She let me know she received my initial request and wanted to know a little bit more. I told her that I had some ants in the master bathroom and she provided me information on their services. After a brief description of their services and a quote, I knew that I needed someone out as soon as possible. she was able to provide me with a same-day service. It was quick and easy process all set up within 10 to 15 minutes over the phone. I really appreciated her friendly demeanor and helpfulness regarding my Ant issue. I'm saving for a wedding and so the prices that she offered me fit in my budget and she was super helpful! Overall 10/10 for Customer Service. Will edit review if possible after the technician comes out. Follow up after technician: Scott called 1.5 hours after I scheduled my apt and let me know he would be at my house in 30 mins. He was on time and came in to check out my ant infestation. He provided me some knowledge on the traps I had out and let me know that the ants typically die in the trap instead of taking the poison back to the nest. He treated the area and proceeded to do the outside of the house. He also reminded me that if i needed any treatments outside of the 90 day check up that I could call and they would come out. I appreciate the quick and knowledgeable service from the individuals who helped me. So glad I called out to Pro active pest control!

They arrived on time, they were very thorough besides one other company they both were neck and neck after reviewing all yelp reviews I decided to go with Advanced. Yesterday 5/7/26 the technician came out yesterday, I don't remember his name, he arrived around 9 am very nice and respectful young man. He was respectful of my property he informed me it take a couple of hours. He drilled holes in the pavement filled with treatment and refilled holes back up, you really can't see where the drilling happened in some areas. He completed the work around 12:45 pm good service. The cost was reasonable based on the three estimates I had received. I went with options one time treatment however, they provide a one year warranty which is great.
