    Vermicelli salad with grilled shrimp
    mich l.

Went there Friday night for dinner I'm so glad they're back from their vacation and they're open again. I missed their food and of course because it was Friday I ordered vermicelli salad with grilled shrimp and it was delicious. The cooked their vermicelli right, not too soggy and not too salty, I think it was unflavored so you can use the house fish sauce provided. Service was always excellent since we were patrons and they knew us Mo always talk to us how everything is and how their their vacation went. It's a casual restaurant and they get local and tourists alike for customers. Make sure to check their website before going to the restaurant. Plenty of parking space!!

Came here on a wintry Friday night and the restaurant was literally empty of customers, so we got seated instantly. We were told by the waitress that they use online ordering and paying so despite the restaurant being completely void of other patrons, my party had to take several minutes to type in our credit card payment information and contact information on our phones just to place a simple order for a bowl of pho. I would say that was my biggest gripe about the meal. The pho itself was above average in my opinion! Would not hesitate to come back. Portion is very generous for about $17-$18. I wish their meat options were more extensive like at other pho restaurants. Here, you're limited to only choices of rare steak, brisket, tendon, chicken, and meatballs. They also have their specialty oxtail pho. I love tripe in my pho so was disappointed to see it wasn't offered here. They give a very generous amount of garnishes on the side. They have hoisin, sriracha, and sambal on the table. We had to ask for black pepper. Overall not my favorite pho in Vegas but it's good enough to come back!

Most authentic Vietnamese soup in vegas for a dude who been to Vietnam. Love the bone hock found in their bowl. Rich flavor in their pho. Red and white cabbage for soup adds another layer of crunch in the soup while adding fiber. Not found in any other pho place I know. Family owned hole in the wall.

Still the best pho and definitely the best nem nuong. The nem nuong would be my last meal on earth. Mo is ALSO still the best! Good conversations with good people! Always excellent service and always plays the best music!

We got take out to take back to work by ordering in restaurant. It was a pretty easy experience and the person helping us was very helpful with the menu. The place looked a little bit older and was a bit dark with the paint and window availability but it was clean and didn't smell weird. The front is a bit cluttered with some to-go locker thing but it wasn't too big of a detriment. While we waited, they gave us updates of when things would be ready, offered us water and gave us a sample of the fresh pressed sugar cane. They also seemed to give a lot of attention to the people dining in on the other side of the wall, so with my experience, I'd say the service here was pretty good. The to-go items were packed really well. My co-workers and boss loved the chicken pho they got. My boss is a pho aficionado, and said the broth was excellent. I got a bun bowl and I thought it was excellent. There were plenty of noodles and veggies, all fresh and delicious. The grilled chicken had great flavor and was moist and tender. The nuoc cham had great flavor as well. My bun bowl also came with a spring roll that was very good as well. I also highly recommend their drinks. I ordered a pineapple, peach, mango black tea special and it was perfect. Just the right amount of sweetness and perfect additions of the basil seeds and longan bits (and fresh pineapple!) This place was so good, I'm hoping we order from it again, instead of the fast food/casino food we have in our immediate area.

When you look at the menu and its in vietnamese, you know the food is gonna be The portions are larger than normal so get ready to take some extra food home The service is great, but its a little different than what you're going to be use to And the ambiance is very quiet. Easy to come here after gambling and just chill and eat great

    Smoked Oxtail Pho, absolutely incredible
    Shawn H.

The best Pho in town, but what truly separates them from the rest....the smoked oxtail pho! It is incredibly tender, literally falling off the bone in my video. Lots of smoke flavor, in a rich oily broth. Little splash of lime is all you need. Yes, the broth is different than the Pho Tai and similar, so you'll need to spend the extra bucks for the tails, but you'll thank me later ;)

The food here is excellent. The server was kind. It's different though. No menus and you order of your phone. 4 1/2 stars if they go back to traditional paper menu.

Food: salad noodle bowl with grilled chicken and egg roll. We have been coming here for years. The food is so fresh and special. What makes this place a standout is the extra touches that make it next level. The umami flavors and textures (love the leaves that taste like ume plum), along with the most tender chicken and freshest of ingredients. It is clear there is love and care in each of these dishes from the owner. Service: use your phone to scan the code on your phone and pre-pay on your phone. A robot will bring you your food. When people come in from out of town, we take them here and they are always impressed and the quality and flavor.

Pho Bosa is a hidden gem. First off I don't really crave com tam but I've decided to venture out of my comfort zone. I ordered the rice plate with short ribs, the pork and egg loaf, egg roll, and it was SO GOOD. I've been converted. I came another time and gave the pho a try after hearing some friends mention how good it was when they came to visit and I'm so glad I did because so far out of the handful of pho places I've tried in China town, pho bosa has been the BEST in terms of flavor.

Are they still closed? I'm super sorry for your loss. Thank you for the information.

Sorry yes. We had a death in family. We will be back open soon.

Why do they have a voicemail from 5/14/21 saying they are closed and to call back for an update? I called today and still have the same message.

    I think they closed forever

The Banh Khot?? PHENOMENAL. Every bite was out here minding its business and then BOOM--flavor explosion. Zero misses. And the Banh It Ram... yeah, that's the one that folded me. On top of that, the A/C was blowing hot air, and the chairs are still hard and uncomfortable. One of the biggest problems with restaurants in Las Vegas is consistency. A place can start out great, get people coming back, and then slowly let the quality slip. There seems to be very little effort to maintain the same standard once a restaurant becomes established. I'm being honest because it needs to be said: good restaurants shouldn't become comfortable or complacent. If you're charging premium prices, the food, service, and overall experience should consistently justify what customers are paying.

It's one of those longtime neighborhood spots that's built a loyal following over the years. The menu focuses on traditional dishes, everything is well prepared and authentic. Flavor-wise it's good, though not the best Vietnamese food I've had, especially compared to what you'd find in SoCal. The last time I was here I got the bun rieu and it was ok, not my favorite version of the dish. I'd stick to the pho which feels like a safer choice here and more in line with what they do best. The space itself is spacious and casual. Back in the day, I would have considered this a solid 'cheap eats' option, but that's no longer the case. Like everywhere else in Vegas, prices feel high for what you get. That said, service was good, the staff was efficient, and the food came out quickly. Overall, it's a reliable choice for quality Vietnamese food that I'll keep in my rotation.
