Got takeout from this place 2 weeks ago. Very friendly service. Pho tai: Loved the packaging they used for the noodles and beef as it was very convenient. Abundant amount of fresh veggies. Beef was very soft. Got the large size and the noodle portion was much more than what I would have gotten elsewhere. Soup is nice and clear but more on the sweet side. They got a unique interesting dish here - the Pho Sate. It's like pho but with a peanut sate soup base that taste nothing like regular pho. Once in a blue moon it's nice to switch it up from the regular pho. I also ordered the regular pho dac biet, it's not bad, but other places like Pho 79, 86, or Pho Lovers have much tastier, richer beefier broths. This morning I ordered pho Togo as I step in the restaurant the floor was wet n slippery due to the storm so I fell on the floor there no sign of wet floor sad is employees working there don't even ask if I were ok. There a girl as a customer also order pho she did asked me if I'm ok she even told me they should of put the sign. When I got home they gave me wrong order n charged for $19.58 for large order with extra broth, pho broth taste like water no flavors I wouldn't come back this place again horrible service. Check your bill before you leave, otherwise they will take advantage of you. My party had six people and they charged for seven bowls - an extra $7.99 that we did not order and did not receive. Looks like other customers have similar experiences, so be careful because this restaurant is out to deceive you. They also have a $0.25 surcharge per person for fresh pho noodles (banh pho) so the price you see on the menu is not the price you will pay. Cleanliness was also an issue. I saw several ants crawling around my table and the tables and chairs were sticky. Service was basically nonexistent, we had to ask multiple times (and multiple servers) and still got no response. Such a shame, since the food was actually decent. Water is probably tap water though, given the odd taste. read more

Hubby and I were looking for a new place to try out for pho and this one is close to home and have great reviews. We needed to run some errands nearby so it was a perfect spot for us to drop by. I ordered my usual pho tai gan sach while my husband decided to go on the wild side and order their pho satay. The staff were polite, efficient, and the soon brought out 2 boiling bowls of pho for us. That's already an A in my book. The pho noodles here were a bit thinner than other places, so I knew it must be special. Even though thinner, it had a nice chew to it. The tai beef was so nice and tender without hardening up in the broth. Each element of the meat I felt was cooked to perfection. The chef took the time to pull out each cut of meat precisely when it is at its finest. Will definitely be coming back and recommending friends and family to this place! I tried hubby's broth. Pho Hoan Pasteur has been my Go To Place for a good bowl of Pho for the past year. Past couple of visits, however, I noticed marked difference in food quality. They quickly accommodated a party of 10 and served us delicious pho, appetizers, coffee, smoothies, and tea. We were there for almost 3 hours and did not feel rushed or unwelcomed to stay. Their steak is so tender and if you like "discreet" haha tendon, this is the place to go. Our new goto pho place. Please support them during the pandemic! We always get our pho here. The broth is amazing compared to other places very aromatic and tasty - you can tell it's been cooked with real beef bones for awhile. We usually get the Pho filet mignon and Pho Dac biet. The overall portion is awesome for the price. If you are dining in - the noodles are cooked perfectly not overdone and mushy. It has just the right amount of chew. Meat portion is huge. The filet mignon is actually filet mignon unlike other pho places that serve you mystery meat. Their veggie plates are always fresh too. Before the new shut down order they offered dine in , outdoor dining, and take out. Their tables were spaced out and we felt super safe eating there. They also had a dine in special after 5pm where you could order a side of beef bones for free! There's a bunch of meaty deliciousness on the bones that go super well with your pho. Usually you have to pay for this at other restaurants! We have gotten takeout here and the packaging is on point. Plenty of parking and they take credit card which is a plus. read more

My review is based on 4 visits. Restaurant is large and clean looking but seems to cater more to non-vietnamese customers. Their beef pho is acceptable, the broth is on the sweet side with a strong hint of cloves. I love the pho to go packaging here. The cooked and thit tai meat were separated in its own bags on a separate tray on top of the plentiful noodles. was clean and the rich not fatty broth in the container was hot. Even the onions was in its own bag to be added as much as needed. The side veggies was in another bag was fresh and plenty to add into the pho. The condiments packages came in its original bags too. This was a first for me and certainly an odd experience....Something for the staff to help out with in the future. To start off...the food and service were wonderful. Absolutely no complaints about either. The Satay Pho was unique and tasted great. Added some white meat chicken in and I'd definitely order it again. We were seated on the patio (COVID,) roughly 7-7:30pm. Through the course of the 20 minutes we were there, my wife and I were absolutely swarmed by mosquitos. I counted this morning, I have 26 bites on my ankles and torso. I've been to Southeast Asia several times and have never been attacked this badly (an authentic experience, I suppose.) This is something management could resolve easily, a $5 citronella candle on each table would likely solve it. I couldn't take it. Had to pack up early and finish my meal at home. I'd like to go back here again...Maybe just stick to a to-go order...Or cover myself in mosquito repellant first. read more

My wife and I have been intrigued with this culinary joy since our first bowl of Pho, and have eaten alot if it over the past several years, and finding this local spot was a delightful surprise. The restaurant is well appointed, with a beautifully decorated, contemporary dining room. The staff is warm and inviting, the owner even stopped by our table to introduce himself, welcome us and answer all of our questions. The Pho here is unique, as it is a kind of Pho fusion that needs to be experienced, as I simply can not put the delicate yet explosive flavors into words. You simply MUST experience Pho Hoan Pasteur for yourself, you will NOT be disappointed. As for my wife and I, we will be visiting this little gem again and again. We came to check the new place. I was excited for a new pho shop to open close to my house. We went in and was told to sit anywhere on the left. We ordered 2 large pho and some waters. I think it's really neat to have straws at the table already. The bowls came out and they seemed a bit smaller than I've had at other places. But ok, then I had some broth before adding all my fixings and it was ok. But when I was separating my noodles the meat portion was a bit small in my opinion. But it was the usual standard of bowl of pho. What I am concerned about and was bothered by was what I witnessed. I saw an employee drop a soup spoon and pick it up and put it back into the basket the other clean spoons were in, he then proceeded to refill spoons at the tables. read more
