Super disappointed with our last order from this Pizza Hut location. Out of several Pizza Hut locations in the valley that I have ordered pizza from, unfortunately, this one is the worst, and of course, it is the closest to my house. Our last order was for two different hand tossed pizzas. The night we ordered the pizzas, the hand tossed dough was obviously not the hand tossed that any other Pizza Huts seem to use. The dough for this pizza was a cross between thin and crispy and hand tossed. It was super thin and terrible. My family members who went to pick up the pizza noticed that there were many pizza doughs premade and sitting in a refrigerator waiting for toppings. Maybe this is why the dough was so bad? Next time I have a craving for a Pizza Hut pizza, I will be sure to visit a different location for a better product. read more

I was pleasantly surprised with my delivery experience with this location. I had a emotionally draining day that resulted in the dinner I was planning on making not working out. Decided to order delivery as a last resort. The pizza came quickly, was hot, and looked like it came from their advertising pictures. After a long day where I wasn't able to take care of myself the way I needed, it was just what I needed. Fast, affordable, and friendly service. I don't normally order pizza from chain restaurants, but this exceeded my expectations. read more

I like Pizza Hut, but I will never have it delivered again, it was cold and absolutely terrible.

We ordered our pizza 3 hours ago and it was supposed to be delivered 2 1/2 hours ago. Well it was and to the incorrect address and the DoorDash driver took a picture of the pizza being left in DIRT next to a tree. It was raining outside!! We called the store directly on 3300 South and were hung up on and the call disconnected several times. We finally got ahold of the location and they said they would remake the pizza but never did. They didn't expect me to show up at the store. When I showed up at the store to complain about the pizza that was supposedly sent out twice but really only once, both employees (young teenagers) were outside smoking - could have been weed. Well, they convinced me that they sent out order again for delivery when they really didn't even make the pizza again. And proof of that is we never received notification that a DoorDash driver was delivering the other pizza. There was another customer waiting at the counter while they were out smoking by the dumpsters. Well after waiting 3 hours we realized that the kids working there never even made a replacement pizza and then lied about sending it out again. This is after spending over an hour on the telephone. We could not get anyone at Pizza Hut to help us. Now we've paid for the pizza. Pizza Hut says that it was delivered and our credit card was charged for a pizza that will never be delivered. We selected an option on the phone at Pizza Hut to tell them your pizza hasn't been delivered and we tried that about 5 times. Each time our calls were disconnected!!! This is your standard Pizza Hut experience. I ordered my food online which was ok. The website is not user friendly, however, if you sign up for their emails and order online you can save at least 20-30% per order. The service was ok, I have ordered here a few times and they have messed up the order in the past, and offered to fix it if I came back to pick it up. However, who is going to drive back to the restaurant after you are home for some breadsticks? Not me... A plus is the drive through, I have kids and it is a such a pain to get them out of the car to go inside. The pizza is good. I really like the taste of Pizza Hut pizza and it has the same taste no matter which one you order from. read more

I am not usually one to submit bad reviews but this is the 2nd time this has happened with the Pizza Hut in my area. I placed my ordered and was told that it would be 55 minutes for delivery. After an hour and a half, I tried to call to find out where my pizza was. I was on hold for over a half hour, 3 separate times. When I got a live person (call center, I soon found out) to find out more, they transferred me to the line where I was on perma-hold. I called back and asked to speak to a manager (not realizing at this time that it was a call center) and got transferred to the same hold line. I kept checking the app and after 2 and 1/2 hours it said it the store was closed. I had gone elsewhere for pizza by this time but was frustrated that this was the 2nd time this had happened. Shame on me for not buying local in the first place. I went in a day or 2 after to get a refund because, YES, they charged me for a pizza they never delivered. I think this is the only way they actually make money; hoping people won't actually go to the store for a refund. You will never get a live person when trying to call the store. When calling the number it routes to a call center. When you complain they say that they know they never and answer and get many complaints. To which, I ask, why do you keep transferring people to an endless hold line and not pass the information up the line to management? When I went to the store to get my refund and to let them know I was upset, the "manager" told me that they are aware of all of this and that "the higher ups" were aware that the phones were broken and that they are short staffed don't have enough drivers and all of the other reasons they can't take care of their customers. He pointed out that the phones should be ringing off the hook during dinner time and they weren't ringing at all. This is acceptable? He seemed to be okay with the fact that they weren't that busy. He also said that Door Dash was supposed to be delivering the pizzas and has been having issues with them. It seems to me that they all know there is a problem and none of them are willing to accept responsibility or fix the issue. Again, I think the only way they make money is to hope people don't ask for refunds. I know it's just pizza but it was obvious that they don't care about their customers. Needless to say, I will not be frequenting Pizza Hut again. read more

Yesterday I ordered a vegetarian pizza we always order from this location it's been years. We have never had a problem until last night we went to pick up my pizza and in the special instructions I added no cut due to religious reasons. I went to pick up the pizza and it was cut. The worker an older man told me the cutter was clean but I said I am not comfortable with this can I get it redone. He looked at me and said too bad. After trying to explain to him he told me The pizza would take more than an hour because it's not our mistakes I am not okay with the wAy I was treated. I am paying for my pizza i would appreciate some respect. I can take my business elsewhere this is not the only Pizza Hut joint. I just hope he learns how to talk to other customers. read more

The website is stunningly awful and difficult to use and can easily result in an error. Best to use website to get a deal, then call in to verify order. Sure it's a hassle but not as bad as returning the mistake as I had to tonight. It turned out the manager was gold. He was super nice and said he hears a lot of complaints about the site. The manager and delivery guy entertained me while my pie was re-made. And the new hand tossed crust is TDF. My wife and I were both surprised at how wonderful it was. Better tasting that Domino's about 1/3rd the cost and less than half the time. 20-30 minutes from Pizza Hut, 48, 55, 122 minutes were the last three times for Dommy's. Ummm, it's pizza hut. One star because I didn't get sick, and one more star because online ordering and a drive-thru is awesome when I have my 3 kids. Ordered pizza on the phone and went to go pick it up. He got my name wrong and when i went to correct him he said ok. Then went to pick it up and he still had it wrong. Older man at the register that had long dirty fingernails handed me the receipt and I signed it didn't think I needed to tip since I picked it up myself. I handed the receipt back to him and he made a ((psh)) sound. I said excuse me? He said "no tip?" I asked if he was paid hourly? He said yes. I haven't ever had someone be so rude to me in person then get so mad that I didn't leave a tip on a $6 pizza that was carry out! Full disclosure...I am a fan of Domino's. On a whim, I decided to try Pizza Hut after hearing about their new menu. Ordered online (Dominos has a more intuitive website for orders.) The pizza...quite bad...worse than I remember. I was hoping for great pizza based on their recent ads but both pizzas were disappointments. The wings were so strange. Ordered Honey BBQ wings but they were Buffalo style with Honey BBQ poured over them...can that be right? Bizarre and gross. Decided to get pizza with some friends one day and decided Pizza Hut would work out. Nice little place, nice employees, but the pizza dough was close to raw and the pizza was literally pouring with grease. I'm not usually one to complain, but for the price I had to question them.
