Giving it a four only because the first time I was there they took a long time to get to us and when they did they forgot our drinks and had told them multiple times... but it was busy which is understandable. Service was very bad and the table next to me left without paying and they tried to charge for me it and wouldn't let me leave till it was paid. We went around 11:00 PM, and the restaurant was crowded. We were seated right away, and our food was served quickly. We ordered the fresh spring rolls and pho, but the spring rolls were dry, and the wrappers were too hard. The pho noodles were clumped together, making it difficult to eat. After finishing the meal, I was really thirsty. The table was also sticky, which was a bit off-putting. Additionally, when I looked at other tables, I saw that the staff was trying to carry a large amount of food at once and ended up spilling some soup. While it's convenient that the place stays open late, it's quite pricy, and I think it would be better to go to a restaurant with better quality food. read more

Going to this restaurant yesterday for my colleague birthday. First, really like the restaurant asmosphere, clean enviroment, friendly staffs overall very nice place. I've been constantly going here, it's always been my go to pho place but today my soup tasted very funky and I told the lady that it tasted weird like sink water instead of her apologizing and offering a different soup or if i wanted to change my order she went off mad literally screaming, maybe cause i used the term "sink water" but it was the only way to describe it and even ask if i was sick which is a crazy question to ask. First and foremost the food is amazing. Me and my girlfriend typically get shrimp pho which is delicious and the portions are great. However there is a big language barrier between the staff and non Spanish speaking customers. Usually there is almost always a mix up due to miscommunication between me and the waiters. I always have to send my food back before I get what I initially asked for. I am a non Spanish speaking customer and the waiters are primarily Spanish speakers. The food is very enjoyable so I hope that the owner takes into consideration that not every customer can understand the staff and fix the issue with the language barrier. Inclusivity is important when running a business but also waiters should be able to understand their customers especially English speakers due to English being the native language in America. read more

This is my go to spot for Pho. I have been coming here for the past 5+ years. Never disappointed. I ordered the Pho with Brisket. They bring a dish with basil and bean sprouts and an assortment of red chili sauce. The broth is rich in flavor. My bowl was a medium, but it is more than enough for one person. They have small medium and large. The service was good and our waitress sat at our table right away. We came here at 5:30 pm and we were the first ones here today. The restaurant got full at6:30pm. Came here super late at night and the wait wasn't bad at all. I do love how spacious it is, inside. And there's a good amount of parking in the plaza outside. When it came to service, they were pretty fast with taking our orders and serving the food. But after that, anything with refills and all that, we're pretty slow and non-existent after. I've never had any big issues every time I've come here but I'm guessing one of the servers were new because he didn't know which order was which when he dropped it off at our table. I've actually gotten takeout here before and it's been okay, i usually get the spring rolls and they have been okay. The bbq beef spring roll is always a hit or miss for some reason. I decided to order that this evening with the pho. I would say the pho is one of the pho places I actually enjoy ordering. The spring rolls are questionable sometimes as this time, the portions were very small. I wasn't disappointed, I was just slightly satisfied with this time around. Friends suggestion of late night pho so we decided to check this place out. It's in a parking lot that's own by several Korean establishments. It says it opens till 4am but that's questionable. Plus we came here because of the Yelp reviews Inside is like any typical pho place. We were seated right away and notice that all the workers including servers does not have a single Vietnamese server. There was this waitress who can only understand Spanish but we will get back more to that. The menu is huge and the first two pages are the history of this family own restaurant. Pho comes in two sizes: regular and large but the hot pot comes in one size with $4 extra. The tables next to us...the regular is very small and the large is not that large. So we went for the hot pot: I got the spicy noodle and my friend the pho combination. We even got grill sausage spring rolls and pork & shrimp rolls and I got the passion fruit fruity drink and friend got the honey dew. Sodas are fountain but it's $1.50 a refill so not worth it. Now the negatives: - grill sausage rolls is not sausage...it tastes like either spam or old fish - pork & shrimp spring rolls is not fresh and it tastes like frozen - peanut sauce is water down so either it was frozen or was leftover from last night - passion fruit fruity drink is not fruity...it tastes weird and iffy - honey dew uses too much syrup and it looks like pennywise - spicy noodle hot pot is their version of bun Bo hue. Noodles is old and sticky. The usuals are replace by brisket, meatballs and little tendon so no blood pork - pho combination has only brisket after it was refire - pho veggies has old bean sprouts, basil is worn down and jalapeños look old That's the bad part. Now the service issue: - we told the waiter it's our first time - it took exactly over 30 minutes for the soup in the hot pot to actually boil. - there was huge table that our server recognize and their plate of veggies looks more fresh than ours. What the heck - The pho combination appears to have all what it claims but after like 10 minutes...the soup was not hot enough to cook the uncook noodles. We try to address this to the waitress but she couldn't understand us. We had to ask our server. After like 10 more minutes, he brought back the hotpot and it was heating up but I notice that they took out everything except for the brisket. No there was no steak, flank, tripe and meatball Overall this place is very disappointing. Everything from appetizers to dinner is disappointing. Was there anything good? No. Nothing at all. All the positive reviews were either from the owners or owners friends. We pay the bill and will not ever come back. Don't recommend this place at all read more

Came here a couple times in the past and the food was decent. Well, not tonight. The spring rolls with pork and shrimp barely had any shrimp in them, the deep fried dish had piece of fish smaller than a filet-o-fish sandwich patty from McDonald's and rice seemed to be days old and harder than the gummys. I also ordered the rare steak pho, and they brought out a bowl with a ton of brisket with barely any steak in it. Service was nonexistent (mind you, I NEVER complained about service at a pho restaurant before so that tells you something). Done with this place. read more

It was late at night around 11am and decided to try out Pho Daily that closes at 4am. The music choice was questionable, it was Mexican pop music with not kid friendly music videos all night. Not sure if it's like that during the day, but not a place for families at night. There's a variety of dish types including rice dishes, pho, garlic noodles, and hot pot pho too. The pho is mediocre and more pricey (~$17 for small pho bowl) I didn't like the broth it was a bit light and tasted bit more bitter than I'm used to. The rice dish is good though. The service was pretty quick and timely. The restaurant was maybe a little over half full with plenty of big party seating. read more

I happened to chance on Pho Daily by accident. I was looking for a place to eat on Friday and since it's still Lent; I need a place that served vegetarian dishes. When I saw the menu of Pho Daily; I noticed they had a section that mentioned 100% Vegan. It's not every day you see Vegan at Vietnamese restaurant and since I was looking for a meatless dish; this place seemed the perfect place to try. From their Vegan menu; I chose to get their V01 Pho with Deep Fried Tofu and Veggies. A small is $8.75 while a large is $9.75. I got a small bowl and it came with tofu, broccoli, carrots, bean sprouts, corn and black mushrooms. It was good variety of veggies but definitely would've loved to see more tofu and even more black mushrooms in it. Flavorwise found the bowl to be ok. Nothing quite extraordinary but it wasn't bad either. I did add a bit of sriracha to give it a bit more flavoring. Overall the visit here; did the trick in terms of getting me a meatless meal and was happy to find some veggie options here. read more

i've been coming here with my family for 2 years and I've always been satisfied with my food and service. today was just unacceptable. My sister ordered orange chicken and it did not taste good. the sauce was bland, lacking flavor. the chicken tasted frozen and very very bland. just plain didn't taste appealing. I do of course understand every culture has their own way of cooking food. But the orange chicken was just not up to par. The owner/manager whatever he was said " well we tasted the chicken, it tastes good. it's you not us " he didn't disclose if it was the same chicken that got taken back. I don't know if it's only me but eating/tasting a plate that a customer has already eaten is disgusting to me. make a small batch and taste it freshly new from there. Terrible Management. Overpriced. Came on a Thursday at 10:45pm. The only Vietnamese place we could find open still. They stay running until 4am! Place was pretty busy considering the time. We were sat right away and ordered off their extensive menu. Ordered a couple Pho Dac Biets, Pho Tai, Grilled pork with Rice, Com Tam Dac Biet, Grilled Pork Spring Rolls, Grilled Sausage Spring Rolls, and Crab Wontons. Everything was tasty, but the spring rolls could have been better IMO. They were mostly all lettuce with slivers of meat. Would definitely come back though!
