I really like their beef laarb. However, my partner and I ate there on 3/25/26 and got food poisoning. We ordered their raw beef laarb and lao sausage. A hidden gem! It's a small, Lao/Hmong spot super close to FAT airport. Everything was made fresh and came out quickly. The fried intestine was so good -- crispy and not chewy at all. It's more of a Lao/Hmong-style Pho rather than traditional Vietnamese, making it a bit too heavily beefy for my personal taste--though the portion size is huge! This place has your fix for Lao, Vietnamese and thai dishes. Everything was delicious and they even have some of the unique dishes like pho made with blood. I wasn't brave enough to try it but their pho was amazing! So much flavor in the broth and everything tasted fresh. They serve you water bottles, if you order any drinks like Thai iced coffee or Thai tea you buy 2 and get the 3rd one free. Looking at the menu their prices can be pretty pricey but it's worth it because the portions are HUGEE! Better to come here to do family style. There was also a very authentic feel to it with the employees going around offering suggestions and such. The food here is hugely portioned so we prob could have just ordered 3 dishes. The boat noodle was delicious!! It came pack full of meat, pork, blood ,and the soup was so well flavored and yummy. The khao Poon red was a 3/10, just not good. The raw larb? A forgettable 4/10, and I didn't even bother taking the leftovers. It's been ages since I've been back to this place cause they been opening and closing the restaurant. It was one of my go to back in the days for the beef salad. Family own and the owner is really nice. I came here for pho on this day and saw that they also make Thai boat and I was excited to try it.i also notice that blood cube comes in it as well so made it even excited to try it. It came out and the broth was good. No salty like others around town. The broth was more on the authentic side which I like. Umm it came out and while it looked like a mix between pho and boat noodles - it wasn't quite what I was expecting. It was pho in a different broth with different toppings in a dark broth. My youngest son ordered Khao Piak. The chicken was tough (fresh chicken) but the noodle texture was good. My oldest ordered the Beef Narm touk- it came out more well done (nothing like the menu pic) vs medium in the pic and we felt it was missing a seasoning - toasted rice maybe. I have had a LOT of pho in my life, especially since there were so many near my college back when I was in school. But truly this is the first place that made me feel so at home. We walked in with a group of 12 (which in my eyes is already just a hassle for workers to deal with) and they were so so patient with us. They got our orders quickly and came out with everything soo fast. They even gave us free eggrolls on the house! Everyone was just so so kind The food itself was absolutely amazing. I'm quite attentive to how much meat and noodles are given (which they were very generous with), as well as the broth (which is not as murky as some other places).
