Whenever I ask my toddler what she wants to eat we come here! We come several times a month. The pho Broth is flavorful and love the pork spring rolls. They're always nice to my daughter and she always get a lolly pop after check out. Their hot sauce they make is also chefs kiss! 2 things I don't love is the eggrolls unfortunately and the ban mi bread wasn't the crunch and chew I look for, but the pork inside was good. Ordered the #98 Big Bone Soup, #24 Cơm Tấm Bì Chả Sườn Nướng, and some chicken wings. Food came out timely and at the right temperature. Wings were very good albeit messy as they were covered in sauce. Soup broth was flavorful and the meat was tender. Rice and pork chop were cooked right (chop was tender and moist) and were flavorful. Food is great, but I'm questioning the cleanliness... I've been coming here since the place opened, and I've always enjoyed the food--it's consistently delicious. However, my most recent visits have made me seriously question the overall cleanliness of the establishment. Every time I go to the restroom, it's more and more disgusting. The smell of urine, stagnant water, and musty air hits you immediately. And the condition of the space? I've attached a few photos that speak for themselves. Over time, it seems like the sanitation standards have really slipped, and it makes me wonder about the hygiene practices elsewhere in the restaurant. I want to continue supporting this spot because the food is still excellent, but the condition of the restrooms is a real concern. I had to update my review because their pho has become my favorite here in Temecula. Very flavorful. I also, love their #53, shrimp paste wrapped in tofu with thin rice noodles & veggies. You basically wrap some shrimp tofu, herbs & noodles in some lettuce & you dip in the fish sauce. I love their bbq pork with the meatloaf too. The pork skin that it comes with is the best I've had because theirs has a delicious smoky flavor to it. Their #86 mini pancakes is so good, love how crispy it is. My husband and I also enjoyed their wings. It's in a yummy fish sauce sweet chili sauce. We do ask for it extra crispy, and it always is. My husband likes their beef fried rice too. It's delicious & they don't skimp on the beef which is great. Their banh mi sandwich is also good, but I wish they offered other versions aside from just bbq meat banh mi. I'm excited to try their banh beo next time since that's not often served in most Vietnamese restaurants. I think the only thing i didn't enjoy here so far is their fried eggrolls, like Kevin M. Mentioned below, it has a mushy texture. I think because of a particular starchy veggie they use inside, probably taro. But my husband likes it. The pho was good, it has flavor , the wings were alright not bad , the egg rolls had flavor but it was a bit too mushy for me ( the egg rolls were like flat looking). The taro smoothie was yummy ! This place was packed on a rainy day when visiting. We were greeted and sat quickly at a booth, ordered pretty promptly and food came out in good time. Ordered: spicy chicken wings, pork spring rolls, 2-#59 vermicelli meals and Pho. All the food was nice and hot and quite delicious! I'm bookmarking this place to return, it was so fresh and flavorful. Restroom: Restrooms were decent, hidden in the back of restaurant. Service: good and quick. Honestly I'm unsure of this place after tonight's visit. This is strictly about the customer service we received. We ordered the 5.99 beef with fries on their appetizer portion of the menu and upon getting our bill it was changed to 9.10... I said to them that their pricing was wrong and to change it to what the menu says. My aunt happened to be sitting at our table and paid for her own tab after we did but after we paid, they tried adding the 9.10 onto my aunts tab without her noticing. Her tab went from $73 to $83. The cashier began to argue with her about having the "beef tips and fries". What kind of customer service is that...all we asked you to do was change the price! Please double check your receipt's!! We were craving pho and we're glad we chose Pho Minh located on Margarita in Temecula. It was our first visit and we were happy we came. The establishment was well-kept and the A/C kept us comfortably cool. The staff was polite and attentive in taking our orders. TLDR; More than just good pho! Give this place a try! This is our go-to spot for pho. Any time it rains or someone in my household has a strenuous day; Pho Minh is usually our pick. We come from the LA area and usually trust a Asian eatery when an uncle and/or auntie is helping serve you lol But it's not just the pho that's good! The beef stew is so good and tender and you can get rice, noodle or baguette. My husband absolutely loves the duck soup! I tend to ask him for a few sips of the broth when he orders this lol My husband and I love their salt and pepper fish too. I don't think they get orders for that too often so I does take a bit of time to prep, but it's worth the wait. Service is good. You just need to be a bit vocal to get someone's attention when they have a full house. The servers are usually young people so they control the music in the restaurant. My husband usually doesn't crave Vietnamese food as he grew up with it but when he does want it this is our favorite pho place in Temecula whether it's to go or dining in. We usually order goi cuon/salt and pepper shrimp but this time I wanted the mini pancakes-it's just become my new favorite! Our usual soups are the pho tai (for my husband) and pho tai gau gan (for myself). To drink, I always get the salty plum soda as it is my favorite and it's a nice little refreshing treat. Everything was good, but my salty plum soda was everything but salty or soda and the pho broth for some reason today was very....anise and sweet. We get it though, sometimes restaurants have off days. Still a good broth though! I always end up taking my pho leftovers home and adding more water and sauces to it when reheating. Broth good, a bit on sweet side and heavy anise spice. Not much meat and plenty of perfectly firm tendon. I would have preferred splitting this dish- way too much for a light/med eater like me.
