This used to be my favorite spot to eat pho at. Every night we would always come here and it would be packed. Recently, I came back and when they brought me my pho it only had 2-3 pieces of meat and the majority was just broth, I brought it to their attention and they told me it's a new rule they have.. Not the best quality pho I've eaten, but good for late-night food cravings and when you've been pregaming earlier evening and drinking while clubbing. As someone who's in the food and beverage industry, I try to be understanding when something like this happens. However... when I brought it up to the cashier, she just stared at me and simply asked "Okay so do you want a discount? Do you want another one to-go?" The lack of hospitality and apology appalled me and my co-worker. It seems like staff training, food safety, general cleanliness of the store doesn't really exist here. RIP Pho Daily... what happened to this place? This used to be THE spot for pho at any time of day, since it's a 24/7 spot. I went today with my boyfriend and ordered their Pho Combo and Vermicelli with Garlic Tofu. Usually I enjoy the food so much here, but we were literally SURROUNDED by so many fruit flies that it was impossible to eat without being disgusted by all the flies. It was disgusting and I couldn't even finish my food, because I kept swatting at the flies around. The management SERIOUSLY needs to get this place cleaned up and get rid of the cheesy smell that was permeating the air outside around the kitchen. My boyfriend found a hair in his garlic tofu. :( As you can imagine, I asked for the check and a to go box stat! LOL I would suggest you either get the food to go from here or go somewhere else entirely. read more

I love PhoDaily. I've been coming here for YEARS and the food always tastes amazing and makes me feel nice and warm inside. The inside reminds me of the mom and pop Vietnamese restaurants I remember going to as a kid with my dad, always a nostalgic feeling. Service is great too, servers quickly take your order and in just a few minutes, your food is already at the table. Everyone I have ever taken here absolutely loves this place. Pho has a tasty flavor, well-seasoned. I camo the day before because I was so impressed with the meal and kind service I received.

The pho here had a flavorful broth, well temped noodles, and decent beef. My soup didn't have enough meat to begin with, I got the mix of all beefs and there was barely any. Veggies were fresh and hot sauces were available and everything else. The service was not even there, a lady just took our order and never came back. We ordered two waters and i never saw her again. I had to ask someone else to have water because the food was getting stuck down my chest. The place is dirty I'm sorry but someone has to say it. The floors were gross and slippery. Underneath my table looks like it hasn't been scrubbed for months. Everything looks dusty, even the fish tank is dirty. So I don't know how the kitchen is and I don't want to imagine. Menus don't even get me started, they were dirty. This place looks more like a dirty home than a restaurant, and all the staff looked miserable. I didn't give them a hard time at all. Ordered takeout this morning. I haven't been this upset and disappointed at a restaurant in awhile. I ordered the vermicelli combo and roasted duck. Halfway into eating the combo, I found a metal stir fried with my beef. Refer to my photo I took on the white napkin. To top it off, the workers forgot the fish sauce container for my vermicelli. Also, the side order of roasted duck looks NOTHING like the photo here on Yelp. It's extra dry and a bunch of bones.
