    Pho Chin

Pros: Fast, tastes like pho Cons: Overpriced, VERY low portion, better Vietnamese and pho places literally right around the corner. They weren't like this before, I came back a year later thinking the serving was going to normal like any other pho place. No pho place should EVER be doing this.

Came here for some boba tea since it was convenient. Do not come here for boba milk tea. Here's the bad... - Barely taste any syrup - Boba was bland and mushy to the point it got stuck in the straw every sip I took. - milk tea tasted like it was watered down - NO toppings included with price - No a/c I asked the server if boba was included in the milk tea since the picture had boba. She hesitated, then said yes. So I assumed she wouldn't charge me $0.50 for toppings. After looking at my receipt, she charged for the toppings! The boba should at least be included when it's literally called boba tea on the menu otherwise it should be written as milk tea if you need to pay extra.

I come here pretty often, the food is Amazing and the service is fast. Everytime I dine in, it's never full which I like!

Honestly the food was just okay. I liked the gio cuon chay. I would have preferred with bun chay gio had more chay gio since I felt like the ratio was off but it average. It's decent if you live in the area & need some Viet food quickly. I usually give 3 stars for average places but the staff was really rude when I went and seemed very rushed and bothered that we were there despite coming in an hour before & leaving before the restaurant closed so I'm giving it 2 stars.

Superb wings. Pho is delish and best we had on East Coast. Service is awesome. Tables cleaned immediately, and the atmosphere is pleasant. Milk boba tea was just right. We were pleasantly impressed.

Cha gio & thit heo nuong.

Had the Cha gio & thit heo nuong. I was pleasantly surprised, considering the negative reviews. The thinly sliced pork was flavorful with nice grill marks. The egg roll that comes with was very tasty. The vermicelli bowl is full of fresh lettuce, carrots, sprouts, crushed peanut and cukes. What was missing was the fresh herbs that accompany every Vietnamese dish. Some basil and mint would have finished it properly. The nuoc cham could have used a bit more fish sauce to my personal taste. The name cracks me up.

(fair warning they do sprinkle some peanuts on there, look out, if you are allergic)! In case you don't want to read the whole thing: 10/10 pho. The portion is so worth it! The flavor is amazing and so hearty yet refreshing. Also I am 99% sure my food came within minutes of ordering because I did not even get the chance to open my book. The way I rate pho, are two things, one, the noodles, and two, the broth's flavor. Noodles: Because nothing hurts more than a yummy broth with some overcooked noodles that breaks when you try to eat them. Pho Saigon Pearl is doing it right, their noodles are perfectly cooked, you can pick them up and they're not clumpy, they don't fall apart (literally God Bless) Broth: bone broth is soooo good for your overall health and every time when I am feeling slightly under the weather, I look for a good ole pho place for some yummy broth. No one wants flavorless and greasy broth, and it's awkward to ask for salt, but LET ME TELL YOU GIRLLLLLL THE BROTH (fantastic give me 14 of em) it is sooooo perfectly seasoned, it is perfectly salty and gives you that beautiful completed flavor of meat and veggies. The ambiance is nice, lots of lighting, clean interior and spacious set up. Overall: 10/10 would recommend. Literally kisses all around because I already feel better I CANNOT wait to come back again!

Always appreciate the minimalist yet still eloquently-decorated aesthetic of the restaurants, complete with a window to view the kitchen, which itself seemed relatively clean and well-kempt. Ordered the Woodear Mushroom and Mint Salad, and the Mogu Shiitake Mixian Ramen. The mushrooms were light and chewy, yet savory with citric and garlicky elements, and overall very refreshing. The ramen was solid in most respects, with a decent variety of vegetables and multiple proteins, including tofu, shiitakes, soybeans and marinated egg (which I enjoyed despite typically not liking hard-boiled egg too much). The noodles were a little bland, however, and didn't taste like they absorbed much of the broth. Overall, I'd say 4.5 stars are more accurate; YbP Noodle House is a regular haunt for me because the quality is there in most respects.

Before we even walked into the restaurant, we were informed that the left entrance door had been broken for quite some time. Since we had a double baby stroller with us, getting inside was a bit of a challenge and not exactly the best first impression. Overall Ratings Atmosphere - 3/5 Service - 3/5 Food - 3/5 Parking - Street Parking Atmosphere - The restaurant feels a bit old and dated and could probably use some updating. Interestingly, while the dining room definitely shows its age, the ordering system is modern and up to date. The contrast between the two was pretty noticeable. Service - Service was just okay. This is more of a casual setup where customers place their orders at the counter and the staff bring the food out when it's ready. There wasn't really anything memorable, either good or bad, about the service experience. What We Ordered - -Spring Rolls (Good) -Pho Dac Biet (Special Beef Pho) - The flavor was good overall, but the broth was only lukewarm when it arrived. A bowl of pho really needs to be piping hot, so this took away from the experience. -Grilled Pork Rice Plate - The pork was a bit too salty for my taste and was just okay overall. Final Thoughts - This was an average dining experience. The food was decent, the service was adequate, and the atmosphere was nothing particularly special. Nothing stood out enough to make me want to go out of my way to return, but I also wouldn't discourage others from trying it if they're already in the area. There are simply other Vietnamese restaurants nearby that I would be more inclined to visit first.
