Only 2 other tables going, yet service to seat very slow. Our gal took her time taking our order too. The pizza was very pleasing to the eye and tasted good as well. HOWEVER, when the bill came it was $56! For (1) small Margarita pizza (that was dripping in sauce--no joke, I had to WIPE it on the plate), (1) medium combo, 1 pitcher of beer and an iced tea. THAT is ridiculous!!! Completely overpriced. I wouldn't go on a regular basis simply because my wallet couldn't take it. *Note parking is a free for all. Street if your lucky, otherwise there is a lot behind the bldg, that fills up quick. read more

I really like their pizza. The dough is spot on, the ingredients are fresh and not dry/old looking. Overall I give 5 stars for consistency and portion sizes. One thing I would say is I ordered wings and will order sauce on the side because they were a little soggy- they weren't cold but to get them to go they do sit for a little bit before eating. This way they wouldn't sit in the sauce for long. BUT the sauce is to die for and they were still delicious. We ordered Togo from another crafty pizza restaurant in town about 2 weeks ago and this was far more superior. I think some places are just better for take out than others! read more

This is my new favorite pizza!! We have been here 4 times in a couple months. My favorite pizza is the belly buster add onions. The crust is almost my mist favorite part! Toppings are fresh and theres alot on the pizza. Cheese is a really good quality. The sauce is perfect balance of sweet and a tad tangy. The service is so friendly and attentive. Especially when they have a packed house. The servers will basically cover all tables and all make sure everyone is taken care of. I just learned that the same people who own this restaurant owns il forno classico. Which is not too surprising given the amazing food quality. Ok first visit to this restaurant.Ok The Pizza here is quite possibly the best Pizza I've ever had. The pizza was very hot and fresh. The crust was amazingly perfect . I have to say though the prices are steep. $20.00 for a personal pan combo pizza is too high. The pizza needed a little more cheese but. Over all the service was great the staff was nice. The Family Special gives you good portions of pizza, salad and "garlic chips". Really good food, clean place, good music, good beer, what else could you ask for? They are really busy and they keep their servers hopping. There was a little bit of a rushed atmosphere, which made me want to hurry. I won't hold that against them. Terrible service and frankly, it felt racist. Came in with a group of 6 on new years eve and the place was moderately busy but there were definitely several open booths and tables. When we came in, the usher looked at us and continued to walk around and look at the other tables for 5 min before checking us in. When he checked us in, he looked around at the empty tables and told us it would be at least a 40 minute wait. We then asked to order to go where he ushered us to the back of the restaurant to order from the kitchen. When we did, the person who took our order was fine but told us we would be rung up soon, to which we were never rung up. We waited about 10 min after ordering. Then, a group of 5 came in and the original usher sat them down immediately. We asked about the open tables and the usher hesitantly told us he didn't want to squeeze us all in a booth but then said he would wipe down the table and seat us if we wanted to which we said yes. It took them another 10 min to wipe down the tables and then they didn't even come over and take our orders or check up on us for 15 min. At this point, we were done with the service and just left. It felt particularly racist because the people who were seated down with a similar table number were white whereas we were majority POC. Additionally, the usher treated us incredibly rudely and just looked at us in a way that made us feel alien. So terrible. read more

It may sound odd but I found this place when I was Door Dashing as a driver, the food looked so good I just had to try it!!!... the hand tossed & the deep dish pizza are super yummy. The crust on the hand toss was nice and crisp and the veggie toppings still have a nice crispness to them !!..the spring mix salad was very delicious not too over dressed and plenty of goodies in it, a half size was plenty for my wife & I to share with our small pizza. Best pizza around. Fresh ingredients, especially the vegetables. Always order the family special consisting of salad, garlic/pesto chips and a pizza. The salad is good, with homemade dressings. Have ordered both the pesto and the garlic chips. The garlic chips (with extra garlic) are amazing. Think of it as an appetizer of cheese and minced garlic that is unique and so, so tasty. The pizza we order is called the Numero Uno that consists of red onion, garlic cloves, artichoke hearts, and peppers. I add sausage on half. Everything about it is special. Plus, they have Sierra Nevada on tap! Far better pizza and garlic chip experience than Old Chicago Fire Pizza across the street which is more touristy. A few cautions about Classico is that there is no A/C and the meal is pretty expensive for pizza. We think it is worth the money. read more

My friend and I visited Pizzeria Classico on a fairly busy Saturday night. We got a table and were seated within a couple minutes of walking in. We got our menus and ordered drinks right away. And that's when things went downhill. The service was terrible, the staff wasn't friendly or knowledgeable about the menu. It took forever to get our drinks. Then it took another forever until we got our food. The food wasn't very good. If the food was better I'd reconsider coming back but I wasn't impressed at all. Bummer. read more

We ordered the Rosemary-potato-Alfredo-chicken on regular crust, Hawaiian on regular crust, and deep dish combo. The Hawaiian has BBQ sauce on, which isn't Hawaiian pizza to me, but it tasted good. This pizza used to be the only pizza place for me. I've found that the pizzas are smaller now. I also found that the ingredients aren't as flavorful as they used to be....except for the tomatoes. More expensive than expected, but the food was solid. We ordered salads and garlic chips for lunch, and it filled us up. Salads were big and the garlic chips were well done. Lots of good looking stuff on the menu, so we will have to come back. Service was friendly, but seemed a little green, like it was their first day on the job. We had a baby in a stroller, but no one brought us a high chair. I had to go find one myself. Meanwhile it looked like there were 6 or 7 people working there at noon, when we were the only ones in the restaurant.They were all standing around, chatting like it was between classes in high school. Just visited on Friday and it instantly became my new favorite pizza place in the area by far. Ordered a double pepperoni with light sauce and it came out perfect. Unlike most places, the crust had some flavor to it and the cheese actually tasted real. This was on top of the quick and courteous service my fiancee and I received. Pizzeria Classico is a joke!! I ordered a pizza last night and when I came in to get it, we asked to get a table and eat it there. We are frequent customers of this place. We were denied a table even though only two were taken. I thought this was strange and asked for a manager. No one came out to talk to us. The male employee was extremely rude and just kept telling us we could not eat the pizza there and to come up front so he could help us. If we had eaten there, we would have spent more money, but I guess that escaped their attention. We left telling them they could just toss our pizza. We then went over to Chicago Fire and ate, We told the manager what happened and he thought it was horrible. Shitty customer service. I could have seen it if ALL of the tables were taken but it was completely open inside! The manager did not even come out to speak with us and tell us why. I am going to put out flyers at both of the restaurants owned by this company advising them of this since no one had the courtesy to contact us and explain! read more

One of the better pizza places in Folsom. They always deliver a quality pizza. There quantities are huge as a small will feed two comfortably. The Siciliana (Roasted red peppers, red onion and sausage) with Original Crust is a go-to option. The Original Crust is nice and pillowy.
