This location is bigger than the Garden Grove location. That spot is probably a quarter of the size of this place. So it's roomy. Many seats and good for big groups Service is quick, however I had to ask a few times to get some limes, because I like a lot of limes with my pho. This location doesn't have the Wagyu beef they cook, but they have just about everything else. I'm a rare steak pho gal, and that's what I ordered. The meat was tender, and the soup tasty. Their truffle fries I think is what we got, is delicious. We ordered two of those after finishing the first one. I'd definitely come back to this spot. Pho Redbo is serving up some premium wagyu pho bowls and is definitely one of the best pho bowls you can get in OC and beyond! This spot is located in a plaza with a good amount of parking spots. I stopped by for dinner with the homies and we were seated right away due to having a reservation. Once you walk in, you can already smell the aromatics of pho and know that it is going to be good! Inside, they have a modern and spacious setup with a good amount of seating. For their menu, they have starters, pho, and drinks. I opted for the Pho Combination (Large) and it did not miss! From the first sip of the pho broth to the last bite, the bowl was delicious in all of its glory! Overall, I would highly recommend checking them out if you are looking for some high quality pho. Pretty solid pho. We got the combo which was really the only thing on the menu that feels worth getting. The large is LARGE and we probably could've gone with the smaller size. It wasn't the quickest to come out but in the end we enjoyed the flavoring of the broth, especially after adding the toppings and spiciness to it available on the table. Once we got the pho, the service went a little downhill, which was a bummer. We essentially never got a refill of water, even after asking for it, and they weren't so interested in us once we got our food. My family and I wanted to try a new pho place since we were in the area, and we have heard about this chain before. We ordered three bowls of pho and some Waygu sliders. They were sold out of their golden fries by noon. My sister says this is what they were known for so try to get it. The pho portion was alright, quite on the smaller side. I'm use to bigger portions and more vegetable options on the side to add to my pho, which I felt like was missing and take away from the authenticity. That wagyu fried rice is to die for. If I lived in the OC, I'd eat it everyday. Pho dac biet, great size/portion and price. The broth is definitely one of the best-tasting and clean broth I've had and I've been eating pho in the SGV for over 2 decades. They're not bsing on the quality and grass-fed (and wagyu) beef. You can tell this broth has great ingredients and they clean the beef/bones well. I am impressed. I got the large and it was definitely shareable, excellent meat taste as well. Waygu fried rice is like short rib meat chunks mixed with rice. I haven't had untraditional fried rice this good in a long time. So juicy and flavorful, each bites gets you going for more. The meat melts in your mouth and the savoriness of the fat soaks every grain of rice. I don't think this is healthy but I'm sure it can cure depression. The pho broth that comes with it is the cherry on top. I do like the water glass for some reason, feels pretty fancy for a pho restaurant. The pricing is oh eslty really good for the quality, way better than the short-rib hype pho. Excellent and quick service , all the employees were courteous and helpful. Came in for a Friday lunch with a friend who grew up in the area. Amazingly he had never tried it before despite hearing good things about it. It's a casual place in a strip mall and we were seated immediately. The seemingly notable thing that this place prides itself on is the meat- grass fed and wagyu beef. I got the pho combo. It was more expensive than the bowl of Pho 79 I had a couple days earlier so I was hopeful that it would be just as good. It was a good bowl of pho- the meat was definitely good- you could tell it is quality meat. If you want to be here in the summer, wear something LIGHT because I thought I was back home in Asia with the humidity and sweating while eating inside the building. The food itself, no complaints, best pho I've had. Being from the Bay Area, you come across so many different places that serve up Pho in so many different ways, North, South, and other cultural fusions. I ended up still trying it to see if it was worth the hype but was not impressed. The meat quality was good but there was not that much meat. My son brought me some Waygu Beef Phó and while I'm not generally a beef eater, I'll admit to this being one of the tastiest in a soup I've ever had. The broth was really extraordinary. I was a bit disappointed to learn that they do not have fresh spring rolls or gift certificates available as I went in to buy a gift certificate for him. Get with it Pho Redbo! Oops. Wow, got to try this yummy place over the weekend and it did not disappoint! The service was great and quick and all the workers were all so kind. I tried the egg rolls, fried rice, the combination pho, Bo kho, sliders, Bo luc lac, banh mi, fries and the flame grilled meat. Out of everything we tried, I really enjoyed the flames grilled meat, fried rice and the pho was really good. The meat is cooked in front of you in fat. It was tender and not overcooked. The fried rice was delicious and the flavors were great and not dry. Pho was good, the broth was flavorful and all the meats were all so tender. The sliders were also good, we definitely enjoyed that. The egg rolls I thought were okay, it need a little more of something but I did like that it was crispy. The Bo kho was a little too sweet for my liking but the meat and carrots were tender. Located inside the Pavilions. I came during lunch time around 12pm. They didn't seem too busy so i was seated right away. The minute you walk in you will be greeted by the workers. I usually get the same thing every time i go since i work in the same plaza! I typically get the pho combo with wide noodles. I do noticed the difference in the meat texture from this location to the other one since it's grass fed. Less fatty and more meats! I also get pickled onions and passion fruit tea. If only I could give them more than 5 stars! The broth is so flavorful in its own. For the first time, I didn't have to add anything extra to give the broth a little more oomph. The combo was perfect - it came with 4 kinds of meat. The cubes were my favorite!! I really want to try the Wagyu and regret not getting the ox tail but nonetheless the meats were super tender and yummy. I love that they didn't skimp on the noodles either!
