Ordered pho with white meat to go. Got disgusting dark fatty meat spoke to mgr about paying for white meat which cost extra. She did not offer to deduct the extra cost but gave me all sorts of excuses about the staff wages and trying to keep cost down. She did offer initially a 25% discount on my next order. I said that's fine for my next order but just don't charge me extra for something I didn't get. Short version. The pho here is good!! Many of the poor reviews are more service related. Although I haven't had poor service here, It's an Asian restaurant people. Most have terrible service. Don't go to any Asian restaurant expecting exemplary service because you'll be very disappointed. Back to the food. The broth is very flavorful without being too overpowering or salty like most pho places where you leave all bloated and smelling like pho. Price and Portion size is decent. I was sitting at home swiping through DoorDash trying to figure out what I wanted. I live in Cypress and there is literally 0 good pho places. My wife almost convinced me to try this place down the street, but I refused. I'm glad I did. I found this place, which was a little further way, but it was totally worth it. We got the combination pho, the satay pho, and the grilled pork with rice. First of all, getting it to go is nice because they put it in big microwavable containers and separate the soup, noodles, and meat. I always appreciate when they do this for to go places. Next, the portions were actually huge. Big enough where i had leftovers the next day. They actually gave you a good amount of meat, noodles, and soup which I was really happy to see. The combination pho had good broth and the satay pho was really tasty. It had a spicy, nutty, sweet taste with lots of meat. My only gripe with the satay pho was that it needed one more thing in there to give it different texture. It all kind of blends in together. Other than that i had zero complaints. The grilled pork and rice was an okay size, but i think the pho is more worth it. I'm happy i found this place and i would definitely consider coming back here! read more

Was just cruising around and saw this pho spot. I got the #11, it's sort of like the pho dac biet. It was really good. The broth was good, it came out super hot which is very important because by the time you pick all the basil, get your utinsels and all the condiments ready, and all your yelp pictures taken, your pho most likely went warm. For a $8.99 large bowl, the amount of meat I got was good. More basil would have been better. It's a very clean restaurant and the tables were separated for every other to be served at. They all wore masks, had plexiglass cashier border, and hand sanitizer. One thing I noticed about this place was the service. The girl who worked there was exceptional. I overheard her talking to some customers and she talked to the guy, chatting/joking with his little daughter and simply being super friendly. I turned my head for a split second and at that moment, she had asked if there was anything that I needed. I was like...wow, a Vietnamese restaurant that has this kind of service??? Simply awesome, I knew and anyone could tell that she always had a smile on her face even though she was wearing a mask. They're doing a 10% off special right now but I don't think they need to do that. This place has plenty of parking, it's in the shopping center next to dollar tree. We anticipated the meal and before we knew it the bounty was presented to us. The meat was of the highest of quality and the broth looked heavenly. But what about the taste... the first spoon taste is usually a practice to see what spices or condiments are needed. But right after the first sip of the broth it was heaven :: cue Vivaldi-four seasons (the winter) :: it was pure deliciousness. If you have not tried this place- may I ask a question? Amazing pho. Amazing service. Super clean. They are currently open. They give you the Siracha in little containers so you don't have to touch the big bottle after 100s of others have. They bring out a giant beef bone on the house on mon wed and Fridays. Super friendly and nice staff. They gave us extra bones since they knew we were taking the leftover bone for our dogs. This is my new favorite pho restaurant in the area! I love how it's not in the central area where there's traffic and parking is amazing. FYI-- they're by Dollar Tree store, which is kind of across the lot from Panda Express. The price is also amazing. I ALWAYS get the large and it fills me up. Satisfied to say the least. Pho dac biet is my go to choice, but their chicken pho isn't bad too. Pho broth is meh, too bland, no taste, feel like drinking water. The meat selection was good variety. The waiter miss 2 of our order, came out with bun thit nuong, and only bought out 1 pho dac biet.
