Pho Saigon 8 was really good! The food was fresh, flavorful, and the portions were generous. Everything we ordered came out delicious, and the service was friendly and attentive. I had a great experience and highly recommend checking them out!

I tried the shaken beef, and it was okay. It was a little sweeter than I personally prefer. The service was okay, and the overall experience was decent.

Pretty solid Vietnamese spot in Vegas. The service was so quick when I went and the portions here are pretty big. We got a couple bowls of their pho, their com suong, their egg rolls, and their salad rolls. Everything was good but I thought that their rice plate was a bit dry and underwhelming. Overall, not bad but I think there are better Viet spots in Vegas.

We came in here on Friday morning and it wasn't too busy. They had free parking lot in front. We got seated right away. There were lots of tables and chairs and the place was big. We ordered two pho bowls, one vermicelli bowl, and banh canh soup. This place was a very authentic Vietnamese restaurant. We also got three Vietnamese coffees and one egg roll appetizers. The coffee was real strong but it tasted good with a fair amount of sweetness. All the food was really good. The broth for the pho and banh canh was super rich. The egg rolls were fried very well. Everything was great but the down side was that their system was not working so we were waiting for a bit to pay the bill. We ended up just paying in cash.

Had lunch here today. Food was solid. We had tofu spring rolls, chicken, bun cha gio, Vietnamese coffee. Service was good and the ambiance was decent. In town for a wedding. Parking lot is small and cramped.

I got one of the bun bowls with pork and shrimp and it was delicious! My mom got pho and she enjoyed hers as well. Service was fast and the food came out quick. Would visit again when in the area!

Decent spot for pho, but not my favorite in Vegas. My party of 3 was seated immediately on a Friday evening. I got #18 pho which comes with rare eye round, flank, fatty brisket, beef ball and tripe for $19.15. Their pho ranges from $18-$20 depending on your choice of meats. Portion size was good. Generous with meat. I really liked the fatty brisket, and the rest of the meat were tender and not tough or overly chewy. As for the broth, it tasted very clean and a little on the sweet side. I'm used to pho broth that tastes more heavily of spices and has more fragrance, so Pho Saigon 8's was a little too light for my personal preference. Service was attentive and they were constantly topping off our water cups. The place has a large dining room, which stayed about half empty the whole time we were there. Very homey/mom-and-pop shop type vibes. You pay at the register when you're done.

I was referred this restaurant from a friend. Small clean place with ample seating. There were a couple of diners there when I came. We ordered their combination pho and their Vietnamese pancake (banh xeo) Everything was nicely presented and looked good. The portion was ok, but I thought it was kinda pricey for 2 people. The servers were friendly & helpful. I would come back since it's close by.

Best spot after a massage. People already know we only want lime, no bean sprouts no veges hehe. Service always good, Great ambiance, less crowded,

Ordered a avocado shake to go. On the way home felt hard pieces in drink. When I got home poured into zip lock bag and figured out it was a plastic utensil that was blended in drink. Contacted restaurant and gave them notice to ensure no one else gets served crushed plastic in their drink. You can clearly see a handle in zip lock and unsure how much plastic I digested before figuring it out.

Good selection, fair price and the amount of food was sufficient. Food was good but not great. I wish there was more I could base the review upon but there wasn't.

It was my mom's birthday and it was a cloudy day and she really wanted pho. They have been coming for years but I haven't been since I was a teen. It did not disappoint. The waitress was sweet and accommodating to us who were following lent (no red meat). Order a seafood pho which is my mom's favorite because of the rich flavor of the broth. I ordered vermicelli noodles with shrimp and chicken. The chicken had so much flavor! Sometimes it's hard to not have dry chicken but this place grills it to perfection. The portions were big! The place is very spacious and we got seated right away. Once we were seated big parties started coming in since it was lunch time. I will definitely be coming back and trying more good. Would recommend to locals and tourist.

The flavors of the food in place is just divine! First, you walk into the place and they have it designed as the streets of Saigon. It's quite interesting. Their Rib Eye Pho, worth the money. Their Banh Mi is also pretty good. They were quite busy on a weekday dinner so just taken note. Every time I go, I fully intend to order it... and then something else catches my eye. Today was no different. You have to start with the spring rolls. The fresh ones come packed with shrimp and a crisp roll of rice paper inside for that perfect crunch, all dipped in their sweet-yet-tangy fish sauce that ties everything together beautifully. Today I went with the Garlic Noodles and Wagyu Steak (medium rare), and it was hands-down the best thing on the table. (My wife will probably fight me on that.) The garlic noodles were bold and savory--strong enough to keep even the friendliest vampires away--but with just enough sweetness to keep you coming back for more. My nephew and I couldn't get enough. And the Wagyu Steak? Absolutely divine. Perfectly cooked, buttery, juicy, and packed with flavor. Easily the best I've had here. The interior is fantastic too. They've styled the place like a charming little Asian street market, with each table set up like its own market stall. It's fun, immersive, and I love the vibe. One quick heads-up: they take a one-hour break between lunch and dinner (4-5 PM), so plan accordingly if you're coming in during that window. We arrived right at 5 PM when they reopened, and our party of six was seated immediately with menus and water. Our waitress was attentive, and the orders came in quickly. Highly recommend!

It did not disappoint. Pho & Beyond is tucked away in a quieter area and seems to be popular with the locals. The restaurant has a nice, clean ambiance, and everyone on the staff was friendly and always smiling. Service was also proactive. Before I even had the chance to ask where the restroom was, one of the staff noticed me looking around and immediately pointed me in the right direction. Small thing, but it says a lot. The food came out quickly. I ordered the pho, spring rolls, and Thai tea. The pho broth was incredibly rich and flavorful, different from what I usually get back. The noodles also stood out. They were very soft and tender, but still had a really good texture and taste. The spring rolls were fresh, generously filled, and came with a thick peanut sauce. Portions here are huge. I did not finish everything, not because the food was not good, but because there was simply too much. Including the tip, I paid around $43, but honestly, what I ordered could easily have been a meal for two. Great food, generous portions, quick and friendly service, and a relaxing break before dealing with the craziness of the Strip. Definitely worth the little detour.

The last time I was here I got the bun rieu and it was ok, not my favorite version of the dish. I'd stick to the pho which feels like a safer choice here and more in line with what they do best. The space itself is spacious and casual. Back in the day, I would have considered this a solid 'cheap eats' option, but that's no longer the case.
