. read more

I'm normally skeptical of chains but ever since moving from the Bay Area, I long for Pho Hoa. Pho ABC comes as a pretty close second. It's very affordable and they have several choices to choose from as well as different boba drinks. The drink prices are higher, but if you're craving boba with your pho, it does the job. Highly recommend the Bun Bo Hue. read more

I am an avid pho lover and always on the hunt for a good spot. I was shopping at Trader Joe's nearby and was craving some good pho. I saw Pho ABC on Yelp and they had the convenience of placing your order online. I order a large #12 (pho tai) with extra noodles. I had a hard time driving home with my takeout because it smelled so good. I thought the broth was really good. I felt they could have given more meat, but it was still a good amount. I really wish they gave more onions, cilantro, and green onions. I'm a sucker for some fresh herbs. But overall I was pleasantly surprised. This will probably be my new go to pho spot! read more

I have been going here a while. I probably have ordered their shrimp spring rolls the most and they are a solid thing to order. Charbroiled things are best, I have not been impressed with the Chinese options and they have always been below average. About 25% of the time I get mushy rice, which is surprising since their rice should be on point. I always order online and tip. Recently I gave a 20% tip for my pickup and they wanted to charge me 50 cents for sweet and sour sauce, now my tips will be 15% unless I sit down. Oh and you have to ask for a fork on to go orders, you're welcome. read more

I really wanted to like this place. Being Vietnamese myself I was drawn in by their extensive, authentic menu, and in Vietnamese! I had the Che ba mau (three colored drink desert), the yellow bean puree was lumpy, hard and tasteless, the red tapioca balls, though had a nice crunch were stuck together in a big tapioca blob instead free floating like boba balls, and the coconut milk, if there was any, seemed diluted with milk. When made well the tastes meld beautifully and the texture rich and creamy. The main dish, grilled pork and shrimp with vermicelli and salad was basic. It's hard to get the dish wrong, but the neon colored shrimp was, odd. Vermicelli noodles were day old -refrigerated and brought to room temperature. It may be these two dishes are not their strong points, but they are basic staples that definitely attest to the lack of culinary skills, or they just really don't care. Needless to say, I will not be back. read more

The food here is absolutely amazing. I have been consistently coming here since 2012. I give it a 5 star because the food deserves a five star NOT THE EMPLOYEES. The service is ZERO! The employee you see in the picture is simply the rudest individual that I have ever encountered in my entire lifetime. he goes out of his way to call you names, shame you, and refuses services if he doesn't like you. This is the local hang out spot for all. The broth is so delicious and healthy, and the meat is so lean and tender. Don't get me going on the coffee, which can come iced for the summer. Who doesn't love pho on a beautiful sunny day? I was feeling a little under the weather so I stopped in to have some natural medicine. I ordered the shrimp spring rolls and the pho beef combination. The food was okay.. The meat could have been fresher but overall it worked for me. It just needs a little more love. Something I did notice was that if you add shrimp into the pho, it will be $1.50 each, to me that's insane. Oh well... the staff was amazing! Very attentive and friendly. We are regulars here! This place is all about FRESH ingredients, and GOOD MEAT. It's whatever they marinate their meat in that makes it so good, and they're so consistent with the juiciness and tenderness of their meat. Their sauces are good too, I always recommend using the sauce if a dish comes with it. The staff knows us, they can be curt sometimes (don't interpret this wrong), but service is always fast. Now if you really look at their menu, you'll start to see how lots of the dishes have base ingredient similarities (i.e. rice, noodles, fresh veggies, crushed peanuts, fish sauce, meat). Most noodle options have 4 sizes (XS, S, L and XL) however the specials only have 3 leaving out XS which makes sense. Conveniently located with ample parking as it shares a center with ranch 99, Starbucks, etc. They have a really large menu! "Sounds good," I heard so across the parking lot was WCSD. In we go. Ordered two 6" BLT, no chips, cookies, or drinks, had water. Over $25.00. After waiting a fair amount of time, the order was ready (there was nobody in the place except three employees.) I brought the pie tins that they serve on to our table. They looked a little flat....odd. After I was seated, I lifted the top off of the sandwich, and where is the tomato? The sandwich was cut in half, so I looked at the other side, it looked the same. Upon further inspection there was ONE 2" diameter slice of tomato on each half of sandwich, approximately 1/8" thick. No kidding. The bacon was some very flat pre made stuff that was resembling aluminum foil in thickness. The lettuce was shreadded into long stripe and was wilty. I went back into the empty store and showed the sandwich maker my open sandwich and asked where the tomato was. She graciously stuck her lingers and thumb into my open sandwich, lifted the bacon and lettuce and proudly said "There it is!" (She did have gloves on. God only knows what she had handled with them on) A supervisor came up and asked what the problem was. I explained that there were no tomatoes on my sandwich. He explained that was how they make them. He offered additional tomato slices, I did not take them. The point is-That was the standard that they serve. It was just ridiculous. Not coming back.

We ordered the 18 wings Yang Nyum chicken, and every single piece was packed with flavor. The sauce had that perfect sticky, sweet, and spicy combo, and the chicken itself stayed super juicy. We also tried the japchae, which came loaded with beef, veggies, and egg plus a very generous amount of noodles. It was one of those dishes where you can tell they don't hold back on ingredients or portion size. They also had a BOGO deal on their fried mandoo, and those dumplings ended up being such a good surprise. Crispy on the outside, tender inside, and the dipping sauce really pulled everything together. The total came out to around $79 with tax for all three items, which is a little on the pricier side, but honestly felt worth it considering the quality and portions. Overall, I'd definitely recommend giving this place a try!

I was thinking ramen, but Dad wanted pho, and conveniently there was a pho place in the same shopping center as the DMV. What could go wrong? We walked in to an empty restaurant, red flag number one, but we were seated right away. I ordered the bun bo hue. Dad ordered the pho beef ribs. He also asked for a black Vietnamese coffee but was told they only had the creamy version. That was fine. Food arrives and wow. Was this pho made with warm tap water? Zero aroma. Zero depth. Zero soul. The pho had no fragrance whatsoever, and the bun bo hue somehow managed to be just as flavorless, which is honestly impressive. The Vietnamese coffee tasted like it came straight from a powdered packet mixed with a sugar factory. Definitely not authentic, unless authentic now means dessert in a cup. I do not even know what else to say except I want the calories I wasted back. And no, we did not finish the food. Phoever? Yeah, phoever regret.

Their garlic noodle and stir fry rib eye is also an amazing combination. This is where I'll go for some nicer nights, but it's a jacks urban service, you order first and self serve yourself the utensils and etc. Cocktails are always on my point, I like their miss saigon it's not too sweet.
