    Yummy Bun!

Strangely, I didn't notice this place. Its a small cozy place. Stopped by for a quick lunch and ran into a few friends. The bun was great!

This was my first time here and I really enjoyed it! The Thai tea was my absolute favorite. It was so good and creamy and not too sweet. Additionally, the servers were very friendly and attentive, and the pho was super tasty. I only wish there had been more beef -- the portion of meat was a bit on the lighter side. Overall, I think this is going to become one of my new favorite spots!

I ordered the Bahn Mi #1 and #3. The bread was stale and dry. The meat and was very minimal. For the price I would get a decent sandwich elsewhere. The pork did not taste like anything good and was rubbery.

Nice atmosphere. The soup was a bit salty. But over all it was good. I would definitely come back here to try different items from the menu. They provide fast friendly service.

If you're looking for high-quality meat in your bowl of pho, look no further! This place has the best meat for pho that I've found. We've been eating here since last year, and we've never been disappointed. The quality of the meat is excellent, and the quantity of noodles or vermicelli is generous for the price! I can't speak for the other dishes, as I always stick to their pho.

This spot is like casual casual. It's a sit down, order ur food, and dip kind of restaurant. For one, it's small inside. Second there isn't any music playing so ur kinda just there taking in white noise and think to ur self. U can pay upfront or one of the workers will go to u. So this place isn't ideal if ur looking for something romantic or "fine dining" or fancy kind of vibe. Nothing wrong that. It's like a cute shop or a picnic which I love. Ur just there chilling and eating ur food. The workers are nice and super attentive too. U can tell they mean well and want to make every customer happy which is so heartwarming for me. These dudes are working hard and just trying to earn a living which I respect. Food here tastes good and if u like Pho, u shouldn't be disappointed

I haven't been here for over 4 years so decided to do take out since they have a very small dining area and it's 6 of us. I ordered the Pho brisket and ribeye, pork and egg roll vermicelli, and shrimp spring rolls. Everything was good just not how I remembered it. Maybe it was an off day? Might give them another try?

    Rare steak pho... So delicious.

Unfortunately, it seems like they may have changed ownership or management and the dine-in experience is not quite the same. I came in about 7:30 on a Friday. Their website and Yelp page says they're open until 11PM on Friday, but this is not the case. The waitress rushed me to order and pay immediately at the counter. After I sat down, she was turning people away or making them order to go. They should definitely update their posted hours. The food came out extremely fast and was good, but the noodle portion seemed much smaller than it used to be and the rare steak seemed different. The table next to me commented on this as well. They thought maybe it was brisket instead of rare steak but neither of us wanted to say anything as we felt pretty rushed to finish up before 8 as the waitress kept saying they close at 8. Also, I noticed the windows/glass doors were very dirty and smudged, a small detail, but it just seemed like the attention to detail wasn't there like it used to be. Maybe this experience was a fluke? This has always been my favorite Pho spot in the area, so I'll give it another try.

My husband and I are new to town. After an exhausting day unpacking and cleaning we did not feel like dining in. We drove around trying to find something to eat and take away.We came upon this spot tucked inside a strip mall. Menu has just the right amount of choices though I would have liked some spare ribs! We ordered combination pho and combination banh mi and combination fried rice- all deliciously prepared. My husband enjoyed the fresh flavors and I devoured my sandwich. Tomas, the manager was very kind and helpful taking our order. We checked in for the free caramel flan but they were sold out! Will be back to try some other dishes soon.

    Ross W.

Ribeye pho was really good but the inside is really small and a little hot so we sat at the one table outside right next to the parking lot where there's a decent amount of parking. The food came out pretty quickly and the service was good. The spicy sauce made it pretty hot which I liked!

This is our second visit to PhoPCH. Have to admit, their pho tai was disappointing this time around. The volume was what other places would consider small and their steak was not very good. The beef was precooked and was very tough and thick with lots of fat on it. Usually it's thinly sliced and raw for the broth to cook it. Also they only had three slices of beef. For $14.75 it wasn't worth it. Their service is still good with him always greeting you and asking if there's anything else you'd need. Be aware that the restaurant is very small with limited seats. Not sure if I'd go back again next time. Plenty of pho places to try with better meat.

The pho broth is the best in town. They make it fresh daily and is slow cooked for long hours to offer all the health benefits. Honestly the best authentic Vietnamese bone broth full of flavor.

I was able to grab a table immediately around 11am before the afternoon lunch rush set in. Thank goodness because it got busy really fast. The restaurant itself isn't very big so there aren't many tables. We got garlic fries to start with. Ordered it because other tables all ordered it, must be good. And yes they were very good. Perfectly crispy with a touch of garlic. I didn't love the lychee drink we got. We got the bun bo hue and it was surprisingly very very good. It's got all the staple pieces even the blood cubes. My friend got a shaken beef and she devoured the whole plate lol. Also got a pho and she enjoyed it too. The food is so so good here and I can see why they have a second location. Very authentic and just good affordable Vietnamese food that hits! We left the restaurant and we are standing around outside because one of my friends ordered a sandwich to go. 10 minutes passed and the waiter comes out and asks who dropped a $100. I knew immediately it was me while I was fumbling my around trying to pay the bill. They could've kept it, I'm so impressed with their honesty and integrity.

I just remember working nearby when I was younger and Saigon Dish becoming part of the routine. I came constantly. Sometimes practically every day. This was before the larger setup they have now, when the whole operation felt smaller and you got to know the person behind it pretty quickly. That person is John. And before we get into pho, John deserves his paragraph. He is one of those increasingly rare restaurant owners who makes you genuinely happy to hand him your money. In the early days, before I became the longtime regular who mostly gives him shit, I remember him talking me through ingredients. Why he chose something. What I should order. What was good that day. There was an intentionality behind the food that told you somebody was paying attention. And that's the thing I respect most about this place, he never let it go. The restaurant grew. Life moved on. I stopped working nearby. I got older. I brought coworkers. Then friends. My parents. My sisters. Eventually my wife and kids. And the pho is still good. I should establish that I'm obnoxious about pho. I've eaten a lot of it, from tiny places where nobody particularly cares whether you know they exist to polished restaurants charging you for the privilege of sitting underneath an Edison bulb. There are spectacular bowls all over California. So I'm not going to tell you Saigon Dish serves the single greatest pho ever created by mankind. It doesn't need that kind of BS. What it does incredibly well is balance. The broth is clean. That's the word I always come back to. Clean. Deep enough that you know something happened before it reached your bowl, but it doesn't club you over the head with star anise and herbs. And it isn't the sad, watery approximation of pho you sometimes encounter when you wander too far west and somebody has decided broth should taste like hot water that once met a cow. This tastes like pho. The filet mignon is consistently tender and smooth. The tripe is properly cleaned. The tendon is cooked beautifully, soft and gelatinous without disintegrating, which is where tendon should live. The meatballs are surprisingly good. The well done beef can occasionally lean a little dry for my taste, but that's what the bowl of broth and a little sriracha are for. I've also eaten my way through so much of the menu that reconstructing it would require archaeological work. Egg rolls? Get them. Rice dishes? Yep. Noodles? Yep. Vietnamese coffee? Obviously. Coconut drinks? Go for it. I've brought an absurd number of people here over the years and the remarkable thing is how universally the place works. Pho nerds can find something to obsess over, but you can also bring somebody who barely knows Vietnamese food and they'll be completely comfortable. And then there's the operation itself. This isn't some immaculate Beverly Hills dining room designed by a hospitality group. Thank God. It looks like a South Bay Vietnamese restaurant. Every available corner seems to have acquired a purpose. People are moving everywhere. Tables are turning. Someone needs extra onions. Someone wants another bowl. Someone's asking for sriracha. Somebody's kid needs chopsticks. Water appears before you realize you need it. And somehow it flows. That's harder than it looks. Service here has always felt unusually effortless to me. Not performative. Nobody is giving you a TED Talk about the provenance of the bean sprouts. They just take care of you. Parking occasionally becomes its own little hunger game. Don't panic. Circle around, wait a few minutes, somebody will finish their pho and leave. I've written a lot of reviews and I don't throw five stars around because then five stars stop meaning anything. But how exactly do you rate a restaurant you've voluntarily returned to for close to thirty years? At some point consistency becomes the review. I've watched Saigon Dish grow from the little place I remember into what it is today. I've sent coworkers here. Friends. My parents. My sisters. My own family. I've probably eaten enough of John's pho at this point that some measurable percentage of my body belongs to the restaurant. And I'm still coming back.

It's casual, laid‑back, and nothing over the top, just clean tables, friendly faces, and food that hits exactly where it needs to. My experience with the service here is the kind you appreciate without even thinking about it, warm, quick, and genuinely attentive. No fuss, no attitude, just people who make sure you're taken care of and your meal lands hot and fresh. Pho House leans into what makes a Vietnamese eatery great: flavorful pho broth, fresh herbs, and bowls that feel like comfort in liquid or dry form depending on what you order. The broth has that deep, slow‑simmered richness that tells you they're doing it right. Noodles come soft and silky, and the toppings are fresh enough to brighten every bite. The spring rolls are crisp, fresh, and exactly what you want before diving into a big bowl of pho. And that sauce, the one that perfectly complements the rolls, ties everything together with a sweet‑savory punch that makes you go back for another dip. I went with the house special, and that's the move. Loaded, aromatic, and full of flavor, it's the kind of bowl that feels like a full experience. Every spoonful hits with depth from the broth, brightness from the herbs, and that satisfying mix of textures that make the house special... well, special. Pairing it with the spring rolls was the perfect combo, fresh crunch before the warm comfort. Overall this place is just a tidy, welcoming space where you can sit back, enjoy your food, and not feel rushed. It's the definition of a casual neighborhood pho spot done right. Miguel C.
