They will heat them up on site for you or you can take them home like I do and heat them when you get home. It's conveniently located in a shopping mall with two banks, a nail salon, a UPS store and a Starbucks. You cannot beat that. I've always found that staff to be very helpful although there's usually only one person working. So if they're taking a break, they lock the store up and you have to wait. The inside is comfortable and clean, but nothing much to consider. The food is grabbing go unless you want it warmed up and eating there. I like that I can get fresh salmon daily and not have to come home and sneak up the kitchen cooking it. They also have lots of other options, including salad, chicken and burritos. Saying I had half a cup of rice was probably generous next to my sliver of a overcooked salmon. Just each piece of the box overall was quite tiny. I was probably hungry by the next hour. 2. It was tasty but the flavors were weird, both separate and together. They clashed in my opinion. 3. The rice was hard, again the salmon was overcooked. The best was probably the $7 seven minute egg. Very tasty. But otherwise nothing to write home about. I prefer their salads so far. Some pros: Delivery was good and ultimately I did get everything that was listed so always a plus!
