    Pho Wagyu Oxtail
    Carlo G.

Vietnamese restaurant in Westminster serving lots of delicious dishes! My friends and I shared a variety of dishes: - Flaming Wagyu: Tender and delicious. The flame show was fun. The staff also asks you what cook preference you like on the wagyu before they torch it. I also liked the tangy dipping sauce it came with which added so much flavor. - Crispy Egg Roll: Crispy and tasty. They also came with lettuce wraps to wrap them in to provide extra crunch and freshness. - Pho Wagyu Oxtail: Tender oxtail meat and tasty broth. You also can choose between thin and thick noodles. - Wagyu Beef Stew: Highly recommend getting the crispy bread to dip in the rich broth. The wagyu beef was nice and tender as well. - Wagyu Fried Rice: One of my favorite dishes here. Flavorful and full of wagyu beef. Comes with pho broth as well. - Shaken Beef: Loved the sweet beef pieces. Also came with pho broth which was nice. - Lychee and Passionfruit Teas: Sweet and refreshing. The staff here was very friendly and attentive. The interior is nice, great for groups and sharing dishes. For parking, they have a big and free lot out in front.

I was very excited to try out this pho place and really liking it. We came around 11:15 AM and were quickly seated. Service was good and pretty fast. I got the pho with rare steak, regular size. The meat was really good, a little fatty here and there, and broth was flavorful. It definitely hit the spot. I do wish the portions were bigger but other than that, very good!

The pho here is FIRE! I got the rare steak and omg it was so tender. Like the melt-in-your-mouth type. The service was awesome: my server Huy was attentive, kind, and knowledgeable. The vibe is great, with upbeat music and plenty of tables, including a bar-like area. Can't wait to return!

Heard so much about this All-Wagyu Pho spot and finally got a chance to visit it. My wife and I ordered the steak and shrimp egg-roll appetizer and a Rare Steak Pho large bowl each. Our kids were offered a complimentary kids pho each, which is incredibly thoughtful . Any kids that are ages 5 and below, get a free kids bowl of pho. Much respect to this establishment for doing that! The appetizer came with 4 egg rolls and they were very delicious. They were crispy on the outside and extremely tender and juicy on the inside. The ground wagyu beef definitely tasted the part, inside of the egg rolls. Then came the rare steak large bowls of pho. The broth looked and tasted very clean, without any bone pieces or residue and the broth didn't taste overly salty. You could tell that it's high quality and I was told by the waiter that they prepare it for more than 24 hours and sometimes for more than 30 hours. Our pho came with the thin noodles that we chose and with a generous portion of wagyu steak pieces. I must say that it's the tenderest, juiciest, yummiest pho steak that I've had. This wagyu steak really does stand out from the many hundreds of other pho spots in LA that offer rare steak in their pho howls. To complete my pho bowl, I added Thai basil, jalapeno pieces and their version of sriracha and hoisin sauce. What I got was an incredibly delicious bowl of pho and that wagyu steak did make me crave for more, when I get home. The place itself has a spacious, modern design, with 15 some tables for dining in and a huge plaza that Redbo is on has plenty of parking. The customer service was very friendly and welcoming and left my whole family satisfied. Would definitely come back here again!

We were super grateful for their accommodation for our large party of 25, without a reservation ahead of time. Luckily, the restaurant was at half-capacity at about 11am on a Saturday morning. The pho is always super fragrant, a rich broth with tender rare steak that melts in your mouth! I would say the bowl is kinda pricey but every once in a while, it hits the spot! For our size party, I was very content with the food still coming out about 20-25 minutes after ordering. The waiting staff handled the large party split up into three tables as best as they could given the large demands of all the bowls to be served.

I've been to all three of their locations and love that everything has been so consistent in the quality, flavor, and service. Our favorites have to be the Oho Combo and Wagyu Beef Stew, soooo good. This was perfect for a week night dinner. They have lots of indoor seating and a big parking lot. ig: @cravingswithcat

This restaurant is hands down the undisputed best pho spot in all of Orange County. Tonight I drove 40 minutes just to have their divine wagyu rare steak pho that came out piping hot and tasted like a medley of flavors. What really sets Pho Redbo apart is their customer service. The gentleman helping me who I believe is the manager went above and beyond and made it so I write this review right after I finished eating. If you want the highest quality Vietnamese food with the best customer service to boot, come to Pho Redbo.

Was craving pho and this was the closest spot to me and decided to give it a try. This is definitely a much nicer spot, but giving Pho is not much of an upscale meal as it is, it's not giving the best place ever either. The "upscale" thing about it would definitely be the wagyu option, but other than that it's a typical Asian food spot. The broth was delicious but the choice of meat beside the wagyu wasn't the best I've had at other pho spots. The service was very friendly and good, but we were the only people in the place (we were there at a pretty early time on a Tuesday) so I can't speak on how it is when it is busy. It's pretty pricy even when big ordering the wagyu option so I wouldn't come back, only because I haven't ever felt the need to have a "wagyu pho". But I did enjoy my visit either way.

So delicious flavorful and clean! The meat is sourced from great places so its high quality at affordable prices! Service is great and the environment is nice! All of the food is amazing! The stew is unlike anything i have ever had! The sandwich dipped in the broth is soooooo tasty! Everything we order has been good

Andy and staff took very well care of us, serving the following recommendations: Drinks: - Thai Tea - Passion Fruit Appetizer: - Crispy Eggrolls (Beef and Shrimp) - Flaming Wagyu (Halal) Mains: - Shaken Beef w/ Rice (Halal) - Pho w/ Wagyu A5 ===== Drinks: Thai Tea - tasted more light & not as densed as others I've had but it had a nice blend of tea and milk. Passion Fruit Tea - was very refreshing. Appetizers: Crispy Eggrolls - was served just right and not too hot for us to be able to eat right away. The shell was crispy indeed and not overly cooked. Flaming Wagyu - was cooked in front of us on a hot plate and small flame thrower. Came in about 8 pieces. Enough to get your appetite going. Mains: Shaken Beef w/ Rice - came with a small pho soup, some veggies, beef, and white rice. We put some of the soup onto the rice, before eating it together. Pho w/ Wagyu A5 - We chose to get the flat noodles. Came with a stove pot that will cook your meat and noodles more. ====== Everything was sooo amazing! Location was easy to find and aesthetically pleasing interior and presentations. Staff were all accommodating and friendly. Would come back (=.

    A5 Wagyu Pho
    Binh L.

Curiosity (and mild delusion) led me to try the A5 wagyu pho here. I've visited a few times now, and the pho here is pretty solid. For a $50 bowl however, I was expecting a bit more wagyu, but the broth itself was pretty decent. I've also tried their egg rolls and truffle fries, both of which were delicious and perfectly crispy. After the wagyu pho, I switched to ordering the regular pho combo bowl on my subsequent visits. The meats are good quality and tender, and the herbs and veggies they provide are always fresh, which I appreciate. That being said, these are things I can find at other pho spots too, and a small bowl elsewhere wouldn't cost me $19. The ambiance is clean and modern, and service is consistently quick. Overall, a decent spot if you're in the area, but the pricing definitely leans higher than your typical pho shop.

My favorite pho shop. Very balanced with their soup. Has a good mix of herbs and fats. Misaki is a gem. My son loves the pho here

    Brisket Pho
    PT H.

We also order a side of cube ribs and the food was all very delicious. The service was excellent. They have 2 big TVs, one was showing "Tom & Jerry" cartoons for the kids while the other was a movie. It's a noisy ambiance so you can't really watch the movie. It'll be great during sports season. The only downside is the bathroom, extremely dirty! The manager should assign someone to clean it periodically.

The banchan was simple but solid too, especially the big slices of cucumber and daikon, along with pieces of pancake on the side. The meal starts with what feels like an endless lineup of little side dishes, a fried fish, rice in a scorching hot stone bowl, and then the bubbling tofu soup (medium spice for me) arrives like it's angry at the table. I ordered the bulgogi combo (C2) and everything was flavorful, comforting, and honestly just fun to eat. OK maybe a few too many onions for me. The stone pot rice situation was an adventure on its own. They ask you if you want them to pour hot water into the bowl to loosen the crispy rice stuck to the sides. I tried it. Felt very authentic. Still not fully convinced my rookie self handled it correctly, but we survived. What I liked most was the atmosphere and adventure. You can tell this place has a loyal following and there's a reason Yelp absolutely loves it. It feels authentic without being intimidating, and the portions are no joke. I took home enough leftovers for round two the next day. If you've only done Korean BBQ before, this is a completely different experience and definitely worth trying. Bring friends, come hungry, and don't be afraid to look a little confused your first time. Apparently that's part of the experience. Easy 5 stars for me. P. S. Service was fast and efficient and the interior is spacious and clean. I'll definitely be back when I get my next hot pot craving!

Two strikes so I've got to write. :(…read more First incident: I had a good experience the first time I came here so I brought my husband and my sister back. Hubby ordered the salmon rice. The picture on the menu shows a piece of grilled salmon but what they brought out was totally different. Thank god, it was good anyway. Sister and I trying to order the same hot pot I ordered before and owner told us no, we cannot swap the pork belly out on the Thai hotpot. Told him I was able to do that before. He said "I'm not sure who let you do that but no, we do not allow that." I told him "you did, you let me swap the pork belly for the lean beef the previous time. I still have a picture of it on Yelp". Anyhow, he insisted No. We went ahead and ordered two beef hotpot's and the broth was salty. We had to pour some water in the hotpot to soften up the saltiness. Second incident: I came here on Thursday evening. Walked in that door at 9:10 pm and the server quickly told me: "No, we already had our last call!" Say what? the sign on the door says open til 10:00 pm and it is only 9:10 pm? If you don't want to serve late, then change your hours listed on the door and close those doors at 9:00 pm instead. Not good!!!
