I was very disappointed with the service I received today. I typically visit this location 2-3 times a month before picking up my daughter from daycare, as she enjoys their cheese pizza. At 5:10 PM, I entered the establishment, and while a white male staff member noticed me, he proceeded to attend to other tasks without greeting me or offering to take my order. 20 seconds later, another customer entered, and the same staff member approached her to ask if she needed assistance. I interjected and mentioned that I had been waiting prior to her arrival, after which he took my order without acknowledging the situation. Unfortunately, this experience has led me to reconsider future visits to this establishment, as I found the customer service lacking. They lost my business. I love that you can order a slice or a whole pizza! Also very reasonably priced and the size of one slice is pretty big. It's perfectly crunchy, with a seasoned crust. Also a great ratio of sauce:cheese:toppings. One of my favorite pizza places. read more

I was SUPER excited to have a Pizza My Heart move in. We moved to the Tri-valley 4 years ago, and growing up in SF, living elsewhere in the Bay, pizza places out here are overly expensive and not very good. Maybe it's the new business kinks to be worked out, but the two pizzas I ordered were kinda of bland. Also the centers of the pizzas were a little floppy, maybe just slightly undercooked. They could have been baked a little longer since the crust edges were just barely golden. The crust is in between West coast thick and doughy/chewy, and NY thin. Maybe we chose the wrong specialty pizzas. I might try again, as I've always been a fan of the single slices from other Bay Area locations. This was just a slight miss this time around. read more

Pizza My Heart Dublin is my first attempt in a while to find good pizza in this area. My first experience here was a carry out order, which was soured a bit when I arrived to pick up a large pizza that apparently was too large to fit in its box. The box wouldn't fully close as a result and I dashed home particularly fast to try to enjoy it before it cooled. Still had to microwave a slice before digging in, but ultimately it tasted like good pizza. I'm going to ask about a smaller size next time and maybe it will fit in the box. Or perhaps dine in. For now though, it looks like their pizza is worth revisiting. Will be back. read more

After my last experience with Pizza my Heart, it is safe to say I will be attending again. To say the work environment is pleasant, is an understatement. The workers show a passion for the customers and the workplace, and know how to work hard. Specifically, the workers Lucas G and Take, were extremely helpful and polite towards not only me, but my family as well. 100% recommend for those who a want nice pleasant piece of pizza. read more

My boyfriend and I came here for dinner 06/24. We ordered 1 big sur slice and 3 pepperoni sausage slices to eat there. Received 2 slices of the pepp sausage that my bf gotten so I told him to eat already(as we are also trying to get back home already cause it's a 35 min drive) since I'd expect mine to come soon as well as it's also another pepperoni sausage. My bf has finished and still my order isn't out I was patient til i wasn't and he went to check... And they said they FORGOT ABOUT IT. I waited 40 minutes just for them to say that and then make my ordering. We came here for a quick dinner and ended up staying for a whole hour (mind you they were not busy). How can you miss that??? a 4 ITEM order and only 2 IS done and you can see my bf eat and me obviously waiting for mine to come. What really pissed me off is they didn't feel bad at all, horrible customer service. Never coming back to this location. But hope maybe train they can train their employees better. This place is the best! The pizza is delicious and the managers went out of their way to provide a fantastic experience for my fourth grade class, when we visited for a field trip this week. So glad that we finally have a legit pizzeria in Dublin. We stopped by on Friday evening and ordered couple of pizzas for dine in, a Cowell's Combo for wife & I and cheese for the kids. Even the kids were enjoying the combo, when they usually only stick to cheese. The kids were commenting that it's the best pizza they've had. Hands down the best pizza I've had in a while. We went in for Pizza and noticed flies on the Pizza's and slices waiting to be purchased. If u want Pizza from this place have them make one fresh for you. But after observing the cook he was on his cell phone waiting for an order to make then put his phone down and immediately picked up a piece of dough and started forming it after holding his dirty cell phone. He did not wash his hands nor put on gloves. This was not the first time we've witnessed dirty service at this particular Pizza My Heart location. Seems like they only hire very young men. Never seen a female working there! The Health Department needs to be called. read more

We tried roasted garlic , sausage, mushrooms pizza. It was delicious. I would but this again.

Second time ordering since they opened. First time, they made an error on the toppings, and it arrived cold. Being that they had only been open a short time, waiting a few weeks and tried again. Pizza my Heart pizza is always good and delicious. So the deal breaker or maker is the customer service. We no longer go to the one in our hometown of Walnut Creek following a really bad customer service situation I encountered that then carried over to all of my children. The entire family now travels when they want to have pizza my heart pizza. We had some work to do in the South Bay today and on our way back up. Decided to stop at this location. I've come to this Pizza My Heart location about 10 times in the past year. Growing up in NJ, I'm am pretty picky about my pizza. The pizza here is great. They do slices (and they're large), but unlike other places I've been their slices are as fresh as if I' ordered the whole pie. They have lot of toppings to choose from too and it's all very fresh. And just great pizza (crust, sauce, cheese quality). But on top of this, they have reasonably priced and large pre-made salads, and several types to choose from. For example, the garden or greek salads aren't just lettuce. They have fresh tomatoes, artichokes, olives, cucumbers, etc. I almost always get the slice and salad combo where you pay for each and get a free soda. By the way, they have one of those smart soda fountains where you can pick any coke product and add any flavoring. Lastly, every time I come here the staff are exceptionally nice and welcoming. Sounds easy, but it's very consistent and it's a stand out. I highly recommend PMH Dublin. read more
