Amazing there's a Pinkberry at the mall! Locations have changed or moved throughout the years ive been to this mall but this one stays the same! We ordered a large original yogurt this time no toppings. It came out luke froyo should be, nice and frozen. She even weighed the cup to make sure we got the correct amount/size we ordered! There's ample seating next to the line/ordering queue. Just have to be quick to find a space. Nice location and very very tasty. Satisfied the cold tart-ty craving in this texas heat. Hefty serving, helpful young servers, clean and space to sit inside and outside to enjoy. I've found that froyo is more rare in Austin and this place reminds me of California. The flavors are limited but they switch a couple out each season. I believe anyone would be able to find a flavor or two they'd like. What makes this froyo so good? Is it the thickness, creaminess or ingredients - or a combination of the above. I haven't figured it out but this is probably my favorite yogurt place. A cup of island mango and pretty much unlimited topping(or at least whatever fits in the cup), tamed my sweet tooth. This is a free standing kiosk away from the food court and seems to be alway busy when we arrive. Today was no different. Unfortunately, seating is limited and you may need to buy and find a place to sit somewhere else. If you have the opportunity to try this I highly recommend it! read more

I just wanted to leave a review and let everyone know that the amazing employee, Sarah, at the Pinkberry Westbank (3300 Bee Caves Road, Westlake Hills, TX 78746) location was an absolute angel! She was amazing and went above and beyond during our visit on 3/1/25!! She had such a great attitude and did a fantastic job handling our large order that included a regular & large yogurt as well as a few Take Home Yogurts since we are from San Antonio! As she was helping us with our order, about 4-5 customers walked in. She was calm, fast, efficient, and all with a smile on her face. She knocked out everyone's orders while providing a great experience. This is our favorite Frozen Yogurt and Pinkberry location and we love to drive to Austin when we can because we love the great service and amazing yogurt. So PinkBerry coconut whip yogurt is realllllyyyy good.. I don't know what sugar they use, but it taste just like icecream. I do wish they had better toppings.. as in more nuts.. peanuts would be nice.. or even walnuts. I am only nit-picky because I can't have anything with dairy or wheat.. so pretty much nuts, coconut shreds and blueberries are my fall back. I did have toasted almonds.. but when the small is $4.95 with toppings.. does suck that i pay over a $1.50 extra for a tsp of nuts and 9 blueberries. For those that can have actual toppings, then it makes sense to charge more.. But not I :( The customer service is great and I would eat here again when at the mall. But probably will stick with my TCBY froyo for the same price with a lot of toppings. read more

I'm originally from LA and happy to say the quality hasn't changed in the move! Pinkberry is pretty unique in their froyo (FROzen YOgurt) flavor where the tartness is pleasant and the sour taste is minimal and pleasant. Other froyo places in Austin, take note! You've been given notice! Tons of combinations for toppings though I would suggest going with as simple flavors as possibly to really bring out the yogurt. The best part is that they have a flat rate for sizes and won't measure weight, so go with what you love! Safe to say, I'll be back to feed my froyo addiction much more as this is on my way to work. (Waiting out the traffic anyone??) The only thing I would caution is the line is long, but the staff is great and friendly, so the wait doesn't seem long at all. Tried their salted caramel but stuck with my favorite original swirled with peach in Medium size b/c small is never enough. I personally prefer if they had original with pomegranate swirled combo but... peach was decent. $5 for a medium without toppings is fair for delicious froyo. I'm a weirdo and don't do toppings on my pinkberry. It's definitely tart compared to other froyo, but IMO, that's what makes it better! read more

Pinkberry, how I've missed you! I only recently found out about the Austin locations and, having missed them for so long since moving from NYC, had to get my yogurt fix. It's even bette than I remember!! This location is super clean and has lots of parking, and great outdoor seating for those cool autumn nights. I got the pomegranate yogurt with blackberries on top. It was tart with just the right amount of sweetness. The server was so nice and let my bf, who had never had Pinkberry before, sample a few flavors before ordering. Better than your avg yogurt. They don't price you by the pound. Instead, they charge for the size of the cup. You can get up to three flavors and then as much topping as you want (if it fits). It can be a good deal or not a good deal. I get the medium and try to get as much topping as possible. But she only served me one spoonful of each topping so it's really not that much. Overall, service is nice. The charge by cup thing is new. Location is eh and limited seating. So don't go if they're busy. Go if they have open seating and there's not a long line. read more

This was my first time going to pink berry and it was amazing. It's pretty much fantastic frozen yogurt with as many topping as you want. Not weighed, flat rate, great prize. As per my usual reviews, I like to acknowledge the people serving the food. In this case, a very nice college aged young woman helped me get my yogurt (chocolate hazelnut, the best flavor). In the middle of helping me, she started speaking sign language to a little girl who had come up and signed that she wanted M&Ms (after she had already paid; They let you get as many toppings as you want, I'm not joking). The fact that pink berry is hiring employees that can speak different, rare, but extremely helpful languages is excellent. I love pinkberry at Barton Creek Mall so fun and delicious the best smoothies ever!! They actually use real fruit and organic gummy bears. You know how some places say yes we use real fruit in our smoothies and then you see them putting in some frozen syrup they call real fruit, no I don't think that kool, that's not real fruit. Pinkberry uses real fresh blueberries, kiwi, almost any fruit you could want and their yogurt in the smoothies is just plain greek yogurt and coconut milk if you like instead of real milk. love their yogurt, too, the new one is blueberry.
