#25 Pho w rare beef & brisket. So delish!!!
    Faye A.

I pulled up to Pho Vina chasing a serious pho craving, and this bowl understood the assignment. I got the #25 Pho w rare beef & brisket, and that broth was basically a warm blanket in soup form that hugged my soul one sip at a time. It was rich, comforting, and exactly what my taste buds ordered. The service was super attentive too, so between the cozy broth and great hospitality, my pho emergency was officially resolved.

Haven't been here in a very long time. The place was packed and many orders to go. Service was fast, food was fresh made to order. Decent prices. A great pho place if you are in the area.

I love Pho Vina. Best Asian/Vietnamese restaurant in the Anaheim/Yorba Linda area. Their best dish is the Shaken Beef (Bò Lúc Lắc) with Butter Rice. Very tasty dish! The salad dressing is the best on the salad and drizzle a little on the rice. It's a vinegar, sugar and lime type of dressing. The meat is tender and has great flavor. Butter rice is soft and slightly sweet. Service is great, reminder you normally call for them when it comes to the check, order more or water refill. Not the typical American restaurant where they check on you! Size of restaurant is great, plenty of seats inside and outside. Lunch and dinner are busiest times but service is quick to get your food.

Yummy Vietnamese food without having to go all the way to garden Grove. The vietnamese coffee was good and thai tea was what I needed that day. Very nice people that are servicing us and warm atmosphere Get your fill in when you need some warm soup on cold days Will be back since it is close to home

Omg!! This pho was so amazing and it was just what I needed. The rare steak pho was delicious and filling. The broth had great taste and there was plenty of meat. Service was one of the best I've ever experienced, staff checked in frequently and refilled my drink as needed. I've visited when it's been busy and when it's less crowded, both experienced have been great. I will definitely come back when I'm in the area!

I got the Garlic Noodles w/ Diced Garlic Steak to switch it up a bit. The noodles were pretty flavorful, more sweet than garlic-y. That's probably where all the flavor went from the meat. The meat was chewy and didn't really have much to it. The portion size was reasonable for takeout. I would probably stick to trying the pho here if I return.

My first impression was, "Local pho spot with lots of locals dining in." This is a solid pho restaurant with a wide variety of menu options and accommodations so there's something for everyone. The restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly and attentive. It was nice to see all the photos on the menu alongside even pictures of the meat options for the pho noodle soup. The broth isn't too salty, yet flavorful and prices are reasonable for the meat portions. It's definitely a locals spot because the early dinner flow was consistent and it seemed like the employees knew most of the people that walked in. The lasting impression? "A well balanced pho broth and a good local restaurant I would come back to!"

This spot is hiding in a small parking lot, but it's worth seeking out! We were impressed with all the noodles, but the pan-fried noodle stole the show. Maybe it's the perfect crispiness, maybe it's just because fried food is life , but it was absolutely our favorite! As the photographic evidence of our empty bowls proves, we devoured everything! There's lot of spaces for dine-in.

Flavorful food Quick , and efficient establishment. Wings were amazing !! Garlicky goodness and the pho broth so fragrant .. would come again if I'm in the area.

The bag was narrow and perfectly held our leftovers.

A friend from Vietnam recommended this place to me ages ago and I finally got around to trying it out. I am so glad that I finally visited! We went in at 1:30 on a weekday. I was expecting it to be empty, but this place was bustling! There were only three tables open! No one likes to eat at an empty restaurant so we were pretty excited to see how busy it was outside of the lunch rush. We were starving and ordered a 5 piece egg roll and their appetizer trio which included three fried shrimps, three egg rolls, and two spring rolls. It's been a long time since I've had traditional Vietnamese egg rolls and these were absolutely fantastic! Maybe it's just that it's been so long since I've had egg rolls, but I can't overstate how good these tasted. The peanut sauce for the spring rolls was just a touch too sweet for my preference, but was still good. The fried shrimp were crispy with just the right amount of crunch. Since we ordered so many appetizers, I decided to order a small bowl of pho. I have noticed that a lot of pho restaurants don't offer the small and regular sizes anymore so I was glad I had the option for a smaller bowl. I chose 25 which is rare beef and well done brisket. I don't eat noodles and they were able to accommodate my request to sub veggies. Some places I've dined charge extra for this request, but they did not and I really appreciate that! It may seem like a small thing, but it definitely makes me want to return. The broth was delicious and the veggies were cooked perfectly to my liking. Not too hard, not to soft. Just right. It was a good assortment of veggies; broccoli, cabbage, carrots, baby corn. They were generous with the amount of beef, too. We all took home leftovers, even the two who ordered small bowls. We will be sure to return for another visit soon. I wish we hadn't waited so long to visit in the first place! By the way, it was well after 2:00 when we left and people were STILL coming in! Definitely a popular and well liked spot!

The last time I visited on a Monday, the lot was completely full, and I ended up parking on the street. The restaurant is also primarily cash only, so come prepared. They open early, making it a perfect breakfast spot for an early bowl of pho. The pho broth is exactly what I want when I'm craving comfort food--clean, flavorful, and incredibly soothing. However, the star of the meal for me was the chả giò. Wow. Although they arrived after our pho, they came out at the perfect temperature. I was hesitant to take a bite right away because freshly fried food usually burns my mouth, but these were just right. Crispy, airy, savory, and absolutely delicious. Paired with their fish sauce, it was perfection. I enjoyed the egg rolls so much that next time I'm definitely ordering the egg roll vermicelli bowl. Service was friendly and prompt despite how busy it was, and it's clear the staff works hard to keep things moving. One thing I love is seeing all of the awards and accolades displayed on the walls. Phở 79 received the prestigious James Beard America's Classics Award, and it's easy to understand why after one meal here. This restaurant is truly an Orange County icon. The restaurant will soon be moving to a new location, as signs throughout the restaurant announce the upcoming move. Oh, and based on the rave reviews I've read about their peach & lychee green tea, I ordered one of those as well. Let me just say, lunch was very satisfying! The sandwich was generously filled the fresh ingredients and the meat to veggie ratio was perfect. I'm not sure what the green sauce was that they finished the sammie off with but it was SO tasty!! I requested the popcorn chicken with medium heat and it was just spicy enough to leave my tongue tingling slightly. My friend saved an egg roll for me and it was also really good. I really don't like leaving 1-star reviews, but unfortunately, my experience here was bad enough…read morethat I feel I have to. I was initially won over by the 2,000+ reviews, so I decided to give this place a try. The service was okay, but the overall atmosphere was very much a hole-in-the-wall type of place -- not particularly clean, inviting, or aesthetic. I ordered the pho ga (chicken), and the chicken came separately on a plate in large pieces. I had to use my utensils to pull it apart, as I assumed it would already be cut up, in my bowl and ready to eat. My fiancé ordered a beef rice plate, which he said was pretty underwhelming and lacked flavor. Unfortunately, the biggest issue came after we left. Almost immediately, I started feeling extremely sick. My body tends to react to food pretty quickly, so I knew something was wrong. I had my fiancé rush me back to my apartment, where I ended up getting violently sick and spending the next few hours throwing up and repenting on the toilet. I stopped going to hole-in-the-wall places years ago, but because of all the great reviews, I decided to give this one a chance. Needless to say, I learned my lesson and won't be coming back.
