    67. Egg Roll, Bean Curd Shrimp Paste
    Janet T.

We were picking up a MONITOR for my hubby at BEST BUY and there was a lot of traffic going back home so we decided to kill time by watching a MOVIE at Edwards Cinema. The movie wasn't going to start until an hour later so we decided to grab some FOOD at Pho Viet which was right by the theater... We were GREETED right away by a nice young Tom Boy looking lady. She told us to pick a SEAT anywhere we liked and so WE chose a booth by the window... AMBIANCE: 8/10 Nice and spacious. The booth seating was very comfortable and CLEAN!! BROKEN RICE DISH: 6/10 Hubby did not enjoy his broken rice dish. I tried the egg loaf and I thought the noodles were a bit hard and chewy like it was under cooked. I actually liked my order more... EGG ROLLS WITH BEAN CURD SHRIMP PASTE: 8/10 I was really hungry!!! I only had half a sandwich in the morning so at 3:30pm anything should have tasted good right? I wish they gave more Bean cured shrimp paste because it was only 3 small pieces so I had a lot of lettuce and noodles left... STAR OF THE SHOW: 10/10 The egg rolls!!! KEEP IT UP PHO VIET!!!!?

We're repeat customers and food is delicious. Topping it is the A rating. Ambiance is okay. Place is clean.

Favorite pho place ! The food is always so good. My favorite thing to order is the wonton soup with rice noodles. I recommend this place to anyone looking for good pho and good egg rolls.

Love this Vietnamese Cave in Eastvale! Checked in this last weekend and enjoyed a #21 regular size Pho with their Egg Roll Appetizer and new Mango Matcha Iced Latte! The Recipes are always deliciously consistent and I appreciate how beautiful and enticing the new Specialty Blended Drinks Menu are to add new and fun refreshing twists to the experience ;0) The Team Members are very nice and I especially enjoyed the Waiter who recommended his Favorite Anime Chainsaw Man for me to watch! I was dining Solo and appreciate Servers who take the time to bond and play with me over Nerdy Artfully Exciting Escapes!

    Broken rice!

Real authentic vietnamese food out here in the IE. They stick true to from ingredients to flavor. Especially the broken rice.. That was the deal breaker. They are the only one in the area to serve broken rice!

Place was packed, but the line moved quickly today - Labor day. Anyway, we've been going here for a while. It's a standard, authentic, pho place that you can't go wrong. Generous on serving, and their meats. Pricing is fair. Staff if kind. I recommend!

This is the beef brisket and pho so good!

Pho Viet in Eastvale is our go to place after church Sunday morning at 10 a.m., besides Dennys or Corkys. The food is good the broth is full of flavor. Ill usually order the #14 and the egg rolls. The staff and service is great being a family-owned business. The ambiance has changed through the years. Until next time, more pictures. Enjoy!

I honestly wasn't expecting them to go full out with the side dishes when we came. We ordered the Dwaeji Bulgogi combo, which came with the beef tofu soup. The server was super nice and told us to take a seat while he prepped everything. The food came out super fast and we immediately started eating. The tofu soup did have a kick, but the hot soup was so comforting that it hit the spot, even on a hot day. They didn't skimp on the meat either, we had a lot of beef in the soup and used it to flavor the purple rice it came with. The kimchi on the side was also more on the sweet side, so you know they didn't just buy it from Costco to serve. The spicy pork was also very strongly flavored and very tender. You didn't have to chew it very much. The rice also helped balance out the flavors so they aren't too strong when you eat them.

Tucked in a food court, there's plenty of seating and you order at the counter, and they bring out all of your food on a cart. We always get a medium beef tofu soup, galbi, and recently their bossam. The food is hearty and the soup is HOT, but it's pretty tasty. Galbi is a bit inconsistent, sometimes it's tender and has char marks, and other times it's chewy, but the flavor is nice. Their bossam is good, but comes out lukewarm and a bit underwhelming. Their salad though is super delicious, whatever vinagrette they use I wish I could have on hand all the time! Two tofu combos with their most expensive options rang out to around $75 with no drinks, which is definitely on the pricier side. We had leftovers, but this isn't a regular meal that you can go out for often. I'll continue to keep this spot close for when I'm craving tofu soup and purple rice nearby.

Arrived around 1:15 pm and there was a long line so for me, this is an either a good sign or people are just hungry and there's no other choice. Signed up on their waiting list and waiting for about 30 mins before we got a table. IT WAS WORTH EVERY SECOND!! This is what we ordered: 1. XLB - 10/10 - freshly made, soup was very tasty, the filling was very flavorful. It gave DTF a run for their money. No need for ginger. Dip this in some chili oil and soy sauce and you're in for a treat! 2. Pork shiumai - 6/10 - it was good but not the best I've had. My least fave. 3. Schezuan eggplant - 11/10 - the best schezuan eggplant dish I've had. Fresh off from the wok so be careful eating this coz it is temperature hot. The flavor was full of umami, sweet, salty, and that sauce is heavenly!! 4. Cucumber salad - 10/10. Love the crispiness and garlic flavor of this app. Liked the addition of cilantro. 5. Garlic string beans - another 11/10 - it was a full plate of this all time fave of ours. Cooked to perfection!! Again a little touch of some salted black beans that added more umami flavor. 6. Dan Dan noodles - 10/10 - I'm a big fan of DD noodles and this was delish!! Love the freshness of the noodles and right balance of ground meat and flavor was spot on!! 7. House special chicken wings - 10/10. crispy, sweet, little tangy and BOMB! Lots of parking it's in a strip mall!! This place is legit! Service was great. Will definitely come back and try their other food!!

No, instead I asked ppl who were waiting in line "am I supposed to write my own name? After waiting and nobody acknowledging me for a good while. Their response was "we did" There was an empty seat that I could've just sat at because I went by myself and started eating sooner but because their lack of acknowledgment I waited 15 mins ... I really wanted to hope for the best that's why I waited. Then after being told to sit where I knew I'd sit, then my server was kind, but took a while to check up to see if I needed anything (I'm a sauce girl so I ask for eel and chili sauce at any restaurant that has it) instead I asked another server because mine was no where to be seen. Now, the food..... the tempura was delicious but for the price wtf is 3 pieces...????? Like EXCUSE ME???? 12 bucks and 3 pieces? Come the f on - You have a huge restaurant I'm sure you can afford one or two more pieces - okay those were good - probably my favorite thing I got. I got a fruity iced tea that was good x Now the dumplingsssss BRUH I got the beef and onion because I asked what were the best dumplings. They tasted like Trader Joe's dumplings man, I've made better dumplings at my home reheating them. I give the dumplings 4/10 with eel and chili oil and paste I give them a 6... but really good dumplings shouldn't need all of that. Needless to say, I happily won't be making the out of the way trip for this place ever again. With how busy and popular this place is online I guess I had expected better. Anyways if you want dumplings better than this get some at Trader Joe's cook them lightly on water with eel sauce to make a nice broth or used chicken / beef broth to heat them up. Youll save yourself the $50 of going out and waiting on yourself and disappointing dumplings.

The banchan was delicious and had a nice variety, including radish stem kimchi, cucumber kimchi, fish cakes, soybean paste with nuts, fried eggplant, and more. Everything tasted fresh and well made. We started with the fried dumplings, which were crispy on the outside and filled with really tasty filling. The soybean stew was packed with flavor and had potatoes, onions, and zucchini--super comforting. The short ribs were juicy and flavorful, especially with a side of rice. The pork cutlet was perfectly crispy, and the dipping sauce added just the right touch of sweetness. Even the salad was good, with a dressing that wasn't too overpowering. They serve hot barley tea and water, and you can buy canned soft drinks if you want something else. Everything we had was delicious--honestly, there wasn't anything I didn't like. Prices were fair, and the customer service was great. Our waitress checked on us several times to make sure we were good and even showed us how to make rice porridge using the hot barley tea and the crispy rice at the bottom of the pot, which ended up being really good too. The inside of the restaurant is very clean, well-lit, and has lots of natural color (tans, brown). It appears to have been recently remodeled. There is plenty of seating and open space. This restaurant is great for groups of all sizes. We'll definitely be back to try more items.
