One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Anna was extremely unprofessional and clearly lacks basic customer service skills. She constantly interrupted me while I was trying to explain the issue, raised her voice, and ultimately hung up on me. She gave conflicting information--saying one thing, then immediately changing her story. Instead of trying to resolve the problem, she repeatedly insisted that only the store manager could help, even though she had just claimed she had the authority to remake orders or issue credits. When I asked her to remake the order, she suddenly said she couldn't do that and began yelling before abruptly ending the call. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. I ordered for delivery, when the driver arrived with two of my three items, the missing part was the entire pizza! I called the store and spoke to one manager who said they were named JT, I wanted a refund for the pizza I didn't recieve, they left me on hold for almost 40 minutes! I called back and another manager, who wouldn't give me her name,told me my refund was being processed, I did not get my money back and the management and staff here are completely ok with stealing from customers, don't waste your time. I ordered a pizza at 2 o'clock this afternoon is supposed to be at my place between 230 and three never showed up. I waited till four. I gave the store a call. They told me that the person picked it up to deliver it but they never did deliver it to my Place of residence so I called again in an hour and they said oh you only have to wait to talk to the manager. The manager wasn't there so she's supposed to call me back waited again. An hour never called called up the store again this time they say that it was ordered as a carryout. I mean I have to give it a 5 based on my husbands 4.5 and our students 5 star rating. I don't eat pizza so I cant speak to taste, but the smell was great and the presentation was good (for Pizza Hut). I am used to eating more elaborate pizza (when I do eat it...) like Round Table, Clover Leaf, etc. and am not a fan of fast food style anything. But, I have to say if the boys are giving it a high rating then it must have been good. I give this location a 5 based on customer service. The dude on the phone was super friendly and helpful (since I am apparently new to ordering pizza haha he must deal with a ton of stoners!) He was a gem. The woman delivery driver was equally sweet and the food was hot and fresh. Timing was as expected. We got a large stuffed crust, half garlic alfredo/half honey BBQ with sausage, meatballs and bacon. The ONLY downfalls (which are not this locations problem) are the special advertised said $11.99 for a stuffed crust (which you can ONLY get in large), with 3 toppings. Well at the end of the day, it ended up being $30 (after tip) because of tax, charge for splitting sauces, charge for extra marinara, and delivery fee. Otherwise I think that's a STEAL! Quick delivery for sure. But, we live close. Let's talk about the food now. Ordered on 2/25/23 two pizzas and cheese sticks. We ordered the extra large New York pepperoni and a large 3 topping. $58 with tip and delivery. $7 for delivery. What I can say is that it was quite possibly the worst pizza I have had in nearly 10 years. And I remember the last worse place. The crust is like card paper. Pizza Hut should not allow dogs inside its restaurants. I was disappointed and disgusted when I saw a dog being held at counter level inside the University Place store when I went in to pick up my order. Man I came in here high as hell after smoking the fattest blunt craving some chicken bbq pizza. Asked the dude behind the counter to make it the largest pizza he could with extra bbq sauce on thin crust. Ten minutes later and we had one of the best bbq chicken pizzas I've ever tasted, with perfect amounts of red onion and chicken. I also opted for the garlic butter on the crust, gluttonous perfection. The place was very clean, the staff member that took our order was friendly and polite, and overall, a good experience. We had the stuffed crust pizza, but I do have to add that the actual crust under the toppings was thin, perhaps it needed more time in the oven. Slightly disappointing because stuffed crust is an additional charge. Also, this location does not take some of the online offers, but they do offer a lunch special. The pizza is great. They have a good variety of pizza options to choose from. We were surprised to see how nice the inside of the place looked when we walked in. We remembered Pizza Hut to be trashy with bad pizza. Boy have they turned that around! The place isn't that big, though that is expected since it is a pizza place. However, I would eat my pizza inside as it is comfortable and very clean. It also beats the $4.99 delivery fee on top of tax on top of the driver tip. If the delivery wasn't so outrageously costly then I would've given a 5 star rating. read more

We ordered a large pizza (pepperoni, bacon and black olives), order of bone in wings(Cajun dry rub) and the fudge brownies. Pizza was great with good amount of toppings. Interesting, I ordered online and my pizza was about 2 mins from being ready when I walked in. I paid then I noticed the fresh spinach being added after the pie was out of the oven. Very unusual! Anyway, the pizza was still tasty and when I warmed it in the microwave when I got home the spinach wilted a bit. I will know next time to ask them to add it to the pie before it goes in the oven. Never coming back here.. The pizza was dry as the Sahara dessert, portion small for being $3 (in comparison it was about the size of the little Caesars 5 dollar slice). Took the girl at the counter almost 10 minutes just to get our 2 slices to us. It was 6:50, only 2 more people where in that place, it wasn't busy at all! She put the slices to reheat and then let them sit for 5 minutes while she rang up 3 other people who came in and out of there in that period and then took a couple sips of her jamba juice before she even got to giving us our food.
