I ordered through DoorDash instead of dining in, and the food still arrived in amazing quality. The tender short ribs were flavorful, juicy, and very tender. Everything tasted fresh and well made. Pho Lab is now my number one spot for pho. I really hope they open a location closer to Garden Grove and Westminster because they deserve even more attention. Make sure to add lots of fresh basil for a flavor boost. And we also got the house garlic prawns which comes with either steam rice or garlic noodles as well as steamed brocoli. Everything is delicious. The Pho noodle soup is a must. It is available with different meats and broths with option of thick or thin rice noodles. In my opinion, It is the best.
